Constraint on the focal mechanism of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake from the radial modes

Different from other normal modes of the Earth’s free oscillation that depend on all the six components(M_(rr),M_(tt),M_(pp),M_(rt),M_(rp),and M_(tp))of the centroid moment tensor,the amplitudes of the radial modes depend on the M_(rr)component(e.g.,scalar moment(M_(0)),dip(δ),and slip(λ))and hypocenter depth of the focal mechanism,and hence can be easily used to constrain these parameters of the focal mechanism.In this study,we use the superconducting gravimeter(SG)records after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake to analyze the radial modes_(0)S_(0)and_(1)S_(0).Based on the solutions of the focal mechanism provided by the GCMT and USGS,we can obtain the theoretical amplitudes of these two radial modes.Comparing the theoretical amplitudes with the observation amplitudes,it is found that there are obvious differences between the former and the latter,which means that the GCMT and USGS focal mechanisms cannot well represent the real focal mechanism of the 2011 event.Taking the GCMT solution as a reference and changing the depth and the three parameters of the M_(rr)moment,the scalar moment(M_(0))and the dip(δ)have significant influences,but the effects of the slip(λ)and the depth are minor.After comparisons,we provide a new constraint(M_(0)=5.8±0.09×10^(22)N·m,δ=10.1±0.08°,λ=88°,and depth=20 km)for the focal mechanism of the 2011 event.In addition,we further determine the center frequency(1.631567±2.6e^(-6)mHz)and quality factor(2046.4±50.1)of the_(1)S_(0)mode. 展开更多

目的肾透明细胞癌(kidney renal clear cell carcinoma,KIRC)是最常见的肾恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率较高。铜死亡是一种新的细胞死亡形式,通过蛋白质脂质化导致蛋白质毒性应激反应和细胞死亡。目前,很少有研究能够充分解释铜死亡相关基因(cup... 目的肾透明细胞癌(kidney renal clear cell carcinoma,KIRC)是最常见的肾恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率较高。铜死亡是一种新的细胞死亡形式,通过蛋白质脂质化导致蛋白质毒性应激反应和细胞死亡。目前,很少有研究能够充分解释铜死亡相关基因(cuproptosis-related genes,CRGs)在KIRC发生发展中的潜在作用。方法利用来自The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)数据库中的KIRC患者的RNA测序数据和相应的临床信息筛选差异表达的CRGs。通过单因素、多因素Cox比例回归分析和LASSO Cox回归分析构建预后风险模型。使用来自Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)数据库的数据验证模型。采用Kaplan-Meier(KM)分析和受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线来预测KIRC患者的预后。利用功能富集分析来探索其内部机制。采用单样本基因集富集分析(single-sample gene set enrichment analysis,ssGSEA)、肿瘤免疫功能障碍和排斥(Tumour Immune Dysfunction and Exclusion,TIDE)评分和药物敏感性分析进行免疫相关功能分析。结果我们建立了一个由4个CRGs(DBT、DLAT、LIAS和PDHB)组成的预后风险模型来预测KIRC患者的总生存期(overall survival,OS)。生存分析的结果显示,与低风险组患者相比,高风险组患者的OS显著降低。KIRC患者的1、3、5年的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.691、0.618和0.614。功能富集分析表明,CRGs在三羧酸循环相关过程和代谢相关途径中显著富集。索拉非尼、阿霉素、恩贝酸和长春瑞滨对高风险组的患者敏感性更高。结论我们构建了一个简洁有效的CRGs风险模型来评估KIRC患者的预后,这可能为KIRC提供一个新的诊断和治疗方向。 展开更多

目的:探讨B-细胞淋巴瘤因子(B-cell lymphoma factor,Bcl-2),Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bcl2-Associated X protein,Bax)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜上的表达及意义。方法:用链脲佐菌素(s... 目的:探讨B-细胞淋巴瘤因子(B-cell lymphoma factor,Bcl-2),Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bcl2-Associated X protein,Bax)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜上的表达及意义。方法:用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)腹腔注射(60mg/kg)制作大鼠早期糖尿病模型。于造模后4、8、12wk颈椎脱臼法处死大鼠,取双眼全眼球组织做石蜡切片并做视网膜铺片,通过HE染色观察视网膜各层的形态学和血管分布变化;取双眼视网膜组织石蜡切片,通过免疫组化法检测Bcl-2、Bax和VEGF在视网膜组织中的表达。行ADP酶视网膜血管染色,观察视网膜血管形态变化。应用激光共聚焦显微镜检测视网膜细胞的形态、细胞中Ca2+的荧光强度和分布变化。结果:糖尿病组造模12wk突破内界膜的内皮细胞核个数呈递增趋势。糖尿病组视网膜中周部和周边部可见无血管区,无血管区面积也明显大于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。糖尿病组大鼠VEGF、Bcl-2和Bax光密度值与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。糖尿病组大鼠造模4、8、12wk比较,RGCs内钙离子荧光浓度逐渐升高,荧光染色强度比值升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜的Bcl-2和Bax表达非常明显,从而上调VEGF的表达。Bcl-2、Bax和VEGF是糖尿病视网膜病变中新生血管形成的重要影响因素。 展开更多

