Self-powered flexible devices with skin-like multiple sensing ability have attracted great attentions due to their broad applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).Various methods have been proposed to enhance mechan...Self-powered flexible devices with skin-like multiple sensing ability have attracted great attentions due to their broad applications in the Internet of Things(IoT).Various methods have been proposed to enhance mechano-optic or electric performance of the flexible devices;however,it remains challenging to realize the display and accurate recognition of motion trajectories for intelligent control.Here,we present a fully self-powered mechanoluminescent-triboelectric bimodal sensor based on micronanostructured mechanoluminescent elastomer,which can patterned-display the force trajectories.The deformable liquid metals used as stretchable electrode make the stress transfer stable through overall device to achieve outstanding mechanoluminescence(with a gray value of 107 under a stimulus force as low as 0.3 N and more than 2000 cycles reproducibility).Moreover,a microstructured surface is constructed which endows the resulted composite with significantly improved triboelectric performances(voltage increases from 8 to 24 V).Based on the excellent bimodal sensing performances and durability of the obtained composite,a highly reliable intelligent control system by machine learning has been developed for controlling trolley,providing an approach for advanced visual interaction devices and smart wearable electronics in the future IoT era.展开更多

To preliminary study the significance of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the treatment the patients with anemia of chronic diseases (ACD), and the changes in the serum levels of BMP6, hepcidin and IL-6. <strong>Methods:</strong> Used LMWH (4000 u/day, 7 - 15 days) to therapy 61 patients with ACD, and ELISA method was used to determine Hepcidin and BMP6 before and after treatment, and the determination of IL-6 by Electro-chemi-luminescence, and to analyze its clinical significance. <strong>Results:</strong> 1) In all 61 cases, the levels of Hepcidin in post-therapy were 0.82 ± 0.24 mg/L, which were lower than 1.05 ± 3.83 mg/L in pre-therapy (t = 2.5726, <em>P</em> < 0.05). The levels of IL-6 in post-therapy were 24.88 ± 12.58 mg/L, which were lower than 38.22 ± 31.23 mg/L in pre-therapy (t = 2.9650, <em>P</em> < 0.05), but there were no statistically significant both Hb and BMP6 between in pre-therapy and post-therapy (all <em>P</em> > 0.05). However, The levels of Hb in post-therapy were higher than in pre-therapy (t = 1.9832, <em>P</em> < 0.05). 2) The Hb level in the tumor anemia group after treatment was 91.18 ± 15.91 g/L, which was higher than that before treatment (85.45 ± 18.33 g/L), the difference was statistically significant (t = 1.9711, <em>P</em> < 0.05). 3) The levels of hepcidin and IL-6 in the tumor anemia group after treatment were 0.73 ± 0.45 mg/L and 30.33 ± 28.39 mg/ml, which were lower than those before treatment (1.09 ± 0.41 mg/L and 50.76 ± 42.10 mg/ml), respectively, the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.3941, <em>P </em>< 0.01 and t = 2.3597, <em>P</em> < 0.05). 4) There was no significant difference in all indexes in tumor anemia free group (all <em>P</em> > 0.05). 5) Although Hb level increased slightly in the non-tumor anemia group, there was no statistical significance (<em>P</em> > 0.05), and there was no statistical difference in other indexes (all <em>P</em> > 0.05). 6) After treatment, the level of Hb was negatively correlated with Hepcidin and IL-6 (respectively r = -0.2809, t = 2.2490, <em>P</em> < 0.05 and r = -0.2781, t = 2.2266, <em>P</em> < 0.05). Hepcidin was positively related to IL-6 (r = -0.2941, t = 2.3622, <em>P</em> < 0.05). There was no correlation between BMP6 and Hb, Hepcidin and IL-6 levels. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> LMWH could up-regulate the levels of Hb, and better for the degree of anemia in patients with ACD. Due to the influence of light, shelter and other external factors of gait image, some problems such as loss of information,image shadows, and improper threshold of image preprocessing may occur. In order to solve these problems, an image preprocessing method of gait recognition is proposed. Firstly, background image is extracted by background modeling, secondly, the target profile is extracted by the direct difference method; thirdly, the shadow elimination based on the HSV color model is carried out on the target profile map; Finally, the complete target profile is obtained by threshold segmentation. Experimental results on CASIA_A database demonstrate that this proposed method is quite effective on both target profile extraction and proportion comparison with the real area.展开更多
