To enhance the thermoelectric effect of cement-based materials,conductive polyaniline(PANI)modified MnO_(2)powder was synthesized and used as a thermoelectric component in the cement composites.The nanostructured PANI was deposited on the surface of the nanorod-shapedα-MnO_(2)particle and the weight ratio of PANI to MnO_(2)was 22.3:77.7 in the composite.The synthesized PANI/MnO_(2)composite was nanostructured according to the SEM image.The test results of the thermoelectric properties proved that the PANI/MnO_(2)composite was effective as the Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity values of the cement composites with PANI/MnO_(2)inside were 3-4 orders of magnitude higher than those of pure cement paste and the thermal conductivity values of these cement samples were similar.The obtained maximum figure of merit(ZT)value(2.75×10^(-3))was much larger than that of conductive materials reinforced cement-based composites.The thermoelectric effect of cement composites is mainly enhanced by the increased Seebeck coefficient and electrical conductivity in this work. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC)is complex,and recent therapeutic advances remain unable to fully alleviate the condition.AIM To inform the development of novel UC treatments,bioinformatics was used to explore the autophagy-related pathogenesis associated with the active phase of UC.METHODS The GEO database was searched for UC-related datasets that included healthy controls who met the screening criteria.Differential analysis was conducted to obtain differentially expressed genes(DEGs).Au-tophagy-related targets were collected and intersected with the DEGs to identiy differentially expressed autophagy-related genes(DEARGs)associated with active UC.DEARGs were then subjected to KEGG,GO,and DisGeNET disease enrichment analyses using R software.Differential analysis of immune infiltrating cells was performed using the CiberSort algorithm.The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator algorithm and protein-protein interaction network were used to narrow down the DEARGs,and the top five targets in the Dgree ranking were designated as core targets.RESULTS A total of 4822 DEGs were obtained,of which 58 were classified as DEARGs.SERPINA1,BAG3,HSPA5,CASP1,and CX3CL1 were identified as core targets.GO enrichment analysis revealed that DEARGs were primarily enriched in processes related to autophagy regulation and macroautophagy.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that DEARGs were predominantly associated with NOD-like receptor signaling and other signaling pathways.Disease enrichment analysis indicated that DEARGs were significantly linked to diseases such as malignant glioma and middle cerebral artery occlusion.Immune infiltration analysis demonstrated a higher presence of immune cells like activated memory CD4 T cells and follicular helper T cells in active UC patients than in healthy controls.CONCLUSION Autophagy is closely related to the active phase of UC and the potential targets obtained from the analysis in this study may provide new insight into the treatment of active UC patients. 展开更多

Fluorographene(FG)with narrow lateral size and thickness distributions was prepared by a liquid-phase exfoliation method,based on liquid cascade centrifugation.The Rtec MFT-5000 tribo-meter was used to investigate the lubricating performance of bentonite grease enhanced by the as-prepared FG.The results showed that the coefficient of friction and the wear volume of bentonite grease with 0.3 wt%FG were decreased by 20.4%and 44.9%,respectively,as compared to those of the base grease.The main reason is that FG can promote the formation of the tribo-chemical reaction film consisting of complex carbon oxide,Fe_(2)O_(3)and FeF_(3)on the friction surface,which can remarkably improve the performance of friction reduction and prevent the appearance of severe wear. 展开更多

