通过浮选试验、动电位测试、显微镜观测、激光粒度分析、吸附量测定和DLVO理论研究细粒金红石在苯乙烯膦酸(SPA)体系中的絮团浮选行为。单矿物浮选试验结果表明,苯乙烯膦酸对细粒金红石的絮团浮选具有良好的诱导作用;同时,溶液pH值、剪... 通过浮选试验、动电位测试、显微镜观测、激光粒度分析、吸附量测定和DLVO理论研究细粒金红石在苯乙烯膦酸(SPA)体系中的絮团浮选行为。单矿物浮选试验结果表明,苯乙烯膦酸对细粒金红石的絮团浮选具有良好的诱导作用;同时,溶液pH值、剪切力(搅拌速率)和搅拌时间均对絮团浮选效果有一定影响。动电位测试发现,随着SPA的加入,等电点及电位均负向移动,表明矿物与药剂之间主要发生化学吸附。激光粒度分析表明,在搅拌速度为1800 r/min和1000 mg/L SPA时,金红石颗粒的尺寸最大。此外,通过显微镜观测和浮选试验证明絮团的产生有利于细粒金红石的浮选。综上可得,SPA通过化学吸附作用能有效诱导细粒金红石的疏水絮团并增大其颗粒尺寸。最后,通过DLVO理论计算进一步验证SPA与金红石颗粒之间主要发生化学吸附作用,进而促进絮团产物的形成。 展开更多

通过实验和密度泛函理论(DFT)模拟计算研究铜离子存在下铁闪锌矿的溶解机制。浸出实验结果表明,铜离子在高温条件下(高于55℃)加速铁闪锌矿的溶解,但在低温条件下(低于45℃)抑制其溶解。导致该现象的原因可能是铜离子与铁闪锌矿间的反... 通过实验和密度泛函理论(DFT)模拟计算研究铜离子存在下铁闪锌矿的溶解机制。浸出实验结果表明,铜离子在高温条件下(高于55℃)加速铁闪锌矿的溶解,但在低温条件下(低于45℃)抑制其溶解。导致该现象的原因可能是铜离子与铁闪锌矿间的反应机制随反应温度的升高从表面吸附反应转变为体相取代反应。体相取代反应使铁闪锌矿晶格中更多的锌原子被释放,并且取代反应产物,增强铁闪锌矿表面的电化学反应活性;然而,低温条件下铜离子的吸附会使铁闪锌矿表面钝化,从而阻碍电化学反应的进行。DFT模拟计算表明,高温条件下取代反应的反应能比表面吸附反应能更负,进一步验证了所提出的反应机制。 展开更多

In this article, based on heat transfer calculations, heat flux and erosion monitoring, the features of heat flux and erosion were analyzed and compared among different types of hearths. The primary detecting elements, mathematical models, evaluating standards, and warning methods were discussed. A novel early warning mechanism with the three-level quantificational standards was proposed for BF hearth security. 展开更多

背景大肠息肉(colorectal polyps,CRP)是临床常见病,多发病,治疗上主要依靠内镜下切除为主,但术后易复发,保守治疗CRP的药物临床应用及相关报道较少,且疗效不理想.本文通过探讨不同中医证型的大肠息肉与内镜下息肉形态学特点、病理分型... 背景大肠息肉(colorectal polyps,CRP)是临床常见病,多发病,治疗上主要依靠内镜下切除为主,但术后易复发,保守治疗CRP的药物临床应用及相关报道较少,且疗效不理想.本文通过探讨不同中医证型的大肠息肉与内镜下息肉形态学特点、病理分型之间的相关性,再结合中医四诊,从而精准辩证得出某一特定阶段CRP的中医证候类型并拟定出个体化的方药,进而调整患者体质类型从而有效预防CRP术后复发,以期减少腺瘤恶变,临床优势明显.目的探讨大肠息肉内镜下形态学特点、病理分型与中医证型之间的相关性,为中医药防治提供依据.方法收集300例大肠息肉患者临床资料进行调查研究,记录中医四诊及内镜下大肠息肉大小、形态、数目、病变部位等信息,确定中医证型,分析并总结内镜下息肉形态学特点、病理分型与中医证型的相互关系及分布规律.结果300例大肠息肉病理分型以腺瘤性息肉为主,且腺瘤性息肉发生率与性别、职业、各年龄层、息肉大小、山田分型、息肉数量、发病部位等因素相关,差异有显著性(P<0.05).与CRP发生相关的中医证型中脾虚湿蕴证、大肠湿热证、寒湿阻滞证中息肉直径多<1 cm,呈光滑形多发息肉为主,多无蒂或亚蒂.气滞血瘀证、血虚肠澡证、肝郁气滞证以1-2cm息肉多见,多呈颗粒形单发息肉,多带蒂.各中医证型与息肉数目多少、形态之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).脾虚湿蕴证、大肠湿热证、寒湿阻滞证及肝郁气滞证中病理分型以管状腺瘤和增生性息肉多见,其它证型以增生性息肉为主.并发现腺瘤性息肉与非腺瘤性息肉患者的中医证型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论不同中医证型与大肠息肉数目多少、形态变化有关,但不会影响息肉的大小及发病部位,同时中医证型与病理类型之间存在一定相关性,临床中可通过中医体质调摄预防大肠息肉的发生率及复发率,为防治大肠息肉提供新思路. 展开更多