Bismuth layer-structured ferroelectric ceramics of Na0.5Bi4.5-x(Nd_(0.5)Ce_(0.5)))xTi4O15(NBT-x,0.0≤x≤0.4)were synthesized by a traditional solid-state reaction.The effect of(Nd,Ce)substitution for A-site on the mic...Bismuth layer-structured ferroelectric ceramics of Na0.5Bi4.5-x(Nd_(0.5)Ce_(0.5)))xTi4O15(NBT-x,0.0≤x≤0.4)were synthesized by a traditional solid-state reaction.The effect of(Nd,Ce)substitution for A-site on the microstructure and electrical properties of Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_(4)O_(15)(NBT)-based piezoelectric ceramics was investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis revealed that the(Nd,Ce)-modified NBT ceramics have a pure four-layer Aurivillius type structure.The piezoelectric properties of NBT ceramics were significantly improved by the modification of neodymium and cerium.The Curie temperature TC gradually decreased from 638℃to 618℃with increasing the(Nd,Ce)modification.The piezoelectric constant d33,mechanical quality factor Qm,dielectric loss tanδand Curie temperature TC of the Na0.5Bi4.3(Nd_(0.5)Ce_(0.5)))0.2Ti4O15 ceramic were found to be 28 pC/N,3239,0.0032 and 630℃,respectively.Thermal annealing studies indicated that the(Nd,Ce)-modified NBT ceramics possess stable piezoelectric properties,demonstrating that the Na0.5Bi4.3(Nd_(0.5)Ce_(0.5)))0.2Ti4O15 ceramic is a promising candidate for high temperature applications.展开更多
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a heterogeneous disorder with evidence of polygenetic components,and obesity may be a risk factor for hyperandrogen ism.Previous studies have shown that LHCGR is en riched in the ovar...Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a heterogeneous disorder with evidence of polygenetic components,and obesity may be a risk factor for hyperandrogen ism.Previous studies have shown that LHCGR is en riched in the ovary and LHCGR deficiency causes infertility without typical PCOS phenotypes.ALMS1 is implicated in obesity and hyperandrogenism,the common phenotypes among PCOS patients.Through whole-exome sequencing of 22 PCOS families and targeted candidate gene sequencing of additional 65 sporadic PCOS patients,we identified potential causative mutations in LHCGR and ALMS1 in a sibling-pair PCOS family and three sporadic PCOS patients.The expression of LHCGRL638 P in granulosa-like tumor cell line(KGN)cells promoted cyclic adenosine monophosphate production and granulosa cell proliferation,indicating that LHCGRL638 P is an activating mutation.Lhcgr~(L642 P/L642 P)mice showed an irregular estrous cycle,reduced follicles with dynamic folliculogenesis,and increased testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),and dehydroepiandrosterone.Lhcgr~(+/L642 P)AIms1~(+/PB)mice displayed increased T and E2 but decreased late secondary and preovulatory follicles.We showed that activating mutation of LHCGR likely plays important roles in the pathophysiology of PCOS involving abnormal reproductive physiology,whereas ALMS1 deficiency may promote anovulatory infertility via elevated androgens,suggesting that the disturbed LHCGR and ALMS1 cooperatively induce PCOS phenotypes,characterized as anovulation and hyperandrogenemia frequently observed in PCOS patients with obesity.展开更多

However, when the dictionary is large and the representation i...With the development of face recognition using sparse representation based classification(SRC), many relevant methods have been proposed and investigated. However, when the dictionary is large and the representation is sparse, only a small proportion of the elements contributes to the l1-minimization. Under this observation,several approaches have been developed to carry out an efficient element selection procedure before SRC. In this paper, we employ a metric learning approach which helps find the active elements correctly by taking into account the interclass/intraclass relationship and manifold structure of face images. After the metric has been learned, a neighborhood graph is constructed in the projected space. A fast marching algorithm is used to rapidly select the subset from the graph, and SRC is implemented for classification. Experimental results show that our method achieves promising performance and significant efficiency enhancement.展开更多
The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID‐19)is still causing a wide range of infections and deaths due to the high variability of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2).Therefore,it is necessary ...The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID‐19)is still causing a wide range of infections and deaths due to the high variability of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS‐CoV‐2).Therefore,it is necessary to establish a reliable and convenient pseudovirus‐based neutralization assay to develop drug targeted variants of SARS‐CoV‐2.Based on the HIV‐1 backbone,we generated a high titer luciferase(Luc)‐expressing pseudovirus packaging system.Three dominant S mutant substitution pseudovirus were also established and identified compared to wide type in hACE2‐overexpressingHEK‐293T cells(293T‐ACE2 cells).Compared to serine protease inhibitor camostat mesylate,the cysteine protease inhibitor E‐64d could significantly block all SARS‐CoV‐2 mutant S pseudovirus infection in 293T‐ACE2 cells.Furthermore,the neutralization ability of two antibodies targeted receptor‐binding domain(RBD)of SARS‐CoV‐2 spike protein(S)was evaluated,which showeddifferent inhibition dose–effect curves among four types of S pseudovirus.Overall,we developed a pseudovirus‐based neutralization assay for SARS‐CoV‐2,which would be readily adapted to SARS‐CoV‐2 variants for evaluating antibodies.展开更多