Black rockfish(Sebastes schlegelii)has evolved viviparous reproduction mode.Different from the oviparous fishes,the spermatozoa of black rockfish are stored on the surface of ovarian follicle for over four months until the egg mature in ovary,while the adaptive evolution of fertilization-related genes remains to be studied.In the present study,based on the genome and transcriptome information of black rockfish,a total of 10 hyaluronidase genes were identified by phylogenetic and sequence analyses,including hyal1,hyal2,hyal3,hyal4,hyal6 and spam1a,spam1b,spam1c and spam1d.The spam1 subfamilies,including spam1a,spam1b,spam1c and spam1d,were significantly expanded compared to other species.The adaptive evolution of hyaluronidase was further investigated by selection pressure analysis of branch model and branch site model.The results showed that only spam1 subfamily was positively selected with a large number of positive selection sites,and the evolution rate was significantly higher thanthose of other teleosts.Two positively selected sites,LYS-171 and GLY-164,were located in the neutral hyaluronidase activity domain,which was pivotal for SPAM1 to participate in enzymatic hydrolysis of the extracellular hyaluronic acid matrix and mediate acrosome reaction in mammals.Furthermore,spam1 was mainly expressed in spermatocytes,secondary spermatocytes,and spermatids of testis,whereas it was not found in metamorphic sperm and mature sperm based on the spatiotemporal expression analysis.All results indicated that spam1 might originate from the testis and might be an adaptation of viviparous trait in black rockfish. 展开更多

公平数据汇总是指从每种数据类别中选择有代表性的子集,且满足公平性要求。在大数据时代,每种类别的数据都是海量的,因此公平数据汇总研究具有非常重要的现实意义。为了使公平数据汇总的数据点更具有代表性,提出了基于k-center聚类和最... 公平数据汇总是指从每种数据类别中选择有代表性的子集,且满足公平性要求。在大数据时代,每种类别的数据都是海量的,因此公平数据汇总研究具有非常重要的现实意义。为了使公平数据汇总的数据点更具有代表性,提出了基于k-center聚类和最近邻中心的公平数据汇总算法。算法主要包括2个基本步骤:(1)通过k-center聚类,将k个簇中心作为当前汇总结果;(2)选择满足公平约束的原簇中心的最近邻点作为新簇中心。由于更新簇中心时选择的是原簇中心的最近邻点,因此相对随机选择的数据点,最近邻点更具有代表性,是除原始簇中心外的次优代表点。同时,寻找最近邻点作为新的簇中心能最大限度减少公平代价。在2个模拟数据集和6个UCI真实数据集上的对比实验结果表明,所提出的算法在近似因子和公平代价方面都优于对比算法,说明所提出的算法获得的数据汇总更具有代表性。 展开更多

目的探究耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选取潜江市中心医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者60例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组、研究组,各30例。对照组予耳穴压豆治疗,研究组予耳... 目的探究耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁的效果。方法选取潜江市中心医院2021年1月—2022年6月收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者60例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组、研究组,各30例。对照组予耳穴压豆治疗,研究组予耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗后盆底肌力、60 min漏尿量、3 d漏尿次数、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组盆底肌肌力、生活质量评分均高于对照组,60 min漏尿量、3 d漏尿次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合磁刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床效果显著,不仅能够缓解盆底肌肌力、降低漏尿量及漏尿次数,还能促进产妇生活质量提高,缓解焦虑、降低压力,值得临床推广使用。 展开更多

