The shuttle effect is among the most characteristic and formidable challenges in the pursuit of high-performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,phosphorylated cellulose nanofibers(pCNF)are intentionally engineer...The shuttle effect is among the most characteristic and formidable challenges in the pursuit of high-performance lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries.Herein,phosphorylated cellulose nanofibers(pCNF)are intentionally engineered to establish an ion-sieving barrier against polysulfide shuttling and thereby improve battery performance.The phosphorylation,involving the grafting of phosphate groups onto the cellulose backbone,imparts an exceptional electronegativity that repels the polysulfide anions from penetrating through the separator.Moreover,the electrolyte wettability and Li^(+)transfer can be significantly promoted by the polar nature of pCNF and the facile Li^(+)disassociation.As such,rational ion management is realized,contributing to enhanced reversibility in both sulfur and lithium electrochemistry.As a result,Li-S cells equipped with the self-standing pCNF separator demonstrate outstanding long-term cyclability with a minimum fading rate of 0.013%per cycle over 1000 cycles at 1 C,and a decent areal capacity of 5.37 mA h cm^(-2) even under elevated sulfur loading of 5.0 mg cm^(-2) and limited electrolyte of 6.0 mL g^(-1).This work provides a facile and effective pathway toward the well-tamed shuttle effect and highly durable Li-S batteries.展开更多

Compare the age, gender, tumor location, TNM (clinical stage), pathological grade, tissue type, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, prognosis and prothrombin time (PT), fibrinogen (FIB), partial coagulation of the two groups of patients The correlation between the results of zymogen time (APTT) and D-dimer (DD) and the number of CTC. <strong>Results:</strong> There were significant differences in TNM, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis between the two groups (P < 0.05). Observe the changes in the number of CTC 1 week before operation and 1 week after operation. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> In the positive group, whether it was open surgery or minimally invasive surgery, the postoperative CTC level of patients was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). In the negative group, the CTC decreased significantly after open surgery (P > 0.05), and the CTC level decreased significantly after minimally invasive surgery (P < 0.01). In the overall group, both open and minimally invasive surgery CTC decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> The two different surgical methods can reduce the level of CTC, but compared with ORN, RLRN can significantly reduce the number of postoperative CTC. Patients in the CTC-negative group may be less suitable for open surgery. Visual acuity, optometry, visual field,slit-lamp microscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy(20D), optical coherence tomography(OCT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were performed. Venous blood was sampled for detection of autoimmune antibodies and Aquaporin(AQP-4).Results:.Fifty nine cases were diagnosed with neuromyelitis optica-related optic neuritis.(NMO-ON),.27 Sjogren's syndrome-related optic neuropathy,.22 tumors,.21 anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, 15 radiation-induced optic neuropathy, 14 optic neuropathy-related infection, 17 genetic eye diseases and 10 open angle glaucoma. Among168 MS-ON patients undergoing optic nerve MRI,90 cases(53.57%) had a lesion < 15 mm in size, 15-30 mm in 76(45.24%) and > 30 mm in two(1.19%).Conclusion:.MS-ON is more commonly misdiagnosed with NMO-ON and Sjogren's syndrome, when compared to optic neuropathy, tumors and ischemic optic neuropathy.展开更多
We numerically demonstrate a photo-excited plasmon-induced transparency(PIT)effect in hybrid terahertz(THz)metamaterials.The proposed metamaterials are regular arrays of hybrid unit cells composed of a metallic cut wi...We numerically demonstrate a photo-excited plasmon-induced transparency(PIT)effect in hybrid terahertz(THz)metamaterials.The proposed metamaterials are regular arrays of hybrid unit cells composed of a metallic cut wire and four metallic split-ring resonators(SRRs)whose gaps are filled with photosensitive semiconductor gallium arsenide(GaAs)patches.We simulate the PIT effect controlled by external infrared light intensity to change the conductivity of GaAs.In the absence of photo excitation,the conductivity of Ga As is 0,thus the SRR gaps are disconnected,and the PIT effect is not observed since the dark resonator(supported by the hybrid SRRs)cannot be stimulated.When the conductivity of GaAs is increased via photo excitation,the conductivity of Ga As can increase rapidly from 0 S/m to 1×10^(6)S/m and GaAs can connect the metal aluminum SRR gaps,and the dark resonator is excited through coupling with the bright resonator(supported by the cut wire),which leads to the PIT effect.Therefore,the PIT effect can be dynamically tuned between the on and off states by controlling the intensity of the external infrared light.We also discuss couplings between one bright mode(CW)and several dark modes(SRRs)with different sizes.The interference analytically described by the coupled Lorentz oscillator model elucidates the coupling mechanism between one bright mode and two dark modes.The phenomenon can be considered the result of linear superposition of the coupling between the bright mode and each dark mode.The proposed metamaterials are promising for application in the fields of THz communications,optical storage,optical display,and imaging.展开更多
Human adipose stem cells(hADSCs)are reliable sources for cell therapy.However,the clinical applications are limited by the decrease in activity during in vitro culture.We used a knockout serum replacement(KSR)medium,E...Human adipose stem cells(hADSCs)are reliable sources for cell therapy.However,the clinical applications are limited by the decrease in activity during in vitro culture.We used a knockout serum replacement(KSR)medium,Eppendorf(EP)tube culture,and a simulated microgravity(SMG)culture system to establish hADSC spheroids.We found that hADSCs aggregated and formed spheroids in the KSR culture medium.The EP tube culture method revealed many biological cell characteristics,such as good cell viabilities,rough surfaces,polar growth,fusion phenomenon,and injectability.The findings show its advantages for hADSCs spherical cultures.When cultured in SMG,hADSC spheroids produced large-scale spheroids.Additionally,confocal examination and viability assays revealed that SMG-cultured hADSC spheroids had higher cell viabilities and looser spherical structures,relative to those cultured in EP tubes.hADSC spheroids in static EP tube culture had tighter structures and more dead cells with rough and irregular surfaces,while hADSC spheroids in dynamic SMG condition exhibited looser structures and better cell viabilities with flat and regular surfaces.Therefore,the KSR media promotes spherical formation by hADSCs,which showed polar growth,fusion,and injectability in vitro.The dynamic SMG culture enhances the formation of a looser structure and better cell viabilities for hADSC spheroids.展开更多

