目的 探讨儿童局灶性纤维软骨发育不良(FFCD)的影像学表现,提高对该病的认识。方法 手术及病理证实10例FFCD,10例X线检查,8例MRI检查。结果 胫骨近端干骺端内侧7例,尺骨远端干骺端3例。X线显示患骨弯曲,2例合并肢体缩短。骨皮质凹陷,并... 目的 探讨儿童局灶性纤维软骨发育不良(FFCD)的影像学表现,提高对该病的认识。方法 手术及病理证实10例FFCD,10例X线检查,8例MRI检查。结果 胫骨近端干骺端内侧7例,尺骨远端干骺端3例。X线显示患骨弯曲,2例合并肢体缩短。骨皮质凹陷,并可见斜行透亮区,同侧骨皮质增厚。MRI的T_(1)WI及T_(2)WI均呈低信号,4例病变内可见片状T_(2)WI高信号,邻近骨质硬化于T_(1)WI及T_(2)WI上均呈低信号。5例病灶周围见骨髓水肿。3例行增强扫描其内软骨成分明显强化。结论 FFCD是罕见的良性骨病变,主要发生在婴幼儿长骨干骺端,MRI增强软骨成分明显强化为其特征。 展开更多

目的:探讨儿童轻微脑炎/脑病伴可逆性®H氐体压部病变(MERS)的MRI诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析27例儿童MERS患者的临床及影像资料,27例患儿均行颅脑MRI平扫及扩散加权成像(DWI),经后处理获得表观扩散系数(ADC)图。2例行磁共振增强检... 目的:探讨儿童轻微脑炎/脑病伴可逆性®H氐体压部病变(MERS)的MRI诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析27例儿童MERS患者的临床及影像资料,27例患儿均行颅脑MRI平扫及扩散加权成像(DWI),经后处理获得表观扩散系数(ADC)图。2例行磁共振增强检査。结果:27例患儿病变均累及脐月氐体压部,呈卵圆形或带状,DWI呈明显高信号,平均ADC值为0.39×10-3mm7s。其中25例仅脐月氐体压部受累诊断为MERS I型;2例病变扩展到脐月氐体膝部及周围脑白质诊断为MERS II型。23例患儿6~60天后复査颅脑MRI,其中22例恢复正常,1例病变缩小。4例患儿未复查MRI,经治疗后症状消失。结论:儿童MERS在MRI上具有一定特征性,预后良好,MRI对其早期诊断、鉴别诊断及随访具有较大价值。 展开更多

Brucine Inhibits Bone Metastasis of Breast Cancer Cells by Suppressing Jagged1/Notch1 Signaling Pathways 被引量:17

Objective: To examine the effects of brucine on the invasion, migration and bone resorption of receptor activator of nuclear factor-kappa B ligand(RANKL)-induced osteoclastogenesis. Methods: The osteoclastogenesis model was builded by co-culturing human breast tumor MDA-MB-231 and mouse RAW264.7 macrophages cells. RANKL(50 ng/m L) and macrophage-colony stimulating factor(50 ng/m L) were added to this system, followed by treatment with brucine(0.02, 0.04 and 0.08 mmol/L), or 10 μmol/L zoledronic acid as positive control. The migration and bone resorption were measured by transwell assay and in vitro bone resorption assay. The protein expressions of Jagged1 and Notch1 were investigated by Western blot. The expressions of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1), nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB) and Hes1 were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Compared with the model group, brucine led to a dose-dependent decrease on migration of MDA-MB-231 cells, inhibited RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis and bone resorption of RAW264.7 cells(P 〈0.01). Furthermore, brucine decreased the protein levels of Jagged1 and Notch1 in MDA-MB-231 cells and RAW264.7 cells co-cultured system as well as the expressions of TGF-β1, NF-κB and Hes1(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion: Brucine may inhibit osteoclastogenesis by suppressing Jagged1/Notch1 signaling pathways. 展开更多
