城市大体积混凝土施工温度控制技术研究 被引量:1

大体积混凝土结构施工过程中,易产生较大的温度应力,导致混凝土结构开裂,因此对于大体积混凝土的温升控制和抗裂控制较为关键。针对北京市通州城市副中心“城市绿心三大公共建筑共享配套设施2标”施工涉及的筏板基础大体积混凝土,选定... 大体积混凝土结构施工过程中,易产生较大的温度应力,导致混凝土结构开裂,因此对于大体积混凝土的温升控制和抗裂控制较为关键。针对北京市通州城市副中心“城市绿心三大公共建筑共享配套设施2标”施工涉及的筏板基础大体积混凝土,选定原材料,设计配合比,进行了混凝土的热工性能分析和力学性能分析,使用MIDAS FEA软件进行数值模拟,在工程现场进行温度监测和分析。得出以下结论:1)混凝土的水化放热、绝热温升较低,热工性能良好,有利于降低混凝土结构内部放热;2)混凝土在标准养护和温度匹配养护条件下的抗压强度和劈拉强度均符合工程要求,且温度匹配养护条件下前期强度更高;3)数值模拟结果表明,最高温升为19.1℃,里表温差最大值为18.8℃,温度应力在120h左右达到峰值2.34MPa,符合温控指标及抗裂控制要求;4)筏板内部温升约21.1℃,2至3d达到峰值,筏板中部温升较高,顶部和底部温升较低。 展开更多

The possibility of applying steel slag as mineraladmixture in steam-cured concrete was investigated. Thecompressive strength, chloride permeability, carbonationdepth and drying shrinkage of concrete and the microstructurecharacteristics of hardened paste were studied. Results showthat the steam-cured concrete containing steel slag at a highwater-to-binder ratio has low compressive strength, coarsepore structure, moderate permeability, large carbonation depthand great drying shrinkage. The negative effects of steel slagon the mechanical and durability performance of steam-curedconcrete become smaller at a low water-to-binder ratio or byadding ultrafine ground granulated blast furnace slag(UGGBS). The later-age hydration of cement is significantlypromoted by adding steel slag. The pozzolanic reaction andmicro-filler effect of UGGBS result in dense structure, whichmakes great contribution to the strength development anddurability performance of steam-cured concrete. These effectsof steel slag and UGGBS are significant at a low water tobinder ratio. The steam-cured concrete containing steel slag-UGGBS blended mineral admixture at a low water-to-binderratio has the best performance with high compressive strength,fine pore structure and good durability. 展开更多

The characteristics of C-S-H gel in hardened Portland cement pastes and complex binder pastes with ground granulated blast furnace slag were investigated with nanoindentation. The composition of C-S-H gel was analysed with SEM-EDS. The obtained results showed that the volume fraction of LD C-S-H gradually reduced and the volume fraction of HD C-S-H increased with the prolongation of hydration age. Most of the C-S-H gel produced at later age was HD C-S-H. The volume fraction of HD C-S-H increased as the fraction of slag in complex binder pastes increased, suggesting that HD C-S-H was mainly in the hydration products of slag. The chemichal compositions of the two types of C-S-H gel were simlar, meaning that formation and transformation of the two types of C-S-H gel were not affected by their Ca/Si ratio. 展开更多