夏秋高温干旱对不同下种时间甘蔗产量性状的影响

近年来在全球气候变暖加剧的背景下,广西极端天气频发,夏秋高温少雨干旱发展加重,严重影响甘蔗生产,科学选择适宜的下种时间,是应对夏秋干旱灾害的一个重要途径。本研究于2021、2022年在广西柳州沙塘国家农业气象试验站设置甘蔗农田试验... 近年来在全球气候变暖加剧的背景下,广西极端天气频发,夏秋高温少雨干旱发展加重,严重影响甘蔗生产,科学选择适宜的下种时间,是应对夏秋干旱灾害的一个重要途径。本研究于2021、2022年在广西柳州沙塘国家农业气象试验站设置甘蔗农田试验点,采用3个甘蔗品种,2—5月进行7期分期下种田间试验,通过利用这2个年度典型的夏秋高温干旱年景,研究夏秋高温干旱对不同下种时间甘蔗产量性状的影响。试验结果表明:(1)在夏秋高温干旱年景条件下,随着下种时间的延迟,甘蔗收获期茎长、茎粗、单茎重、理论产量均呈现明显下降的趋势,2021、2022年下种时间A1各品种茎长为178~227 cm,茎粗为27.6~30.3 mm,单茎重为1.05~1.42 kg,下种时间A7各品种茎长仅为76~145 cm,茎粗为21.5~30.0 mm,单茎重为0.26~0.85 kg;(2)在3月种植的新植蔗,理论产量在76.65~104.10 t/hm^(2)之间,甘蔗能利用前期比较适宜的气象条件,缓解夏秋高温干旱对甘蔗的影响;在4—5月期间种植的新植蔗,受干旱影响较大,其中5月30日下种理论产量仅为18.90~63.75 t/hm^(2),甘蔗产量显著下降;(3)甘蔗品种ROC22和GL05136在茎长、单茎重和理论产量方面比GT42有优势,但是在茎粗方面GT42有优势,ROC22和GL05136抗旱性较强。因此,在夏秋高温干旱年景下,选择适宜抗旱品种,春种甘蔗尽量适时提早种植,加快甘蔗前期生长进度;在夏秋干旱来临之前,获得健壮植株,提高自身抗旱能力,将气象灾害影响降到最低,可达到高产、稳产的目的。 展开更多

目的探讨热毒宁注射液不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2012年1月至2022年12月武汉市药品不良反应监测中心数据库中收集的325例热毒宁注射液药物不良反应(ADR)报告进行统计分析。结果325例热毒宁注射液ADR报告... 目的探讨热毒宁注射液不良反应发生的规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对2012年1月至2022年12月武汉市药品不良反应监测中心数据库中收集的325例热毒宁注射液药物不良反应(ADR)报告进行统计分析。结果325例热毒宁注射液ADR报告中,6岁以下儿童发生ADR居多,多数为联合用药(52.62%);不合理用药导致ADR的影响因素为用药剂量不合理(14.77%)、超适应证用药(1.54%)、溶媒不合理(1.54%);ADR主要发生在用药30 min内,累及系统-器官与临床表现主要为皮肤及其附件损害(52.71%),全身性损害次之(21.26%)。结论临床上需加强儿童病人(尤其是6岁以下)使用热毒宁注射液的ADR风险管理,应尽量避免循证医学证据不足的超剂量用药、超适应证及联合用药等不合理使用,避免增加ADR发生风险,保障热毒宁注射液的安全有效使用。 展开更多

鳡(Elopichthys bambusa)是大型凶猛肉食性鱼类,在大型水体生态系统中占据重要地位,也是我国重要的经济鱼类。近年来,由于种质退化、亲本数量锐减、养殖规模衰减、池塘规模化繁育技术不成熟等综合因素,导致其产业发展停滞甚至倒退,已无... 鳡(Elopichthys bambusa)是大型凶猛肉食性鱼类,在大型水体生态系统中占据重要地位,也是我国重要的经济鱼类。近年来,由于种质退化、亲本数量锐减、养殖规模衰减、池塘规模化繁育技术不成熟等综合因素,导致其产业发展停滞甚至倒退,已无法满足市场需求。鳡亲本培育、亲本产后护理、规模化催产、驯食人工配合饲料、优良种质培育等领域仍然存在不成熟不完善之处,有较大的研究空间。建立完善的鳡繁育技术体系对推动鳡产业可持续、高质量发展至关重要。近20年来,鳡人工繁殖技术取得突破,苗种培育也取得了重要进展,特别是驯食人工配合饲料方面取得了重要突破,给鳡产业发展提供了关键保障。文章系统总结了鳡人工繁殖与苗种培育的研究进展,指出繁育环节中需要进一步研究和解决的问题,特别是亲本培育与产后护理、驯食及优良种质培育等方面需要进一步开展大量研究。文章进一步提出对应建议或对策,以期为鳡产业持续发展提供参考,也为其他大型肉食性鱼类产业发展提供了借鉴。 展开更多

