Mesoporous TiO2 ceramic films have been prepared upon the Ti alloy substrate by the micro-arc oxidation (MAO) technology. To enhance the photo-catalytic property of the films, Eu2O3 particles were added into the electrolyte solution of Na2CO3/Na2SiO3. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) are employed to characterize the modified films. Diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS) test, photo-generated current test and photo decomposition test are applied to evaluate the photo-catalytic property of the modified films. The results show that Eu2O3 transformed into one-dimensional (1-D) nano-wires embedded within the composite film, and the film has high photo-catalytic property. 展开更多

【目的】研究东方醋杆菌(Acetobacter orientalis)和短小乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)通过氧气浓度调控黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)产卵的偏嗜性,并研究其对后代存活率和发育历期的生物学意义。【方法】利用双相选择装置解析果... 【目的】研究东方醋杆菌(Acetobacter orientalis)和短小乳杆菌(Lactobacillus brevis)通过氧气浓度调控黑腹果蝇(Drosophila melanogaster)产卵的偏嗜性,并研究其对后代存活率和发育历期的生物学意义。【方法】利用双相选择装置解析果蝇产卵行为。利用分光光度仪和pH计测量细菌的OD值与pH值。通过改变果蝇的视觉、味觉和嗅觉感官以检测介导果蝇产卵行为的感觉系统。用后代的发育历期与存活率评价其生物学意义。【结果】果蝇产卵对东方醋杆菌具有趋避性,产卵指数为–0.76,对短小乳杆菌具有趋向性,产卵指数为0.5,并且二者接种比例决定了果蝇的产卵选择。氧气作为一个调节因子,可改变果蝇对东方醋杆菌和短小乳杆菌的产卵偏嗜性。氧气是东方醋杆菌生长必需的条件,有氧培养的OD值为1.3,而无氧培养的OD值为0.4。氧气是短小乳杆菌生长非必需的条件,有氧和无氧培养的OD值均为2.2。破坏嗅觉可严重地影响果蝇对细菌的产卵偏嗜性。东方醋杆菌和短小乳杆菌均促进了果蝇的生长,分别提高存活率1倍和1.5倍,分别缩短果蝇发育历期1 d和2 d。【结论】东方醋杆菌和短小乳杆菌可影响果蝇产卵偏嗜性,并且二者比例决定了果蝇的最终产卵选择。东方醋杆菌和短小乳杆菌通过感知氧气浓度的改变而进行不同的代谢方式,从而进一步调节果蝇产卵选择。嗅觉系统介导果蝇对东方醋杆菌和短小乳杆菌的产卵选择行为,从而提高后代存活率和缩短发育时间。 展开更多

In this study, expanded graphite and natural graphite were introduced into resin-based friction materials, and the tribological behavior of the composites was investigated. The tribo-performance of the two friction composites was evaluated using a constant speed friction tester. The results showed that the expanded graphite composite (EGC) displayed better lubricity in both the fading and the recovery processes. The wear rate of the EGC decreased by 22.43%more than that of the natural graphite composite (NGC). In the fading process, and the EGC enhanced the stability of the coefficient of friction. The recovery maintenance rate of the NGC was 4.66% higher than that of the EGC. It can be concluded that expanded graphite plays an important role in the formation of a stable contact plateau and can effectively reduce the wear. 展开更多

Tuning porous structure of carbon nanomaterials has been found to be important for their performance enhancement in electrochemical energy storage applications. In this work we employed a natural nanomaterial kaolinite, which is abundant and cheap, as hard template to synthesis porous carbon nanomaterial. By tuning the structure of hard template kaolinite, we have achieved a template directed formation of holey carbon nanosheet/nanotube materials. This carbon nanomaterials with hierarchical in-plane and out-of-plane pores have shown electrochemical energy storage capacity of 286 F/g(equal to 314 F/cm^3) at 0.1 A/g and 85 F/g(equal to 93 F/cm^3) at 100 A/g, which is comparable to variety of reported carbon based electrochemical energy storage electrode materials. 展开更多

Single phase of SrIrO_(3) powders and ceramics were obtained by solid-state chemical reaction method and spark plasma sintering(SPS)technique,respectively.Phase evolutions,characteristics,morphology and resistivity of the samples were studied by using thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and four-point probe method,respectively.The results showed that the reaction process to form SrIrO_(3) phase occurred between SrCO_(3) and IrO_(2) directly during the heating process.By using optimum fabrication conditions established from the TG-DSC results,single phase of SrIrO_(3) powders was synthesized at 800-1000℃.SrIrO_(3) ceramics were sintered by SPS technique at 1000-1100℃with a pressure of 30 MPa,showing a high relative density of 92%-96%and dense microstructure.The room-temperature resistivity of SrIrO_(3) ceramics was about 2×10^(-4)Ω×m.The present study can provide high-quality ceramic target for the preparation of SrIrO_(3) films in traditional physical vapor deposition(PVD)method. 展开更多
