Solar radiation pressure(SRP)model is the basis of high precise orbit determination and positioning of navigation satellites.At present,it is common to see the study of SRP model of BDS satellites.However,the establis...Solar radiation pressure(SRP)model is the basis of high precise orbit determination and positioning of navigation satellites.At present,it is common to see the study of SRP model of BDS satellites.However,the establishment and application of a comprehensive analytical SRP model based on satellite physical parameters are rare.Different from other conservative forces and non-conservative forces,SRP is closely related to the satellite’s physical parameters and in-orbit state.On the basis of the physical mechanism of solar radiation,BDS satellite physical parameters,in-orbit attitude control mode,and so on,a comprehensive analytical model has been studied in this paper.Based on precise ephemeris and satellite laser ranging(SLR)data,the precision of a comprehensive analytical model has been verified.And the precision of orbit determination is at the decimeter level using this comprehensive analytical SRP model.According to the satellite conservation theorem of angular momentum and change of in-orbit telemetry parameters,the difference between a comprehensive analytical model and the actual in-orbit interference force has been analyzed and calculated.The addition of empirical items on the comprehensive analytical model has been proposed.SLR validations demonstrated that the orbit precision of BDS C08 and C10 can be achieved at 0.078 m and 0.084 m respectively.Compared with using the improved CODE empirical model,precision orbit accuracy of them has increased by 0.021 m and 0.045 m respectively.展开更多

Total RNA was extracted from the notochord of a Sprague-Dawley rat at embryonic day 9 and the N-terminal fragment of sonic hedgehog was amplified by nested reverse transcription-PCR. The N-terminal fragment of the sonic hedgehog gene was successfully cloned. The present study assessed cognitive function in PD patients using neuropsychological scales and analyzed N170 of visuospatial function impairment(VFI) in PD. Results showed that Montreal cognitive assessment can be used for assessing cognitive impairment when visuospatial functioning is changed during the early stage of PD. Face recognition has clinical significance for detecting changes in visuospatial functioning. However,N170 is not sensitive for detection of VFI in PD,which implies that VFI does not appear in the stage of structure coding in face recognition. In addition,VFI affects face recognition.展开更多

Initially,zolpidem,a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic agent,was considered to have fewer adverse reactions than traditional benzodiazepines.However,after zolpidem was approved for medical use,an increasing number of case r...Initially,zolpidem,a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic agent,was considered to have fewer adverse reactions than traditional benzodiazepines.However,after zolpidem was approved for medical use,an increasing number of case reports have described abuse or dependence complications.We were especially interested in the cases of dependence that presented a paradoxical‘euphoric’effect of zolpidem.This article reports the case of a female zolpidem-dependent patient who presented with 6 years of daily use of 400-1400 mg of zolpidem.She reported subjective effects of euphoria,intense craving and the inability to stop drug ingestion.Her diagnoses were zolpidem dependence and a depressive episode induced by substance abuse.To explore the neural mechanisms of the euphoric effect caused by high-dose zolpidem,we performed repeated magnetoencephalography(MEG)recordings.Before undergoing detoxification,her MEG results indicated that cerebellar electrical signal activation increased when taking high zolpidem doses.However,the prefrontal and parietal lobes’electrical signal activity showed a tendency to recover to a normal state as the withdrawal time progressed to completion.This case suggests that the cerebellum plays a role in the euphoria induced by high zolpidem doses and provides clues for further research.展开更多
The vegetable leafminer(Liriomyza sativae[Burgess])is a highly polyphagous pest that threatens vegetables and horticultural plants.Although sexual communication is a key component of the animal behavioral repertoire,t...The vegetable leafminer(Liriomyza sativae[Burgess])is a highly polyphagous pest that threatens vegetables and horticultural plants.Although sexual communication is a key component of the animal behavioral repertoire,the mechanism underlying sexual communication in L.sativae remains to be elucidated.Here,we used laser vibrometry to characterize the vibrational signals emitted by L.sativae during pair formation.By emitting trains of vibrational pulses(male calling)the male initiated communication on the host plant.The female then became immobile and responded to the male calling by emiting replies(female replies),which in turn triggered male replies consisting of a rapid series of chirps and trills.If the female replied,a continuous exchange of male and female replies ensued,representing a duet.In playback trials,a playback signal caused responses from the opposite sex.Moreover,scanning electron microscopy revealed vibration-producing stridulatory organs in both male and female individuals.The files in males were more developed than those in females,and older male specimens had more signs of abrasion.The results provide new insight into the mating biology of L.sativae.展开更多

In consideration of the importance of the Shenzhen fault zone, the author provide a detailed interpretation on gravity data model. Bouguer gravity covering the whole Shenzhen City was calculated with a 1-km resolution. Wavelet multi-scale analysis(MSA) was applied to the Bouguer gravity data to obtain the multilayer residual anomalies corresponding to different depths. In addition, 2D gravity models were constructed along three profiles. The Bouguer gravity anomaly shows an NE-striking high-low-high pattern from northwest to southeast, strongly related to the main faults. According to the results of MSA, the correlation between gravity anomaly and faults is particularly significant from 4 to 12 km depth. The residual gravity with small amplitude in each layer indicates weak tectonic activity in the crust. In the upper layers, positive anomalies along most of faults reveal the upwelling of high-density materials during the past tectonic movements. The multilayer residual anomalies also yield important information about the faults, such as the vertical extension and the dip direction. The maximum depth of the faults is about 20 km. In general, NE-striking faults extend deeper than NW-striking faults and have a larger dip angle.展开更多
With the characteristic of flexible and precise,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)for low volume applications are increasing substantially and quickly around the globe.However,little attention has been paid to the study o...With the characteristic of flexible and precise,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)for low volume applications are increasing substantially and quickly around the globe.However,little attention has been paid to the study of wheat herbicides with UAV,especially the research on the spray volume and droplet size of the herbicide sprayed by UAVs.The objectives of this study were to compare the droplet deposition from a typical commercial UAV under four different spray volumes of 7.5 L/hm2,15.0 L/hm2,22.5 L/hm2,and 30.0 L/hm2 and three different volume median diameter(VMD)of 150μm,200μm,and 300μm during winter wheat weeding period.DepositScan software was used to analyze droplet deposition parameters including the percentage of spray coverage and the number of droplets in various sampling positions.The test results showed that the droplet deposition waseffected by each factor andtheirinteractions.When the spray volume was 7.5 L/hm2,the effect of VMD on the percentage of spray coverage was not significant.However,these variation rules were changed to smaller droplets with greater coverage when the spray volume higher than 15.0 L/hm2.In all treatments,the number of droplets increased with decreasing VMD or increasing spray volume.The maximum percentage of spray coverage and the number of droplets that were achieved under the VMD of 150μm and the spray volume of 30.0 L/hm2 were 12.8%and 40.0 droplets/cm2,respectively.The variation coefficients of the percentage of spray coverage and the number of droplets were 29.0%-73.3%and 20.2%-54.1%,respectively.The most uniform deposition was achieved under the spray volume of 15.0 L/hm2and the VMD of 150μm.The results revealed the effect of droplet size and spray volume parameters on droplet deposition,which was useful for guiding farmers on how to use UAVs for weeding in winter wheat fields.展开更多