Multi-layer sandstone reservoirs occur globally and are currently in international production. The 3D characteristics of these reservoirs are too complicated to be accurately delineated by general structural-facies-reservoir modelling. In view of the special geological features, such as the vertical architecture of sandstone and mudstone interbeds, the lateral stable sedimentation and the strong heterogeneity of reservoir poroperm and fluid distribution, we developed a new three-stage and six-phase procedure for 3D characterization of multi-layer sandstone reservoirs. The procedure comprises two-phase structural modelling, two-phase facies modelling and modelling of two types of reservoir properties. Using this procedure, we established models of the formation structure, sand body structure and microfacies, reservoir facies and properties including porosity, permeability and gas saturation and provided a 3D fine-scale, systematic characterization of the Sebei multi-layer sandstone gas field, China. This new procedure, validated by the Sebei gas field, can be applied to characterize similar multi-layer sandstone reservoirs. 展开更多

The tribological properties of graphene(GN) and graphite(G) as lubricant additives in lithium greases were investigated with a four-ball tribotester. The micro-morphology as well as the content and chemical state of elements on the worn surfaces was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The results showed that the tribological performance of lithium grease could be significantly improved by the addition of graphene. During the friction process, an adhesion film and a deposition film consisted of graphene as well as a tribochemical reaction film composed of FeO, Fe_2O_3, FeOOH and LiOH could be formed on the tribosurface, and these complex films were responsible for the improved tribological performance of lithium grease. 展开更多

During the summer of 2012, the fifth CHINARE Arctic Expedition was carried out, and a submersible mooring system was deployed in M5 station located at (69°30.155'N,169°00.654'W) and recovered 50d later. A set of temperature, salinity and current profile records was acquired. The characteristics of these observations are analyzed in this paper. Some main results are achieved as below. (1) Temperature generally decreases while salinity generally increases with increasing depth. The average values of all records are 2.98℃ and 32.21 psu. (2) Salinity and temperature are well negatively correlated, and the correlation coefficient between them is -0.84. However, they did not always vary synchronously. Their co-variation featured different characters during different significant periods. (3) The average velocity for the whole water column is 141 mm/s with directional angle of 347.1°. The statistical distribution curve of velocity record number gets narrower with increasing depth. More than 85% of the recorded velocities are northward, and the mean magnitudes of dominated northward velocities are 100-150 mm/s. (4) Rotary spectrum analysis shows that motions with low frequency take a majority of energy in all layers. The most significant energy peaks for all layers are around 0.012 cph (about 3.5 d period), while the tidal motion in mooring area is nonsignificant. (5) Velocities in all layers feature similar and synchronous temporal variations, except for the slight decrease in magnitude and leftward twist from top to bottom. The directions of velocity correspond well to those of Surface wind. The average northward volume transport per square meter is 0.1-0.2 m3/s under southerly wind, but about -0.2 m3/s during northerly wind burst. 展开更多

Effects of organosilane-modified PCE (OS-PCE) on the fluidity and the hydration properties of cement-fly ash (FA) composite binder were systematically analyzed.The experimental results show that OS-PCE possesses respectively 36.98% and 36.67% higher saturated adsorption amount on cement and FA,in comparison with ordinary PCE,and can contribute to higher fluidity of cement-FA composite binder.The addition of OS-PCE retards hydration process of cement-FA composite binder proportionally with the dosage of OS-PCE,but promotes the hydration kinetics of the composite binder.The reactivity enhancement is attributed to the well-dispersed FA by OS-PCE,which provides more nucleation sites for the reaction of heterogeneous C-S-H and enhances the contact with water to react with CH forming pozzolanic C-S-H.Well-distributed hydration products are exhibited in the hardened binder added with OS-PCE,with a large number of hydrated gels uniformly fill in the pores and gaps,which improves the compaction of the hardened structure. 展开更多

