Collapse arrest in the space-fractional Schrodinger equation with an optical lattice

The soliton solution and collapse arrest are investigated in the one-dimensional space-fractional Schrodinger equation with Kerr nonlinearity and optical lattice.The approximate analytical soliton solutions are obtained based on the variational approach,which provides reasonable accuracy.Linear-stability analysis shows that all the solitons are linearly stable.No collapses are found when the Levy index 1<α≤2.Forα=1,the collapse is arrested by the lattice potential when the amplitude of perturbations is small enough.It is numerically proved that the energy criterion of collapse suppression in the two-dimensional traditional Schrodinger equation still holds in the one-dimensional fractional Schr odinger equation.The physical mechanism for collapse prohibition is also given.

STAT3、CEA在人肺腺癌细胞A594中的相关性研究(英文)

Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549, and to explore the value of STAT3 on early diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expression of CEA, STAT3 mRNA and it's protein in human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 and normal human lung cells MRC-5 were tested by immunohistochemistry staining (PV) and quantitative real time fluorescent PCR. The correlation between STAT3 and CEA in human lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 was analyzed. Results: The protein and mRNA levels of STAT3, CEA in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 were apparently higher than those in normal human lung cells MRC-5. The levels of STAT3 mRNA and it's protein were positively correlated with CEA in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549. Conclusion: STAT3 have the same value in diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.

Expression of STAT3 in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

Signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3) plays an important role in tumor occurrence and development. Here we attempt to evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of STAT3 as a potential tumor marker by detecting the expression of STAT3 in blood of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect STAT3 protein in A549 cells and MRC-5 cell, real time PCR was applied to detect STAT3 mRNA and ELISA was applied to detect the expression of STAT3 protein in NSCLC patients, benign lung disease group and healthy controls. The expression levels of STAT3 mRNA and STAT3 protein in A549 cells and NSCLC patients were significantly higher (P < 0.01). The areas under ROC curves (Az) of STAT3 mRNA and STAT3 protein were 0.870 and 0.860 respectively, which had no significant difference (P > 0.05). When comparing the Az of STAT3 protein with CEA, CA125 and CYFRA21-1 respectively, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). And we compared the Az of the four joint detection (STAT3 + CEA + CA125 + CYFRA21-1) with the three joint detection (CEA + CA125 + CYFRA21-1), 0.930 and 0.841, respectively, P < 0.05. It appears that the diagnostic value and accuracy of STAT3 is equivalent with CEA, CA125, and CYFRA21-1 in NSCLC, and to joint with other three can achieve higher diagnosis value.

Research on the Land Consolidation Strategy of Dalian City Based on PESTEL Analysis Model

Standing at the starting point of the"13 th Five-Year Plan",the general situation of Dalian City,the current status and characteristics of land use,and the strategy of land consolidation planning during the"12 th Five-Year Plan"period are analyzed,and then the political,economic,social,technological,environmental and legal factors that influence the land consolidation of Dalian City are analyzed based on the PESTEL model.Afterwards,measures of land consolidation in Dalian City during the"13 th Five-Year Plan"period are proposed,such as transforming the concept of land consolidation,coordinating opinions of agricultural departments and making scientific decisions,reasonably arranging agricultural space,optimizing the layout of rural residential areas and encouraging moderate scale management of land,broadening the content of land consolidation,and implementing soil testing fertilization.

Carbon source recovery from waste sludge reduces greenhouse gas emissions in a pilot-scale industrial wastewater treatment plant

Carbon cycle regulation and greenhouse gas(GHG)emission abatement within wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)can theoretically improve sustainability.Currently,however,large amounts of external carbon sources used for deep nitrogen removal and waste sludge disposal aggravate the carbon footprint of most WWTPs.In this pilot-scale study,considerable carbon was preliminarily recovered from primary sludge(PS)through short-term(five days)acidogenic fermentation and subsequently utilized on-site for denitrification in a wool processing industrialWWTP.The recovered sludge-derived carbon sources were excellent electron donors that could be used as additional carbon supplements for commercial glucose to enhance denitrification.Additionally,improvements in carbon and nitrogen flow further contributed to GHG emission abatement.Overall,a 9.1%reduction in sludge volatile solids was achieved from carbon recovery,which offset 57.4%of external carbon sources,and the indirect GHG emissions of the target industrial WWTP were reduced by 8.05%.This study demonstrates that optimizing the allocation of carbon mass flow within a WWTP has numerous benefits.

Photoelectronic properties and devices of 2D Xenes

Two-dimensional materials,especially graphene-like emerging single-element materials two-dimensional(2D)Xenes,have attracted great research interest since the advent of the graphene.In this review paper,12 kinds of different Xenes were introduced according to the group and element quality,and their main synthesis methods are outlined.The advantages and limitations of the synthesis methods are analyzed in detail.By summarizing the current photoelectronic properties of 2D Xenes materials,it is found that Xenes in the same group have similar properties,such as the buckling properties of the fourth group and the anisotropy of the fifth group.In addition,the performance of photoelectronic applications based on 2D Xenes materials are summarized,and some possible methods are proposed to improve the perfor-mance of future 2D Xenes material photoelectronic devices.

Multi-peak solitons in PT-symmetric Bessel optical lattices with defects

This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the existence and stability of multi-peak solitons in parity-time-symmetric Bessel optical lattices with defects in nonlinear media. The results demonstrate that there always exists a critical propagation constant μc for the existence of multi-peak solitons regardless of whether the nonlinearity is self-focusing or self-defocusing. In self-focusing media, multi-peak solitons exist when the propagation constant μ 〉 μc. In the self-defocusing case, solitons exist only when μ 〈 μc. Only low-power solitons can propagate stably when random noise perturbations are present. Positive defects help stabilize the propagation of multi-peak solitons when the nonlinearity is self-focusing. When the nonlinearity is self-defocusing, however, multi-peak solitons in negative defects have wider stable regions than those in positive defects.