By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO)...Herein, a bidirectional polarization strategy is proposed for hosting efficient and durable lithium-sulfur battery(Li-S) electrochemistry. By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO), the bidirectional electron redistribution enables a higher polysulfide affinity over its monodoped counterparts, contributing to strong sulfur immobilization and fast conversion kinetics. As a result,BNrGO as the cathode host matrix realizes excellent cycling stability over 1000 cycles with a minimum capacity fading of 0.027% per cycle, and superb rate capability up to 10 C. Meanwhile, decent areal capacity(6.46 m Ah/cm^(2)) and cyclability(300 cycles) are also achievable under high sulfur loading and limited electrolyte. This work provides instructive insights into the interaction between doping engineering and sulfur electrochemistry for pursuing superior Li-S batteries.展开更多

Material genetic engineering can significantly accelerate the development of new materials.As an important topic in material science and condensed matter physics,the development of metallic glasses(MGs)with specific p...Material genetic engineering can significantly accelerate the development of new materials.As an important topic in material science and condensed matter physics,the development of metallic glasses(MGs)with specific properties has largely been the result of trial and error since their discovery in 1960.Yet,property design based on the physical parameters of constituent elements of MGs remains a huge challenge owing to the lack of an understanding of the property inheritance from constitute elements to the resultant alloys.In this work,we report the inherent relationships of the yield strengthσ_(y),Young’s modulus E,and shear Modulus G with the valence electron density.More importantly,we reveal that the electronic density of states(EDOSs)at the Fermi surface(E_(F))is an inheritance factor for the physical properties of MGs.The physical properties of MGs are inherited from the specific element with the largest coefficient of electronic specific heat(γ_(i)),which dominates the value of the EDOS at E_(F).This work not only contributes to the understanding of property inheritances but also guides the design of novel MGs with specific properties based on material genetic engineering.展开更多
Compared with the traditional power grid,smart grid involves many advanced technologies and applications.However,due to the rapid development of various network technologies,smart grid is facing the challenges of bala...Compared with the traditional power grid,smart grid involves many advanced technologies and applications.However,due to the rapid development of various network technologies,smart grid is facing the challenges of balancing privacy,security,efficiency,and functionality.In the proposed scheme,we design a privacy protection scheme for outsourcing smart grid aided by fog computing,which supports fine-grained privacy-protected data aggregation based on user characteristics.The fog server matches the encrypted characteristics in the received message with the encrypted aggregation rules issued by the service provider.Therefore,the service provider can get more fine-grained analysis data based on user characteristics.Different from the existing outsourcing smart grid schemes,the proposed scheme can achieve real-time pricing on the premise of protecting user privacy and achieving system fault tolerance.Finally,experiment analyses demonstrate that the proposed scheme has less computation overhead and lower transmission delay than existing schemes.展开更多

文摘In this paper,a new parallel controller is developed for continuous-time linear systems.The main contribution of the method is to establish a new parallel control law,where both state and control are considered as the input.The structure of the parallel control is provided,and the relationship between the parallel control and traditional feedback controls is presented.Considering the situations that the systems are controllable and incompletely controllable,the properties of the parallel control law are analyzed.The parallel controller design algorithms are given under the conditions that the systems are controllable and incompletely controllable.Finally,numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the present method.Index Terms-Continuous-time linear systems,digital twin,parallel controller,parallel intelligence,parallel systems.