光电催化(PEC)氧化法是一种使用半导体电极材料在光和电的共同作用下处理水中有机污染的有效方法.在PEC工艺中,施加偏压不仅可以利用电催化对有机污染物进行降解,而且在偏压作用下,光生电子-空穴对能够得到有效的分离和传输,从而大大提... 光电催化(PEC)氧化法是一种使用半导体电极材料在光和电的共同作用下处理水中有机污染的有效方法.在PEC工艺中,施加偏压不仅可以利用电催化对有机污染物进行降解,而且在偏压作用下,光生电子-空穴对能够得到有效的分离和传输,从而大大提高了机物污染物的去除速率.尽管PEC技术已经取得了许多重要的突破,但是能量转换效率仍然无法满足实际应用.因此,开发具有优异性能,良好稳定性和低成本的光电极材料是一项具有挑战性的研究工作.本文采用两步电沉积法制备了BiPO4纳米棒/还原氧化石墨烯/FTO复合光电极(BiPO4/r GO/FTO).电镜结果表明,电沉积制得的纳米棒状磷酸铋均匀负载在石墨烯纳米片层表面.采用甲基橙为模型体系,考察了复合光电极的光电催化活性.BiPO4/r GO/FTO复合电极的光电催化降解速率是BiPO4/FTO光电极的2.8倍,显示出优良的光电催化活性.实验进一步研究了工作电压和BiPO4沉积时间对甲基橙光电降解性能的影响.最佳的BiPO4沉积时间为45 min,最佳工作电压为1.2 V.捕获实验和ESR实验表明羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧化物自由基(·O2-)是该电极的主要活性物种.BiPO4/r GO/FTO复合电极经过四次循环实验后其降解甲基橙效率保持不变,显示出高稳定性,采用光电流,交流阻抗及其荧光测试对其光催化机理进行推测.结果表明该复合光电极具有高PEC活性的主要原因是:石墨烯的引入加快了BiPO4的电子空穴的分离,拓宽了石墨烯的可见光吸收范围;同时,石墨烯诱导产生的BiPO4混合相也进一步促进了光生电子空穴的分离,提高了光电降解活性. 展开更多

光电催化是一种新型催化技术,在去除水中有机物方面具有独特的优势.在光电协同作用下具有较高的量子效率,电子-空缺负荷率低,稳定性好等优势.BiPO4具有较宽的禁带宽度,只能响应有限的紫外光区域,极大限制了其光电催化效率.因此,本文在... 光电催化是一种新型催化技术,在去除水中有机物方面具有独特的优势.在光电协同作用下具有较高的量子效率,电子-空缺负荷率低,稳定性好等优势.BiPO4具有较宽的禁带宽度,只能响应有限的紫外光区域,极大限制了其光电催化效率.因此,本文在电化学三电极体系下,通过简单的两步电沉积法将BiPO4纳米棒/Bi OI纳米片复合薄膜沉积固定在FTO玻璃上,制备了BiPO4/BiOI/FTO复合光电极材料.通过场发射扫描电镜,透射电子电镜, X射线光单子能谱、紫外可见漫反射光谱以及电化学测试对其组成、晶体形貌结构和光学性质进行表征.考察了外加工作电压、碘氧铋电极沉积时间等因素对四环素去除效果的影响.结果表明, BiOI纳米片生长在BiPO4纳米棒上,形成了异质结结构, BiPO4/BiOI/FTO复合薄膜电极具有良好的光吸收性能和优异的电荷转移特性.当碘氧铋沉积时间为150 s,外加偏压为1.2 V时,复合薄膜电极具有最佳的四环素去除效率, 4 h达到80%.在相同的实验条件下, BiPO4/BiOI/FTO复合薄膜电极对四环素的去除效率分别是Bi PO4/FTO电极和BiOI/FTO电极的1.6倍和1.4倍.在光电协同作用下, BiPO4/BiOI/FTO复合光电极对污染物的去除效率是单纯光催化和电催化对污染物去除效率的2.8倍和2.5倍.同时该复合光电极具有好的稳定性,经过四次16 h的循环实验,光电极对四环素的去除效果基本保持不变.根据一系列表征结果和p-n异质结形成的方式,推测了p-n异质结的结构和反应过程.在光激发作用下, BiOI导带上的光生电子有效的转移到Bi PO4导带上,然后在外加偏压的作用下通过外电路转移到铂丝电极上,光生电子与氧气反应生产超氧自由基降解有机污染物.另一方面,光生空穴从Bi PO4价带上转移到Bi OI价带上,与水反应生产羟基自由基,作为光电催化反应过程中的主要活性物种.总之,增强的光电催化活性Bi OI/BiPO4异质结构可能主要归因于p-n异质结结构改善催化剂的光吸收能力和有效的电子-空穴转移过程. 展开更多