目的:观察颈椎五步操康复锻炼对神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)患者的康复效果。方法:将90例CSR保守治疗患者按随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组各45例。对照组采取基础护理措施,试验组在对照组基础护理措... 目的:观察颈椎五步操康复锻炼对神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)患者的康复效果。方法:将90例CSR保守治疗患者按随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组各45例。对照组采取基础护理措施,试验组在对照组基础护理措施基础上进行颈椎五步操康复锻炼。比较两组患者入院及出院后各时间点颈椎功能障碍指数量表(neck disability index,NDI)评分、视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、颈椎关节活动度评分变化情况。结果:出院后各时间点两组患者NDI、VAS评分均低于入院时(P<0.01),两组患者颈椎关节活动范围均较入院时改善(P<0.05),试验组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:颈椎五步操能够有效缓解CSR患者颈痛,改善患者颈椎功能及颈椎关节活动度。 展开更多

太阳能电池片表面缺陷具有类内差异大、类间差异小和背景特征复杂等特点,因此,要实现高精度的太阳能电池片表面缺陷自动检测是一项富有挑战性的任务。针对此问题,该文提出融合局部和全局特征的卷积视觉Transformer网络(CViT-Net),首先采... 太阳能电池片表面缺陷具有类内差异大、类间差异小和背景特征复杂等特点,因此,要实现高精度的太阳能电池片表面缺陷自动检测是一项富有挑战性的任务。针对此问题,该文提出融合局部和全局特征的卷积视觉Transformer网络(CViT-Net),首先采用Ghost聚焦(G-C2F)模块提取电池片缺陷局部特征;然后引进坐标注意力强调缺陷特征并抑制背景特征;最后构建Ghost视觉(G-ViT)模块融合电池片缺陷局部特征和全局特征。同时,针对不同检测精度和模型参数量,分别提供了CViT-Net-S和CViT-Net-L两种网络结构。实验结果表明,与经典MobileVit、MobileNetV3和GhostNet轻量级网络相比,CViT-Net-S对电池片分类准确率分别提升了1.4%、2.3%和1.3%,对电池片检测mAP50分别提升了2.7%、0.3%和0.8%;与ResNet50、RegNet网络相比,CViT-Net-L分类准确率分别提升了0.72%和0.7%,检测mAP50分别提升了3.9%、1.3%;与先进YOLOv6、YOLOv7和YOLOv8检测网络相比,作为骨干网络的CViT-Net-S、CViT-Net-L结构在mAP和mAP50指标上仍保持良好检测效果。结果证明本文算法在太阳能电池片表面缺陷检测领域具有应用价值。 展开更多

In this paper, the graphene-copper nanoparticle composites(GN/Cu NPs) were prepared by in situ chemical reduction in aqueous solution. The influence of pH value and the concentration of PVP on the particle size and structure of the GN/Cu NPs as well as the element distribution were analyzed via the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), the transmission electron microscopy(TEM), the X-ray diffraction(XRD), and the energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). The tribological properties of the grease with GN/Cu NPs composites have been studied by SRV-IV. It was found that compared to the base grease, the GN/Cu NPs composites could help to reduce the wear loss of the disk by 85.5% and the average friction coefficient by 15.5%. The test results clearly indicated that the addition of the GN/Cu NPs composites significantly enhanced the tribological properties of grease. 展开更多