Observe the changes in the number of CTC 1 week before operation and 1 week after operation. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> In the positive group, whether it was open surgery or minimally invasive surgery, the postoperative CTC level of patients was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). In the negative group, the CTC decreased significantly after open surgery (P > 0.05), and the CTC level decreased significantly after minimally invasive surgery (P < 0.01). In the overall group, both open and minimally invasive surgery CTC decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> The two different surgical methods can reduce the level of CTC, but compared with ORN, RLRN can significantly reduce the number of postoperative CTC. Patients in the CTC-negative group may be less suitable for open surgery. CTC levels have certain potential in the selection and guidance of treatment modes for patients with renal cell carcinoma (RCC).</span></span></span></span>

文摘With the rapid increase of water contamination,membrane separation technology and their corresponding molecular weight cut-off(MWCO) evaluation method become more necessary.In this study,Panax notoginseng saponins was used as a new standard marker to determinate ultrafiltration(UF) membrane MWCOs,series of Millipore membranes were selected as control group to analyze and calculate the relationship between retention rate and MWCOs with exponential or logarithmic equation.A new and convenient method was provided for determining the membrane MWCO by modeling analysis retention rate with MWCOs,and the regression coefficients >0.990.The feasibility and practicability of established method was verified by different manufactures' membrane and dextrans.In the detection progress,as the main ingredient of Panax notoginseng saponins,Notoginsenoside R_1,Ginsenoside Rg_1,Ginsenoside Rb_1 and Ginsenoside Rd with different surface activity,the MWCO range of UF membranes can be divided into two zones mainly due to the retention rate difference among Notoginsenoside R_1,Ginsenoside Rg_1,Ginsenoside Rb_1 and Ginsenoside Rd.Zone 1,1000-10000;and Zone II,10000-100000.Thus,the new method would be helpful to improve the applicability of UF membrane in separation technology.

文摘Purpose:.To analyze clinical features and main causes of multiple sclerosis-related optic neuritis(MS-ON), providing evidence for the differential diagnosis of MS-ON.Methods: Clinical data were collected from 527 patients, 123 males and 404 females, diagnosed with MS-ON between June2008 and June 2013. Visual acuity, optometry, visual field,slit-lamp microscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy(20D), optical coherence tomography(OCT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) were performed. Venous blood was sampled for detection of autoimmune antibodies and Aquaporin(AQP-4).Results:.Fifty nine cases were diagnosed with neuromyelitis optica-related optic neuritis.(NMO-ON),.27 Sjogren's syndrome-related optic neuropathy,.22 tumors,.21 anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, 15 radiation-induced optic neuropathy, 14 optic neuropathy-related infection, 17 genetic eye diseases and 10 open angle glaucoma. Among168 MS-ON patients undergoing optic nerve MRI,90 cases(53.57%) had a lesion < 15 mm in size, 15-30 mm in 76(45.24%) and > 30 mm in two(1.19%).Conclusion:.MS-ON is more commonly misdiagnosed with NMO-ON and Sjogren's syndrome, when compared to optic neuropathy, tumors and ischemic optic neuropathy.

文摘We numerically demonstrate a photo-excited plasmon-induced transparency(PIT)effect in hybrid terahertz(THz)metamaterials.The proposed metamaterials are regular arrays of hybrid unit cells composed of a metallic cut wire and four metallic split-ring resonators(SRRs)whose gaps are filled with photosensitive semiconductor gallium arsenide(GaAs)patches.We simulate the PIT effect controlled by external infrared light intensity to change the conductivity of GaAs.In the absence of photo excitation,the conductivity of Ga As is 0,thus the SRR gaps are disconnected,and the PIT effect is not observed since the dark resonator(supported by the hybrid SRRs)cannot be stimulated.When the conductivity of GaAs is increased via photo excitation,the conductivity of Ga As can increase rapidly from 0 S/m to 1×10^(6)S/m and GaAs can connect the metal aluminum SRR gaps,and the dark resonator is excited through coupling with the bright resonator(supported by the cut wire),which leads to the PIT effect.Therefore,the PIT effect can be dynamically tuned between the on and off states by controlling the intensity of the external infrared light.We also discuss couplings between one bright mode(CW)and several dark modes(SRRs)with different sizes.The interference analytically described by the coupled Lorentz oscillator model elucidates the coupling mechanism between one bright mode and two dark modes.The phenomenon can be considered the result of linear superposition of the coupling between the bright mode and each dark mode.The proposed metamaterials are promising for application in the fields of THz communications,optical storage,optical display,and imaging.