Interactions between chalcopyrite and bornite during bioleaching by moderately thermophilic bacteria were investigated mainly by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and electrochemical measurements performed in conjunction with bioleaching experiments. The results showed that a synergistic effect existed between chalcopyrite and bornite during bioleaching by both Acidithiobacillus caldus and Leptospirillum ferriphilum and that extremely high copper extraction could be achieved when chalcopyrite and bornite coexisted in a bioleaching system. Bornite dissolved preferentially because of its lower corrosion potential, and its dissolution was accelerated by the galvanic current during the initial stage of bioleaching. The galvanic current and optimum redox potential of 390-480 m V vs. Ag/Ag Cl promoted the reduction of chalcopyrite to chalcocite(Cu2S), thus accelerating its dissolution. 展开更多

Working Principle and Error Analysis for Hemispherical Resonator Gyro under Force-rebalance Mode

The two control methods, namely the general-control and the quadrature-control modes for HRG under force-rebalance mode were introduced firstly. Then the azimuth of antinode on the hemispherical resonator was deduced. The dynamics equations of resonator under the nonuniformity of density distribution were established by way of Bubonov-Galerkin method which is commonly used for solution of differential equations, and the state equation was established through the dynamics equations. The analytic solutions of the vibration displacement and the velocity were achieved by solving the state equation, and then the ratio of rebalance excitation to primary excitation was derived under the two working modes, thus the estimation of input angular rate of HRG were obtained. By comparing and calculating these two modes, the error caused by resonator's machining defects can be greatly inhibited under quadrature-control, and the fourth harmonic density error's tolerance were calculated to ensure the accuracy of HRG under these two modes. 展开更多

Methods: Patients with stable angina pectoris, patients with unstable angina pectoris and healthy volunteers were selected and included in SAP group, UAP group and control group respectively. Carotid ultrasonography was conducted to determine single point pulse wave velocity (PWVβ);serum and peripheral blood samples were collected to determine plaque stability-related indexes and platelet function-related indexes.Results:Carotid artery PWVβlevel, serum ICTP, MMP1, MMP3, MMP7, CatK, CD62p and CD63 contents as well as peripheral blood PAR1 and LOX1 expression of SAP group and UAP group were significantly higher than those of control group, and carotid artery PWVβ level, serum ICTP, MMP1, MMP3, MMP7, CatK, CD62p and CD63 contents as well as peripheral blood PAR1 and LOX1 expression of UAP group were significantly higher than those of SAP group;peripheral blood PAR1 and LOX1 expression as well as serum CD62p, CD63, ICTP, MMP1, MMP3, MMP7, CatK, CD62p and CD63 contents of coronary heart disease patients with high PWVβ levels were significantly higher than those of coronary heart disease patients with low PWVβ levels. Conclusion:The carotid artery elasticity ultrasound parameter PWVβ has assessment value for the plaque stability and platelet function in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. 展开更多

The flotation and surface interaction of rutile with nonyl hydroxamic acid were investigated in this work. The results show that the adsorption density and flotation recovery of rutile have similar tendency, especially the maximum recovery and adsorption occur at pH about 7.5. In terms of Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopic analysis, chemical adsorption is identified on the surface of rutile, where a chelate of O,O-five-membered rings with Ti^4+ on the surface of rutile may form. Adsorption measurements, Zeta potential test, IR spectrum analyses, and solution chemistry calculations illustrate that the adsorption on the rutile surface involves both physical and chemical adsorption, while chemical adsorption is dominant. 展开更多

目的:近年来,食品安全事件层出不穷。食品安全已成为公众关注的热点问题。快速发展的电商平台吸引了越来越多的中国消费者在线上购买食品。但网购得到的食品的品质参差不齐,而且鲜有研究或报道。因此,本课题旨在对农贸市场、大型超市和... 目的:近年来,食品安全事件层出不穷。食品安全已成为公众关注的热点问题。快速发展的电商平台吸引了越来越多的中国消费者在线上购买食品。但网购得到的食品的品质参差不齐,而且鲜有研究或报道。因此,本课题旨在对农贸市场、大型超市和电商平台售卖的冷鲜肉的品质与安全进行系统性的调研。方法:从浙江省杭州市6大主城区的大型农贸市场和大型超市分别采得57和33个冷鲜肉样;从各大电商平台采得53个冷鲜肉样,共计143个肉样。测定各样品的肉色、pH值、挥发性盐基氮值、钙、铁、锌、镁、铜、磷、铅、砷、汞、镉、铬元素含量、四环素类(四环素、土霉素、金霉素)、磺胺类(总量)、β-受体激动剂类(克伦特罗、莱克多巴胺、沙丁胺醇)兽药残留等指标。结论:购自农贸市场、大型超市、电商平台3种不同销售渠道的所有冷鲜肉的重金属残留和兽药残留量均符合国家标准。购自电商平台的冷鲜肉比购自农贸市场和大型超市的肉新鲜一些。主成分分析结果表明,购自电商平台的猪肉个体间差异明显。建议尽快建立有效的电商平台冷鲜肉监管体系。 展开更多