Surface modification of wollastonite particles using titanate as a modification agent incorporated by simultaneous wet ultra-fine grinding in a laboratory stirred mill was investigated.The physical,physic-chemical and application properties of the modified wollastonite were measured and evaluated.The results showed that grinding intensity markedly influences the modification effect because of the mechano chemical effect.The hydrophilic surface of wollastonite was turned into a hydrophobic one after modification.The interaction between titanate and wollastonite under wet grinding circumstances was studied.It was suggested that physical adsorption and chemical adsorption of titanate coexisted on the wollastonite surface.The mechanical properties of polyethylene(PE) filled with the modified wollastonite powder were markedly improved. 展开更多

Mesalamine suppositories have been used widely for the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis and considered to be safer than systemic administration for its limited systemic absorption.However,previous studies have shown that mesalamine suppository occasionally causes severe hypersensitivity reactions including fever,rashes,colitis exacerbation and acute eosinophilic pneumonia.Here we present a 25-year-old woman with ulcerative colitis with bloody diarrhea accompanied by abdominal pain and fever which were aggravated after introduction of mesalamine suppositories.In light of symptom exacerbation of ulcerative colitis,increased inflammatory injury of colon mucosa shown by colonoscopy and elevated peripheral eosinophil count after mesalamine suppositories administration,and the Naranjo algorithm score of 10,the possibility of hypersensitivity reaction to mesalamine suppositories should be considered,warning us to be aware of this potential reaction after administration of mesalamine formulations even if it is the suppositories. 展开更多

Studies on the formati on and evolutio n of the solid electrolyte in terface(SEI)film under different ambient temperatures are important to understand the failure behavior of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Herein,in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)test is performed on the whole discharge process of Si@Graphite@C/Li cell at 0,25 and 55℃,respectively.Combining with scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy characterizations,it is found that the SEI film undergoes a complicated evolution process of pre-formation,self-improvement and gradual decay in succession at 25℃.Besides,due to the dissolution of organo-alkyl lithium at high temperature,the formed film is mainly composed of LiF,Li_(2)CO_(3) and other in organic salts,which helps to decrease the impedance.However,the electrolyte is consumed continuously on the new exposed in terface,leading to the degraded performance of the cell.Moreover,the dyn amic properties of Li^(+) ions are poor at low temperature,though the migration ability of Li^(+) ions in the solid phase can be improved as the cycle goes on.Therefore,the development and application of in-situ EIS tech no logy are expected to become an important means to explain the electrochemical performance of batteries. 展开更多

A 40 Gb/s full serializer and deserializer (SerDes) transceiver with controller and physical layer (PHY) is presented.The controller mainly contains protocol transmission, forward error correction and user layer build-in self-test (BIST).The physical coding sub-layer (PCS) provides the functions of 64/66 encoder/decoder, PHY BIST, and polarity control.In the physical medium attachment (PMA), both transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) adopt quarter-rate architecture to relax the timing constraint and reduce power dissipation.The receiver utilizes the phase interpolator (PI) based clock and data recovery (CDR) with bang-bang phase detector (BBPD) to extract the synchronic clock for retiming and de-multiplexing.The multiple-MUX based 4-tap FFE and a two-stage cascade CTLE are employed to mitigate the inter-symbol interference (ISI).In addition, a proposed 4∶1 MUX is used to improve the output jitter performance and reduce the power consumption.Fabricated in a 65 nm CMOS technology, the full transceiver consumes 890 mW at 40 Gb/s and occupies 12 mm 2 .The measurement results show that this transceiver can achieve bit error rate (BER)< 10 -12 after a 15.3 dB loss channel at 20 GHz. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis(PAM)is a rare idiopathic lung disease characterized by the accumulation of innumerable microliths.Currently,effective therapeutics for PAM are not available,and the only treatment for end-stage lung disease is lung transplantation(LuTx).Further,there are few reports that focus on LuTx for the treatment of PAM,and the follow-up reports of postoperative imaging are even rarer.CASE SUMMARY A 52-year-old man presented to Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital in 2017 after experiencing shortness of breath and exacerbation.The patient was diagnosed with PAM and referred for single-LuTx(SLuTx)on March 14,2018.Preoperative imaging results from a chest X-ray demonstrated bilateral,diffuse,symmetrical,sandstorm-like radiopaque micronodules,and pneumothorax and a computed tomography scan revealed minute,calcified military nodules in both lungs.We performed a left SLuTx,and intraoperative pathology was consistent with PAM.One week after surgery,a chest X-ray revealed slight exudation of the left lung,and one month later,the left transplanted lung exhibited good dilation,mild pulmonary perfusion injury with local infection,and left pleural effusion.Fiberoptic bronchoscopy revealed left hyperplastic granulation at the left bronchial anastomosis.Multiple sputum cultures suggested the presence of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Acinetobacter baumannii.The last follow-up was conducted in April 2019;the patient recovered well.CONCLUSION This case presents the imaging findings of a patient with PAM before and after LuTx and confirms the effectiveness of LuTx for the treatment of this disease. 展开更多
