温度是决定植物地理分布的主要环境因子之一,分布于高纬度、高海拔地区的寒地植物,在其生活史周期内通常会遭遇一段时期的零度以下低温。当环境温度降至冰点以下,植物体内水分子趋向于形成冰晶体,不断增大的冰晶对植物组织结构造成致命... 温度是决定植物地理分布的主要环境因子之一,分布于高纬度、高海拔地区的寒地植物,在其生活史周期内通常会遭遇一段时期的零度以下低温。当环境温度降至冰点以下,植物体内水分子趋向于形成冰晶体,不断增大的冰晶对植物组织结构造成致命损伤。为适应冷冻环境,寒地植物病程相关蛋白(PR)及相关的WRKY转录因子进化成为能与冰面特异吸附结合、高效抑制冰晶形成和生长的抗冻蛋白(AFPs)。目前,已从冬黑麦(Secale cereale)等近百种植物中分离鉴定了AFPs。与昆虫AFPs相比,植物AFPs具有极高的重结晶抑制活性,可有效防止形成体内大冰晶。低温和病原菌均可诱导寒地植物合成AFP。有趣的是,仅冷诱导合成的AFPs有水解酶/抗冻活性双重分子功能。然而,越来越多的证据表明,PR-AFP仅具有水解酶/抗冻活性的其中一种,其转化由翻译后肽差异折叠控制/调节。AFP因具有独特的分子功能与广阔的应用前景而逐渐成为植物学领域的研究热点。该文对近年来相关领域取得的研究进展进行系统综述。 展开更多

Neuraminidase inhibitors(NAIs)are the mainstay antiviral drugs against influenza infection.In this study,a ligand fishing protocol was developed to screen NAIs using neuraminidase immobilized magnetic beads(NA-MB).After verifying the feasibility of NA-MB with an artificial mixture including NA inhibitors and non-inhibitors,the developed ligand fishing protocol was applied to screen NAIs from the crude extracts of Duchesnea indica Andr.Twenty-four NA binding compounds were identified from the normal butanol(n-BuOH)extract of D.indica as potential NAIs by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS)assisted with Compound Structure Identification(CSI):FingerID,including 12 ellagitannins,4 brevifolin derivatives,3 ellagic acid derivatives,and 4 flavonoids.Among them,9 compounds were isolated and tested for in vitro NA inhibitory activities against NA from Clostridium perfringens,and from oseltamivir sensitive and resistant influenza A virus strains.The results indicate that compound B23 has the NA inhibitory activities in both the oseltamivir sensitive and resistant viral NA,with half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50)values of 197.9 and 125.4μmol/L,respectively.Moreover,B23 can obviously reduce the replication of oseltamivir sensitive and resistant viruses in Madin-Darby canine kidney(MDCK)cells at the concentrations of 40 and 200μmol/L. 展开更多

In this paper,we study a class of contact smoothed particle hydrodynamics(SPH)by introducing Riemann solvers and using high-order limiters.In particular,a promising concept ofWENO interpolation as limiter is presented in the reconstruction process.The physical values relating interactional particles used as the initial values of the Riemann problemcan be reconstructed by the Taylor series expansion.The contact solvers of the Riemann problem at contact points are incorporated in SPH approximations.In order to keep the fluid density at the wall rows to be consistent with that of the inner fluid wall boundaries,several lines of dummy particles are placed outside of the solid walls,which are assigned according to the initial configuration.At last,the method is applied to compressible flows with sharp discontinuities such as the collision of two strong shocks and the interaction of two blast waves and so on.The numerical results indicate that the method is capable of handling sharp discontinuity and efficiently reducing unphysical oscillations. 展开更多

Clinical efficacy observation of comprehensive ying needling therapy for mumps

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy difference between comprehensive ying needling therapy and intramuscular injection with ribavirin for mumps.Methods: One hundred patients with mumps were randomly divided into comprehensive ying needling therapy group(group A, 52 cases) and western medicine group(group B, 48 cases), then 8 cases were eliminated and drop out from group A and 4 cases were eliminated and drop out from group B respectively. actual inclusion 44 cases in group A 44 cases in group B. Point bloodletting was performed at parotid gland(腮腺Sāixiàn) and Threeshang acupoints of the patients in group A for once every other day, treatment for 7 days was considered as 1 course of treatment, and 2 courses were needed. Intramuscular injection with ribavirin was given to the patients in group B for twice a day, treatment for 7 days was considered as 1 course, and 2 courses were needed. The parotid gland swelling score, fever score, orifice parotid duct swelling score, score of difficulty in opening mouth and the clinical efficacy of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results: The cured and markedly effective rate in group A was 90.9%(40/44), which was superior to 68.2%in group B(30/44)(P〈0.05). The symptom scores were all improved significantly in the two groups after treatment(all P〈0.05), and the improvement in group A was superior to that in group B(all P〈0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of comprehensive ying needling therapy for treatment of mumps was superior to that of conventional western medicine therapy. 展开更多
