研究酶法提取葛氏鲈塘鳢鱼头多糖的最佳条件,并探讨其体外抗氧化活性。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化葛氏鲈塘鳢多糖提取工艺,以羟自由基和DPPH自由基清除能力考察体外抗氧化活性并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱测定多糖的结构。试... 研究酶法提取葛氏鲈塘鳢鱼头多糖的最佳条件,并探讨其体外抗氧化活性。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化葛氏鲈塘鳢多糖提取工艺,以羟自由基和DPPH自由基清除能力考察体外抗氧化活性并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱测定多糖的结构。试验得到最佳工艺参数:pH6.5、酶添加量2.5%、料液比1∶30(g/mL)、酶解温度37℃、酶解时间2 h,在此条件下多糖的提取率为11.43%。体外抗氧化试验表明,在浓度为10 mg/mL时,多糖的羟自由基和DPPH自由基清除率分别为81.2%和80%。红外光谱表明葛氏鲈塘鳢鱼头多糖可能是含有β-糖苷构型和吡喃环的酸性多糖。以上结果初步揭示了酶法提取葛氏鲈塘鳢鱼头多糖的特性,为水产品副产物高值化利用提供了理论基础。 展开更多

目的:观察"解痉纠偏"针法联合新Bobath康复技术治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪患者的临床疗效。方法:中风痉挛性瘫痪患者90例随机分为3组各30例,在常规治疗基础上,对照组口服巴氯芬片,新Bobath组采用新Bobath康复技术,治疗组采用"... 目的:观察"解痉纠偏"针法联合新Bobath康复技术治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪患者的临床疗效。方法:中风痉挛性瘫痪患者90例随机分为3组各30例,在常规治疗基础上,对照组口服巴氯芬片,新Bobath组采用新Bobath康复技术,治疗组采用"解痉纠偏"针法联合新Bobath康复技术,治疗前及治疗2、4、6周后分别对其痉挛程度、运动功能、日常生活能力进行评价。结果:新Bobath组和治疗组对中风痉挛性偏瘫均有疗效(P﹤0.05);治疗组改善效果优于新Bobath组(P﹤0.01)。结论:"解痉纠偏"针法结合新Bobath技术对中风偏瘫肢体痉挛功能障碍疗效确切,且优于单纯康复训练。 展开更多

CFG桩在软土地区的工程应用中常出现诸如串孔、缩颈等影响工程质量的问题,限制了CFG桩在这些地区的推广应用。针对沧州某项目CFG桩在施工中出现的串孔现象,利用ABAQUS数值模拟软件对成孔过程中桩间土体的孔隙水压力变化以及桩周土体位移进行了模拟分析,结果显示,CFG桩成孔过程会造成桩周土体孔压呈现先升高后下降的变化趋势,并且孔压升高幅度较大,极易造成土体强度降低;同时钻杆钻进和提升过程中由于叶片间未充满土区域产生的临空面为桩周土体向新成孔内位移创造了便利条件,使桩周土体在围压作用下向新成孔内流动,在已成桩与新成孔之间形成土体流动通道而引发串孔。实践表明,合理增大桩间距、适当提高钻进速度、施工中采取隔桩跳打等措施能减少串孔现象的发生。 展开更多

In the present study, 28 Chinese medicinal herbs belonging to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for the treatment of type 2 diabetes were selected to explore the application of network pharmacology in developing new Chinese herbal medicine formulae for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). These herbs have the highest appearance rate in the literature, and their compounds are listed. The human protein–protein interaction network and the T2DM disease protein interaction network were constructed. Then, the related algorithm for network topology was used to perform interventions on the interaction network of disease proteins and normal human proteins to test different Chinese herbal medicine compound combinations, according to the information on the interaction of compounds–targets in two databases, namely TarN et and the Medicinal Plants Database. Results of the intervention scores indicate that the method proposed in this study can provide new effective combinations of Chinese herbal medicines for T2DM. Network pharmacology can effectively promote the modernization and development of TCM. 展开更多
