In order to improve the reliability of the mechanical movement of the rotary electronic dobby, the kinematics analysis of the heald selection mechanism is carried out and the simulation is carried out with Matlab. Firstly, the operation mechanism of the heald selection mechanism is analyzed in detail. The conjugate cam is mapped. The cam profile curve is fitted with cubic spline interpolation. Secondly, based on the overall analysis method and the complex vector method, the kinematics analysis of the key components after the high pair low generation is performed, and the angular displacement and angular velocity of each component are calculated with the rotation of the active cam. Finally, the movement curve diagram is drawn with Matlab, which lays the foundation for the dynamic analysis and in-depth study of the selection mechanism in the future. 展开更多

目的通过探讨CBCT对牙瘤的诊疗价值来总结牙瘤的影像学特点,从而提高对牙瘤的临床认识。方法采用回顾性研究,收集2015年5月至2022年2月昆明市延安医院口腔科经CBCT(KavoiCAT 17-19,德国)诊断为牙瘤的19例门诊患者的影像资料,从牙瘤发生... 目的通过探讨CBCT对牙瘤的诊疗价值来总结牙瘤的影像学特点,从而提高对牙瘤的临床认识。方法采用回顾性研究,收集2015年5月至2022年2月昆明市延安医院口腔科经CBCT(KavoiCAT 17-19,德国)诊断为牙瘤的19例门诊患者的影像资料,从牙瘤发生年龄、空间位置、牙位、类型等方面进行分析。结果19例牙瘤患者发生年龄为8~23岁,其中男性6例,女性13例。牙瘤的发生区域为上颌10例,下颌9例,前牙区16例,前磨牙区2例,磨牙区1例;发生牙位为上颌中切牙位4例,上颌侧切牙位3例,上颌尖牙位3例;下颌侧切牙位1例,尖牙位2例,第一前磨牙位1例,其余5例均发生在相邻两牙位之间。牙瘤的发生类型为组合型14例,混合型5例(包括囊性牙瘤2例),其中牙瘤发生牙位牙埋伏阻生12例。结论牙瘤多发现于青少年,女性患者多见;患者多为出现牙列不齐、牙齿迟萌、发病区域疼痛等临床症状时摄片检查发现,少部分患者常规影像检查时意外发现。牙瘤的发生位置多位于前牙区,其中尖牙位、切牙位居多,并常常伴有尖牙、切牙埋伏阻生;其中组合型牙瘤较多见,囊性牙瘤相对少见。CBCT的广泛应用对于全面了解牙瘤的发病情况、临床表现和鉴别诊断具有重要的临床价值。 展开更多

Measuring the absolute protein expression quantity for a specific promoter is necessary in the fields of both molecular biology and synthetic biology.The strength of a promoter is traditionally characterized by measuring the fluorescent intensity of the fluorescent protein downstream of the promoter.Until now,measurement of the absolute protein expression quantity for a promoter,however,has been unsuccessful in synthetic biology.The fact that the protein coding sequence influences the expression level for different proteins,and the inconvenience of measuring the absolute protein expression level,present a challenge to absolute quantitative measurement.Here,we introduce a new method that combines the insulator RiboJ with the standard fluorescence curve in order to measure the absolute protein expression quantity quickly;this method has been validated by modeling verification.Using this method,we successfully measured nine constitutive promoters in the Anderson promoter family.Our method provides data with higher accuracy for pathway design and is a straightforward way to standardize the strength of different promoters. 展开更多

Herein,we reported a method to prepare magnetic sodalite sphere by using the mud from backwash wastewater after polyaluminum chloride(PAC)coagulation.The results showed that approximately 100%of Fe in the wastewater was precipitated as flocculent iron mud(FM)by adding PAC.FM was converted to spherical magnetic sodalite(FMP)with a diameter of 3μm via a facile alkali hydrothermal method without adding Al/Si resources or reductant.The product FMP had the saturated magnetization of 10.9 emu g^(-1) and high Zn^(2+)adsorption capacity of 50.6 mg g^(-1).Without coagulation with PAC,the removal rate of Fe from the wastewater was only 92.7%,and the precipitated mud(RM)was converted to irregular particles(RMP),which had weak magnetic response and low capacity of Zn^(2+)adsorption comparing with FMP.With the method,the Fe in backwash wastewater was effectively recycled,and the generated sludge was converted to well-formed sodalite sphere without generating any secondary waste. 展开更多

In the past studies have shown that the addition of Ge and Sn into Si lattice to form SiGeSn enhances its carrier mobility and band-gap properties. Conventionally SiGeSn epitaxial films are grown using Ultra-High Vacuum (UHV) conditions with pressures ranging from 10<sup>-8</sup> torr to 10<sup>-10</sup> torr which makes high volume manufacturing very expensive. On the contrary, the use of low-pressure CVD processes (vacuum levels of 10<sup>-2</sup> torr to 10<sup>-4</sup> torr) is economically more viable and yields faster deposition of SiGeSn films. This study outlines the use of a cost-effective Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) reactor to study the impact of substrate temperature and substrate type on the growth and properties of polycrystalline SiGeSn films. The onset of polycrystallinity in the films is attributed to the oxygen-rich PECVD chamber conditions explained using the Volmer-Weber (3D island) mechanism. The properties of the films were characterized using varied techniques to understand the impact of the substrate on film composition, thickness, crystallinity, and strain. 展开更多

In this paper,a dual droop-frequency diving coordinated control strategy is proposed for electric vehicle(EV)applications,where the hybrid energy storage system(HESS)with supercapacitors and batteries is integrated to prolong the life time of storage elements.The dynamic power allocation between the supercapacitor and batteries are obtained through the voltage cascaded control,upon which the high and low frequency power fluctuation are absorbed by the supercapacitors and batteries respectively to fully exploit the advantages of the supercapacitors and batteries.Moreover,the power capacity is scaled up by connecting storage blocks in parallel.A dual droop control scheme for parallel-connected energy storage system and its operation principle is introduced on the aspect of current sharing characteristic and state-of-charging(SOC)management.After detailed analysis and formula derivation,the corresponding loop parameters are designed.Through this control method,the current sharing performance is ensured and each block makes the self-adaptive adjustment according to their SOC.Consequently,the load power can be shared effectively,which helps to avoid the over-charge/over-discharge operation and contributes to the life cycle of the energy storage system.Each module is autonomous controlled without the necessity of communication,which is easy,economic and effective to realize.Finally,the simulation and experimental results are exhibited to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 展开更多

The magnetic field is an effective means to control the solidification structure and the defects of metal and semiconductor crystals.This work investigates the effects of Cusp magnetic field(CMF)and longitudinal magnetic field(LMF)on the stray-crystal formation in the platform regions during the directional solidification of single-crystal superalloy with the different cross section sizes.The application of CMF reduces the formation of platform stray-crystal,while LMF increases its generation.As the platform size increases,the stray-crystal ratio increases regardless of whether the magnetic fields are applied or not,the effectiveness of CMF increases,while that of LMF decreases.The reason that the effects of CMF and LMF on the platform stray-crystal formation could be attributed to the change of flow structure from the distribution characteristics of the thermoelectric magnetic force and the magnetic damping force near the liquid-solid interface. 展开更多