文摘Human adipose stem cells(hADSCs)are reliable sources for cell therapy.However,the clinical applications are limited by the decrease in activity during in vitro culture.We used a knockout serum replacement(KSR)medium,Eppendorf(EP)tube culture,and a simulated microgravity(SMG)culture system to establish hADSC spheroids.We found that hADSCs aggregated and formed spheroids in the KSR culture medium.The EP tube culture method revealed many biological cell characteristics,such as good cell viabilities,rough surfaces,polar growth,fusion phenomenon,and injectability.The findings show its advantages for hADSCs spherical cultures.When cultured in SMG,hADSC spheroids produced large-scale spheroids.Additionally,confocal examination and viability assays revealed that SMG-cultured hADSC spheroids had higher cell viabilities and looser spherical structures,relative to those cultured in EP tubes.hADSC spheroids in static EP tube culture had tighter structures and more dead cells with rough and irregular surfaces,while hADSC spheroids in dynamic SMG condition exhibited looser structures and better cell viabilities with flat and regular surfaces.Therefore,the KSR media promotes spherical formation by hADSCs,which showed polar growth,fusion,and injectability in vitro.The dynamic SMG culture enhances the formation of a looser structure and better cell viabilities for hADSC spheroids.

文摘The influence of loading path on tube hydroforming process is discussed in this paper with finiteelement simulation. Four different loading paths are utilized in simulating the forming process of square tubular component with hydroforming and the result of different loading path is presented. Among the result. the thickness distribution of bilinear loading path is the most uniform one. It shows that the increase of punch displacement in the stage of high pressure is beneficial to the forming of component for optimized Stress condition.

文摘Herein, a bidirectional polarization strategy is proposed for hosting efficient and durable lithium-sulfur battery(Li-S) electrochemistry. By co-doping electronegative N and electropositive B in graphene matrix(BNrGO), the bidirectional electron redistribution enables a higher polysulfide affinity over its monodoped counterparts, contributing to strong sulfur immobilization and fast conversion kinetics. As a result,BNrGO as the cathode host matrix realizes excellent cycling stability over 1000 cycles with a minimum capacity fading of 0.027% per cycle, and superb rate capability up to 10 C. Meanwhile, decent areal capacity(6.46 m Ah/cm^(2)) and cyclability(300 cycles) are also achievable under high sulfur loading and limited electrolyte. This work provides instructive insights into the interaction between doping engineering and sulfur electrochemistry for pursuing superior Li-S batteries.
文摘New helium isotopic data of ores and rocks from the Altay orogenic zone, Xinjiang,China are reported, which show that the pegmatites from No. 3 vein in the Keketuohai area have high <sup>3</sup>He/<sup>4</sup>He ratios up to 1 .795 x 10<sup>-6</sup> and 2.54 x 10<sup>-6</sup>. Such a result suggests that the metallogenic process of rare metal deposits in the Altay orogenic zone might be related to mantle degassing.

文摘Material genetic engineering can significantly accelerate the development of new materials.As an important topic in material science and condensed matter physics,the development of metallic glasses(MGs)with specific properties has largely been the result of trial and error since their discovery in 1960.Yet,property design based on the physical parameters of constituent elements of MGs remains a huge challenge owing to the lack of an understanding of the property inheritance from constitute elements to the resultant alloys.In this work,we report the inherent relationships of the yield strengthσ_(y),Young’s modulus E,and shear Modulus G with the valence electron density.More importantly,we reveal that the electronic density of states(EDOSs)at the Fermi surface(E_(F))is an inheritance factor for the physical properties of MGs.The physical properties of MGs are inherited from the specific element with the largest coefficient of electronic specific heat(γ_(i)),which dominates the value of the EDOS at E_(F).This work not only contributes to the understanding of property inheritances but also guides the design of novel MGs with specific properties based on material genetic engineering.

文摘Compared with the traditional power grid,smart grid involves many advanced technologies and applications.However,due to the rapid development of various network technologies,smart grid is facing the challenges of balancing privacy,security,efficiency,and functionality.In the proposed scheme,we design a privacy protection scheme for outsourcing smart grid aided by fog computing,which supports fine-grained privacy-protected data aggregation based on user characteristics.The fog server matches the encrypted characteristics in the received message with the encrypted aggregation rules issued by the service provider.Therefore,the service provider can get more fine-grained analysis data based on user characteristics.Different from the existing outsourcing smart grid schemes,the proposed scheme can achieve real-time pricing on the premise of protecting user privacy and achieving system fault tolerance.Finally,experiment analyses demonstrate that the proposed scheme has less computation overhead and lower transmission delay than existing schemes.
