Objective:To study the imaging parameters of Chevron combined with Akin and Scarf combined with Akin for the correction of hallux valgus in patients of different ages.Methods:Eighty patients(152 feet)with hallux valgus who underwent Chevron combined with Akin and Scarf combined with Akin in our hospital were randomly selected.The patients were divided into young and middle-aged groups.Measure the hallux valgus angles(HVA),distal metatarsal articular angle(DMAA)and intermetatarsal angles(IMA)with professional X-ray measurement software and then reseach the effect of two the operation methods.Results:Young group:Chevron combined with Akin and Scarf combined with Akin significantly improved HVA and IMA,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),but the improvement effect of the two groups was similar,and the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The improvement effect of the two groups on DMAA in young patients was not significant,and the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Middle-aged group:Chevron combined with Akin and Scarf combined with Akin also significantly improved HVA and IMA(P<0.05),but the improvement effect of the two groups was similar,and the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Chevron combined with Akin significantly improved DMAA in middle-aged and elderly patients,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Scarf combined with Akin did not significantly improve DMAA in middle-aged and elderly patients,and the difference had no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Chevron combined with Akin and Scarf combined with Akin are effective and widely used.Chevron combined with Akin was able to improve DMAA in middle-aged and elderly patients.Therefore,Chevron combined with Akin is recommended for middle-aged and elderly patients with hallux valgus. 展开更多

Objective:To study the mechanism of Yuanhuzhitong decoction for the treatment of osteoarthritis from the perspective of network pharmacology.Methods:The active ingredients of Yuanhuzhitong decoction were screened out from the TCMSP database,and then the targets of the active ingredients were extracted.The drug-ingredient-target network was constructed using Cytoscape software.The genes of osteoarthritis were obtained by OMIM,GeneCards and DisGeNET databases.Drug targets and disease targets were mapped together,and the relationship of the key target protein-protein interaction(PPI)was obtained through the online STRING database.Key targets were analyzed by Clue GO plug-in for GO functional enrichment and KEGG signaling pathway enrichment.Results:A total of 71 active ingredients and 99 unique targets of alkaloids,coumarins,volatile oils,steroids,etc were obtained through the threshold of OB 30%and DL 0.18.45 common targets were obtained through Venn diagram,among which the core targets were IL6,VEGFA,CASP3,CCND1,ESR1,etc.GO enrichment analysis revealed that the biological processes of Yuanhuzhitong decoction for OA were mainly concentrated in cell migration,differentiation,nucleotide metabolism and synthesis,regulation of pri-miRNA transcription by RNA polymerase II,and apoptosis.KEGG analysis showed that Yuanhuzhitong decoction may act on HIF-1 signal pathway,TNF signal pathway,NF-κB signal pathway and other pathways.The results showed that the main active ingredients in Yuanhuzhitong decoction could play an important role for the treatment of osteoarthritis through"multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway".Conclusion:This study analyzed the main active ingredients,key targets,signaling pathways and mechanism of Yuanhuzhitong decoction from the perspective of network pharmacology,laying a foundation for further exploration of its mechanism. 展开更多

Charging and self-discharging process of a quantum battery in composite environments

How to improve charging processes and suppress self-discharging processes has always been one of the key issues to achieve quantum batteries with high performance.Although a quantum battery is inevitably influenced by composite environments,this situation is still little understood,particularly regarding the influence of the memory effect of the composite environments and the coupling between composite environments.In this work,we investigate the effects of the composite environments,composed of two identical parts each containing a single cavity mode decaying to a reservoir,on the charging and self-discharging processes of a quantum battery.We show that increasing the two-mode coupling can effectively enhance the charging performance(i.e.,the stored energy,the charging power,ergotropy)and restrain the self-discharging process(i.e.,suppressing the process of dissipating the energy).However,different from the effect of two-mode coupling,we reveal that the memory effect of the reservoir in this composite environment is unfavorable to the charging process of the quantum battery,which is in sharp contrast to previous studies where the memory effect can significantly improve the charging performance of a quantum battery.Our results may benefit to the realization of quantum batteries with high performance under the actual complex environmental noise. 展开更多
