Earthquake precursor data have been used as an important basis for earthquake prediction.In this study,a recurrent neural network(RNN)architecture with long short-term memory(LSTM)units is utilized to develop a predic...Earthquake precursor data have been used as an important basis for earthquake prediction.In this study,a recurrent neural network(RNN)architecture with long short-term memory(LSTM)units is utilized to develop a predictive model for normal data.Furthermore,the prediction errors from the predictive models are used to indicate normal or abnormal behavior.An additional advantage of using the LSTM networks is that the earthquake precursor data can be directly fed into the network without any elaborate preprocessing as required by other approaches.Furthermore,no prior information on abnormal data is needed by these networks as they are trained only using normal data.Experiments using three groups of real data were conducted to compare the anomaly detection results of the proposed method with those of manual recognition.The comparison results indicated that the proposed LSTM network achieves promising results and is viable for detecting anomalies in earthquake precursor data.展开更多

In order to treat coccidiosis rationally in poultry, a detection method was developed for ethanamizuril i...Ethanamizuril(EZL) is a novel triazine anticoccidial compound that has high anticoccidial activity in chickens. In order to treat coccidiosis rationally in poultry, a detection method was developed for ethanamizuril in broiler plasma, and then the pharmacokinetics studies were performed in broilers after oral administration of different dose levels. Ethanamizuril was administered as single oral doses at low(0.67 mg kgBW), medium(1.33 mg kgBW) and high(6.67 mg kgBW) levels in which the medium dose was that recommended in clinics. Plasma concentrations of ethanamizuril were determined using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography and the data were analyzed with a non-compartmental model. Peak plasma concentrations of ethanamizuril were(2.16±0.57),(3.91±0.71), and(23.71±5.02) mg Lat(5.17±1.80),(4.60±2.12), and(4.60±2.12) h, respectively. The terminal elimination half-lives(t) for ethanamizuril were(10.84±2.59),(10.66±2.47), and(13.34±3.10) h after oral administration at low, medium and high doses, respectively. The areas under the concentrationtime curve(AUC)) were(37.68±6.87),(73.19±9.18), and(485.76±125.10) mg Lh with mean residence times(MRT) of(14.79±3.03),(15.57±3.69), and(20.22±4.01) h at the 3 dosages, respectively. Ethanamizuril was absorbed rapidly and eliminated slowly. A comparison across the dose range indicated that the time to reach peak plasma concentration(T) values were similar while peak plasma concentration(C) and AUCwere positively correlated with increasing dosages. This study of the pharmacokinetics of an ethanamizuril solution in chickens provides a theoretical basis for the rational use in the clinic.展开更多
目的探讨跟腱断裂微创术后康复,早期负重对患者功能及功能满意度的影响。方法回顾分析解放军总医院骨科跟腱损伤患者数据库中2020年3月至2021年3月行跟腱断裂微创手术修复的101例患者,术后7~14周和术后15~19周分别作为患足负重和站立位...目的探讨跟腱断裂微创术后康复,早期负重对患者功能及功能满意度的影响。方法回顾分析解放军总医院骨科跟腱损伤患者数据库中2020年3月至2021年3月行跟腱断裂微创手术修复的101例患者,术后7~14周和术后15~19周分别作为患足负重和站立位单足提踵锻炼的标准时间,按照早于、遵循和晚于标准时间将患者分为三组:提前组、按时组和延后组,采用跟腱完全断裂功能评分(achilles tendon rupture score,ATRS)、患者功能满意度量表、术后恢复到伤前运动水平时间(recovery time to pre-injury exercise level,RTTPEL)等指标进行随访评价。结果术后6个月评价,患足负重提前组ATRS评分(86.22±7.04)相比按时组(81.21±14.47)显著增高,站立位单足提踵提前组ATRS评分(84.95±11.18)相比延后组(78.61±15.12)也显著增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月评价,患足负重和站立位单足提踵各组间患者ATRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者满意度分析显示,负重项目提前组(64.7%)高于按时组(29.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后RTTPEL分析显示,患足负重项目提前组仅为伤后(19.06±5.90)周,相比按时组(27.13±12.81)周和延后组(32.00±17.58)周显著提前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);站立位单足提踵提前组术后RTTPEL为(19.97±8.74)周,相比延后组(29.67±11.05)周显著提前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与按时组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论跟腱断裂微创术后早期负重与锻炼是安全可靠的,适度提前患足负重和单足提踵锻炼时间有益于加速跟腱断裂微创术后患者的康复。展开更多
