以出租者和承租者两方视角为切入点,基于616份有效问卷为数据支撑,建立Logit模型对集体经营性建设用地租赁入市意愿的影响因素进行回归分析,以期促进集体经营性建设用地租赁市场的可持续发展。结果表明:在集体经营性建设用地租赁流转中... 以出租者和承租者两方视角为切入点,基于616份有效问卷为数据支撑,建立Logit模型对集体经营性建设用地租赁入市意愿的影响因素进行回归分析,以期促进集体经营性建设用地租赁市场的可持续发展。结果表明:在集体经营性建设用地租赁流转中,不同利益主体的影响因素各有偏重,受教育水平、年龄、社会福利情况、职业、土地租赁政策了解程度、对租赁用途的了解以及村集体租金分配是否公开对村集体租出意愿产生显著影响;支付租金方式、政府参与行为、企业规模以及土地区位对用地企业租入意愿产生显著影响。最后,基于研究结果,提出相关政策建议。 展开更多

集体经营性建设用地入市改革是在市场导向下的集体经济组织、用地企业及地方政府的博弈过程,地方政府的博弈策略对不同主体的策略选择及效用具有重要影响。采用博弈论对地方政府的策略及角色定位进行深入研究。结果表明:在集体经营性建... 集体经营性建设用地入市改革是在市场导向下的集体经济组织、用地企业及地方政府的博弈过程,地方政府的博弈策略对不同主体的策略选择及效用具有重要影响。采用博弈论对地方政府的策略及角色定位进行深入研究。结果表明:在集体经营性建设用地流转过程中,交易成本是影响集体经济组织和用地企业进行策略选择的关键因素,且分为正常成本、风险成本一及风险成本二;地方政府实行合谋策略会增加风险成本二,阻碍交易发生并减弱社会总效用。因而,地方政府应积极构建集体建设用地流转交易平台降低风险成本一,从市场参与者向管理者和服务者的角色转变,消除合谋策略降低风险成本二,推进集体经营性建设用地市场化建设,培育和完善城乡统一建设用地市场。 展开更多

耕地产能评价对于耕地资源保护及质量提升具有重要的现实意义。通过构建耕地产能评价体系,运用空间自相关及主成分回归分析法对常州市钟楼区的耕地产能进行空间分布及影响因素分析。结果表明:基于气候、自然因素和技术水平综合指标的耕... 耕地产能评价对于耕地资源保护及质量提升具有重要的现实意义。通过构建耕地产能评价体系,运用空间自相关及主成分回归分析法对常州市钟楼区的耕地产能进行空间分布及影响因素分析。结果表明:基于气候、自然因素和技术水平综合指标的耕地产能评价体系具有适用性和可操作性;钟楼区耕地产能等别分为6等和7等,其中6等地占比达到97.55%,等别空间分布呈现出城区内部街道低、外围地区较高的格局;耕地产能整体空间集聚性显著,各街道(乡镇)均表现出较强的空间正相关性,正相关类型(HH型和LL型)多呈现组团式,负相关类型(LH型和HL型)则分布零散;耕地自然质量和技术水平是影响钟楼区耕地产能空间分布的主要驱动因素,其中,耕作层厚度、有机质含量、障碍层距地表深度和土壤养分元素为主导因素,pH值、灌溉保证程度和排水条件为次要因素。因此,应从增强耕地自然质量、提高耕地技术水平等方面制定提高耕地产能的针对性措施。 展开更多

The crystallites were characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. The effects of the reaction time, temperature and additives on the product were investigated. Crystallization process would be carried out above 160 ℃ for 5 h or more, higher temperature can reduce the reaction time. Additives were used to remove impurities such as Fe 2O 3, ZnMnO 3.10~15 nm pure slightly agglomerated MnZn ferrite crystallites with a narrow grain size distribution were obtained. 展开更多

Si-Mo-Tang(SMT) oral liquid preparation, a traditional Chinese medicine, was prepared from four crude herbal drugs, Fructus Aurantii Submaturus, Radix Aucklandiae, Semen Arecae and Radix Linderae Aggregatae. A combinative method using HPLC fingerprint and quantitative analysis was developed and validated for quality consistency evaluation of SMT. Individual HPLC chromatograms were evaluated against the mean chromatogram generated via a similarity evaluation computer program. Data from chromatographic fingerprints were also processed with principal component analysis(PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA). Additionally, six components (naringin, isonaringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, norisoboldine and potassium sorbate) in SMT were simultaneously determined to interpret the quality consistency. For fingerprint analysis, 20 peaks were selected as the characteristic peaks to evaluate the similarities of 26 SMT collected from different manufacturers. Among the 20 characteristic peaks, 10 peaks were assigned to be naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, isonaringin, neoeriocitrin, tangeretin, nobiletin, norisoboldine, 5-(ethoxymethyl)furan-2-carbaldehyde and potassium sorbate, respectively. The results of similarity analysis, PCA and HCA, indicate that the samples from different manufacturers were consistent with each other in composition. The results from the quantitative data show that the contents of six compounds were significantly different in SMT oral liquid preparations from different manufacturers. The combinative method of chromatographic fingerprint with quantitative analysis developed here offered an efficient way for the quality consistency evaluation of the traditional Chinese medicine SMT. 展开更多

A new coordination polymer [Cd(bimc)2]n was obtained by the reaction of Hbimc with Cd(NO3) 2·4H2O in NaOH solution, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 12.533(4), b = 15.705(5), c = 15.200(5) A, V= 2991.8(15) A^3, Mr = 434.68, Z = 8, Dc = 1.930 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1712,μ(MoKa) = 1.492 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0410 and wR = 0.0804 for 1661 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The Cd atom exhibits a distorted six-coordinate CdNzOa octahedral coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked by both μ2-(η2-O, O^-), NI and μ2-(η2-O, O^-), N3 coordination modes of ligands to form cross-like wave (4, 4) layer structures which are further stacked through interlayer hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions in an offset fashion to form a 3D supramolecular structure. 展开更多
