TiO2 thin film has attracted considerable attention in recent years, due to its different refractive index and transparency with amorphous and different crysta ls in the visible and near-infrared wavelength region, high dielectric constant, wide band gap, high wear resistance and stability, etc, for which make it being used in many fields. This paper aims to investigate the optical characterizatio n of thin film TiO2 on silicon wafer. The TiO2 thin films were prepared by DC re active magnetron sputtering process from Ti target. The reflectivity of the film s was measured by UV-3101PC, and the index of refraction (n) and extinction coef ficient (k) were measured by n & k Analyzer 1200. 展开更多

There are many kinds of spectral selective absorbing film made by different ways. TiNxOy thin film with excellent spectral selecting absobent property were successfully prepared by DC magnetron sputtering with Ar as working gas, N2 and O2 as reactive gas, 99.9% titanium as the target and is copper slice as the subs trate. In this article, the optical characteristics and microstructure of TiNxO y thin film were studied. Inputing O2 can decrease the reflection of the visible lights, and double layer film can get good absorption for solar energy. 展开更多

An isotropic etching technique of texturing silicon solar cells has been applied to polycrystalline silicon wafers with different acid concentrations. Optimal e tching conditions have been determined by etching rate calculation, scanning ele ctron microscope (SEM) image and reflectance measurement. The surface morphology of the textured wafers varies in accordance with the different etchant concentr ation which in turn leads to the dissimilarity of etching speed. Textured polycr ystalline silicon wafer surfaces display randomly located etched pits which can reduce the surface reflection and enhance the light absorption. The special rela tionship between reflectivity and etching rate was studied. Reflectance measurem ents show that isotropic texturing is one of the suitable techniques for texturi ng polycrystalline silicon wafers and benefits solar cells performances. 展开更多

Based on technological optimization of S SP prepared from electronic grade silicon powder, SSP solar cell devices with si mple structure are prepared and the effect of SSP substrate is discussed. Ectrochroelmic WO3 layer and TiO2 layer had been prepar ed by the sol-gel process, then be assembled to pohotoelectrochromic device. The effects of heating temperature on photoelectrochromic were investigated. The re sults showed that thin films prepared by dip-coating and spin-coating had good f ilm quality and the device made by the method mentioned in the paper had good ph otoelectrochromic properties. 展开更多

The results of comprehensive microscopic optical model calculations are pres-ented for the K<sup>+</sup> scattering from <sup>6</sup>Li,<sup>12</sup>C,<sup>28</sup>Si and <sup>40</sup>Ca at incident momenta 400-800MeV/c.The unconventional medium effect (i.e.the density-dependent correction forthe K<sup>+</sup>-nucleon scattering amplitude) is considered in two approaches.Both results arein agreement with recent experimental data.The influence of the correction on K<sup>+</sup> scat-tering from different nuclei are discussed in detail and only a weak dependence of thein-medium nucleon“swelling”effects on the mass number of target nuclei is found ex-cept for very light loosely-bound nucleus. 展开更多