目的探讨基于人文关怀理念的认知行为干预对上消化道早癌患者疼痛、心理和康复效果的影响。方法选择196例上消化道早期癌症行内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组98例。对照组给予上消化道早癌ESD知识宣教,观察组在... 目的探讨基于人文关怀理念的认知行为干预对上消化道早癌患者疼痛、心理和康复效果的影响。方法选择196例上消化道早期癌症行内镜下黏膜剥离术(ESD)患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组98例。对照组给予上消化道早癌ESD知识宣教,观察组在此基础上给予基于人文关怀理念的认知行为干预。比较2组康复情况、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、术后并发症。结果观察组的术后肛门排气时间、术后首次排便时间和术后住院时间为(24.67±8.25)h、(43.90±10.27)h、(9.38±2.02)d,分别短于对照组的(27.83±9.40)h、(50.03±12.85)h、(10.26±2.37)d;手术24、48、72 h后观察组VAS评分为(2.63±0.67)、(1.84±0.52)、(1.33±0.38)分,分别低于对照组的(2.89±0.70)、(2.06±0.58)、(1.47±0.42)分;观察组干预后SAS评分为(38.73±7.40)分,低于对照组的(42.05±8.01)分;观察组干预后的GSES评分为(31.53±6.27)分,高于对照组的(29.28±5.96)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组总并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对上消化道早癌患者实施基于人文关怀理念的认知行为干预可减轻疼痛和焦虑情绪,促进患者快速康复。 展开更多

目的:评价SHEL模型在手术室术后切口感染控制中的应用价值。方法:选择2021年1—6月完成Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术的10312例患者作为对照组,2021年7—12月完成Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术的10432例患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规方法控制,观察组采用SHEL模型实施手... 目的:评价SHEL模型在手术室术后切口感染控制中的应用价值。方法:选择2021年1—6月完成Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术的10312例患者作为对照组,2021年7—12月完成Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术的10432例患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规方法控制,观察组采用SHEL模型实施手术切口感染控制管理,比较两组患者手术室卫生学监测结果及护理质量和切口感染率。结果:观察组手术室空气卫生学监测合格率、物体表面卫生学监测合格率及医务人员手消毒合格率(99.21%、98.33%、98.89%)均高于对照组(94.44%、83.33%、89.44%,均P<0.05);干预后手术室各项护理质量评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术切口感染率及总感染率(0.07%、2.27%、0.99%)均低于对照组(0.28%、7.92%、3.47%,均P<0.05)。结论:应用SHEL模型实施手术室切口感染控制管理,有利于降低手术切口感染率,提高手术室管理质量,值得临床推广。 展开更多

目的:探讨气膀胱腹腔镜Cohen手术治疗输尿管末端疾病的疗效。方法:回顾分析2011年5月至2021年12月收治的膀胱输尿管反流及输尿管末端梗阻患儿的临床资料。患儿均行输尿管膀胱再植手术,根据手术入路分为开放组(n=48)与气膀胱腹腔镜组(气... 目的:探讨气膀胱腹腔镜Cohen手术治疗输尿管末端疾病的疗效。方法:回顾分析2011年5月至2021年12月收治的膀胱输尿管反流及输尿管末端梗阻患儿的临床资料。患儿均行输尿管膀胱再植手术,根据手术入路分为开放组(n=48)与气膀胱腹腔镜组(气膀胱组,n=70),对比分析两组手术时间、切口长度、术后肉眼血尿时间、住院时间、肾输尿管积水恢复情况、术后并发症、再手术率等指标。结果:两组患儿年龄、体重、疾病类型、肾输尿管积水严重程度等差异均无统计学意义。与开放组相比,气膀胱组应用血制品少(P=0.001)、切口长度短(P<0.001)、黏膜下隧道与输尿管末端直径比大(P=0.001)、术后肉眼血尿时间短(P=0.005)、术后留置尿管时间短(P=0.023)、术后住院时间短(P<0.001),但手术时间长(P<0.001)。两组患儿术后肾输尿管积水情况均明显改善,气膀胱组较开放组肾盂积水改善更明显(P=0.035)。两组术后应用止疼药、住院期间泌尿系统感染发生率、术后反流与再梗阻、长期排尿异常及再次手术率差异无统计学意义。结论:治疗输尿管末端疾病,气膀胱腹腔镜Cohen手术相较传统开放手术具有美观、损伤小、术后康复快的优点,是安全、有效并值得推广的术式。 展开更多
