In this paper, both systolic and diastolic cardiac functions were cvaluatcd in 54 lead exposed and 24 non-exposed workers by Doppler cchocardiography. With regard to systolic cardiac function, the results suggested that cardiac systolic function increased in exposed groups as a compensatory response for the effecl of lead on myocardium. To study left ventriculaf diastolic function, 2.5 MHz pulsed Doppler analyses of transmitral flow velocity were performed from apical four-chamber view. The results showed that timerelated parameters were comparable among all groups, but blood flow velocity through the mitral valve and Doppler area fractions changed significantly in lead-exposed groups as cvidenced by increased value A, decreased value E and E/A ratio. The decrease of diastolic cardiac function was more significant in lead intoxication group. It was also observed in this study that the activity in serum of thc MB isoenzyme of creatine phosphokinase (CPK-MB), one of the indices of myocardial damage, was significantly highcr in exposed group than that in control (P (0.05), and a positive correlation was found between CPK-MB activity and Pb-B. It denoted that the inereasing of lead burden leads to more release of CPK-MB from the myocardial cells and suggested the existence of slight myocardial damage, which, conceivably, might cause harm to diastolic cardiac function 展开更多

目的了解云南省餐饮服务单位加碘食盐的覆盖及合格情况。方法在全省10个县(市、区),每个县(市、区)分别抽取5个乡(镇),每个乡(镇)随机抽取2个企事业单位食堂、5家中型餐馆和5家小型餐馆进行调查,共采集了606份盐样,并检测食盐中的碘含... 目的了解云南省餐饮服务单位加碘食盐的覆盖及合格情况。方法在全省10个县(市、区),每个县(市、区)分别抽取5个乡(镇),每个乡(镇)随机抽取2个企事业单位食堂、5家中型餐馆和5家小型餐馆进行调查,共采集了606份盐样,并检测食盐中的碘含量。结果食用盐碘含量均值为25.86 mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率、碘盐合格率和无碘盐率分别为99.67%、97.52%、97.85%和0.33%。经统计学分析,不同渠道来源、不同产地食盐碘含量间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),即从“批发商”渠道购买的食用盐碘含量高于“超市”渠道购买的食用盐碘含量、云南省本土生产的食用盐碘含量低于非本土生产的食用盐碘含量。结论云南省餐饮服务单位碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率总体情况较好,但市场上仍存在不合格碘盐和无碘盐,应该引起重视和持续关注。 展开更多

食前处理方法对燃煤型氟中毒病区粮食氟含量的影响

目的了解云南省燃煤污染型氟中毒病区粮食食用前处理对氟含量的影响,为有效降低病区居民氟摄入量提供科学依据。方法选取鲁甸、富源、镇雄3个县在2005-2007年实施改良炉灶项目,改灶率达到95%以上(包括95%)的病区自然村及对应乡镇,每县抽... 目的了解云南省燃煤污染型氟中毒病区粮食食用前处理对氟含量的影响,为有效降低病区居民氟摄入量提供科学依据。方法选取鲁甸、富源、镇雄3个县在2005-2007年实施改良炉灶项目,改灶率达到95%以上(包括95%)的病区自然村及对应乡镇,每县抽取5个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取2个自然村作为调查点。采集家庭供人食用的主要食物(大米、玉米、辣椒),分别测定未处理、擦拭和淘洗后的氟含量,了解处理前后各病区粮食氟含量的变化情况。检测方法采用《食品中氟含量测定》(GB/T 5009.18)中的"氟离子选择电极法"。结果病区未处理样品氟含量辣椒>玉米>大米,中位数分别为3.95 mg/kg、0.71 mg/kg、0.36 mg/kg;玉米、辣椒擦拭和淘洗前后差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),可认为擦拭和淘洗均能降低粮食氟含量。结论食用前处理可明显降低燃煤型氟中毒病区粮食氟含量,且淘洗处理降氟效果更好,应指导病区群众养成食用前淘洗粮食的卫生习惯,尽量减少氟的摄入。 展开更多
