海洋生物污损是由有机物、细菌与多种微型动植物等黏附在海洋材料表面上形成的,这对人类从事海洋活动与资源开发产生了严重的危害。文中利用带相反电荷的壳聚糖季铵盐(HACC)与海藻酸钠(SA)电荷组装制备了多糖聚电解质复合物(PEC)水凝胶... 海洋生物污损是由有机物、细菌与多种微型动植物等黏附在海洋材料表面上形成的,这对人类从事海洋活动与资源开发产生了严重的危害。文中利用带相反电荷的壳聚糖季铵盐(HACC)与海藻酸钠(SA)电荷组装制备了多糖聚电解质复合物(PEC)水凝胶膜,由于分子间的氢键作用、静电相互作用与金属配位键作用的协同效应,该水凝胶膜具有优异的力学性能(断裂强度为8.65 MPa)。此外,进一步引入四羧基苯基卟啉铁金属簇(Fe-TCPP)复合PEC制备了Fe-TCPP@HACC/SA水凝胶膜,该水凝胶膜表现出预期优异的抑菌性能(抑菌圈直径为2.5 mm)、耐蛋白吸附性能(蛋白吸附量为28.52 mg/g)及耐硅藻黏附性能(硅藻黏附比为9.17%),该新型水凝胶膜在海洋生物防污领域具有潜在应用价值。 展开更多

Determination of 3,4-dichlorinated biphenyl in soil samples by real-time immuno-PCR assay

A real-time fluorescent quantitative immuno-polymerase chain reaction(RT-IPCR)assay was developed for the detection of non-dioxinlike polychlorinated biphenyl(PCB)congener in soil samples.Based on the construction of 3,4-dichlorinated biphenyl(IUPAC PCB12)hapten and its immunogen,the specific polyclonal antibodies(pAbs)to PCB12 was obtained and used to develop a direct competitive RT-IPCR assay.Using the optimized assay,a standard curve for PCB12 was prepared.The linear range for the determination of PCB12 was from 10.0to 1.0 × 106fg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.98 and a detection limit of 1.53fg/mL.The RT-IPCR assays were tested for their cross-reactivity profiles using four selected congeners and four Aroclor products.The results for the soil samples correlated with the concentrations of PCBs obtained by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.This highly specific,sensitive,and robust assay can be applied to on-site tests of PCBs and serve as a model for other pollutant immunoassays. 展开更多

Gastric cancer(GC)is the fifth most common cancer among all cancer fields and currently the third most common cause of cancer-related deaths both in men and women worldwide.Additionally,the incidence and mortality of GC significantly varies due to different eating habits and environmental and genetic factors in different areas.Remarkably,with the development of techniques and surgical equipment along with newly emerging drugs and therapeutics,the 5-year survival for GC patients has increased and the death rate has decreased.In this perspective,based on current therapies in GC field around the world,we present a systematic discussion about the state of advanced clinical treatments including surgical resection,systemic chemotherapy,targeted therapy,radiotherapy and enhanced recovery after surgery.Although challenges remain which require further study and investigation,in this review,we mainly focus on the promising clinical treatment strategies in GC to date. 展开更多
