However, the lattice-mismatch issue makes it challenging to place conventional spin current sources, such as heavy metals, between L1_(0)-MnAl layers and substrates. In this work, we propose a solution by using the B2-CoGa alloy as the spin current source. The lattice-matching enables high-quality epitaxial growth of 2-nm-thick L1_(0)-MnAl on B2-CoGa, and the L1_(0)-MnAl exhibits a large PMA constant of 1.04 × 10^(6)J/m^(3). Subsequently, the considerable spin Hall effect in B2-CoGa enables the achievement of SOT-induced deterministic magnetization switching. Moreover, we quantitatively determine the SOT efficiency in the bilayer. Furthermore, we design an L1_(0)-MnAl/B2-CoGa/Co_(2)MnGa structure to achieve field-free magnetic switching. Our results provide valuable insights for achieving high-performance SOT-MRAM devices based on L1_(0)-MnAl alloy.展开更多

The discovery of these mutations provides novel mechanism for activation of signal transduction in hematopoietic malignancies. This research was to investigate their prevalence in Chinese patients with primary myelofibrosis (PMF). Methods: We introduced allele-specific PCR (AS-PCR) combined with sequence analysis to simultaneously screen JAK2 V617F, MPL W515L and JAK2 exon 12 mutations in 30 patients with PMF. Results: Fifteen PMF patients (50.0%) carried JAK2 V617F mutation, and only two JAK2 V617F-negative patients (6.7%) harbored MPL W515L mutation. None had JAK2 exon 12 mutations. Furthermore, these three mutations were not detected in 50 healthy controls. Conclusion: MPL W515L and JAK2 V617F mutations existed in PMF patients but JAK2 exon 12 mutations not. JAK2 V617F and MPL W515L and mutations might contribute to the primary molecular pathogenesis in patients with PMF.展开更多

Both last instar nymphs and adults of the oriental migratory locust have similar aggregation pheromones in their volatiles. A total of 11 electrophysiologically active compounds, namely, hexanal, cyclohexanol, heptanal, phenol, 2,5-dimethyl- pyrazine, benzyl alcohol, benzaldehyde, guaiacol, nonanal, 2,6,6-trimethyl-2-cyclohexene- 1,4-dione and decyl aldehyde were identified in the fecal volatiles of 2-day-old immature adult male locusts. Only hexanal, nonanal, benzaldehyde, cyclohexanol and 2,5-dimethyl- pyrazine elicited significant aggregation responses in immature 2-day-old adult males. However, adult males had significantly lower behavioral responses to synthetics of five single compounds than the blend of cyclohexanol, 2,5-dimethyl-pyrazine, benzaldehyde, nonanal, hexanal in ratios of 100 : 100 : 2 : 60 : 30 in the range of 30 60 μg/mL. We propose that it is the blend of these five compounds that plays a key role in eliciting and sustaining aggregation in gregarious oriental migratory locusts. These results also showed that the aggregation pheromones of the oriental migratory locust are significantly different from those found in the desert locust.展开更多
