电磁耦合场对星载弹性元件结构和性能的影响

星载可展天线广泛使用了弹性元件,这些弹性元件机械性能的一致性和稳定性对天线的展开和正常服役至关重要,是可展天线产品满足形面精度指标要求的重要支撑。采用宏观和微观试验相结合的方法,旨在探究电磁场对弹性元件结构和性能的影响,... 星载可展天线广泛使用了弹性元件,这些弹性元件机械性能的一致性和稳定性对天线的展开和正常服役至关重要,是可展天线产品满足形面精度指标要求的重要支撑。采用宏观和微观试验相结合的方法,旨在探究电磁场对弹性元件结构和性能的影响,分析其影响机制,为提升星载弹性元件机械性能的一致性和稳定性提供新的途径。研究发现电磁耦合场能够在不改变原有产品精度等级及内部成分的情况下,将星载弹性元件刚度提升2.11%,刚度分布方差降低一个数量级;显微硬度最大可提升8.42%,硬度方差分布下降40.79%;抗蠕变性能提高45.76%,在强化机械性能的同时提高弹簧刚度分布和硬度分布的均匀性,减小个体差异。另外金相微观组织的观测结果显示电磁耦合场对弹簧机械性能的改善具有细晶强化和沉淀强化的作用。电磁耦合强化对提高星载弹性元件结构的性能稳定性和一致性具有重要影响,该技术在未来航天领域具有良好前景。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Although chronic erosive gastritis(CEG)is common,its clinical characteristics have not been fully elucidated.The lack of consensus regarding its treatment has resulted in varied treatment regimens.AIM To explore the clinical characteristics,treatment patterns,and short-term outcomes in CEG patients in China.METHODS We recruited patients with chronic non-atrophic or mild-to-moderate atrophic gastritis with erosion based on endoscopy and pathology.Patients and treating physicians completed a questionnaire regarding history,endoscopic findings,and treatment plans as well as a follow-up questionnaire to investigate changes in symptoms after 4 wk of treatment.RESULTS Three thousand five hundred sixty-three patients from 42 centers across 24 cities in China were included.Epigastric pain(68.0%),abdominal distension(62.6%),and postprandial fullness(47.5%)were the most common presenting symptoms.Gastritis was classified as chronic non-atrophic in 69.9%of patients.Among those with erosive lesions,72.1%of patients had lesions in the antrum,51.0%had multiple lesions,and 67.3%had superficial flat lesions.In patients with epigastric pain,the combination of a mucosal protective agent(MPA)and proton pump inhibitor was more effective.For those with postprandial fullness,acid regurgitation,early satiety,or nausea,a MPA appeared more promising.CONCLUSION CEG is a multifactorial disease which is common in Asian patients and has non-specific symptoms.Gastroscopy may play a major role in its detection and diagnosis.Treatment should be individualized based on symptom profile. 展开更多

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths globally.In recent years,with the widespread use of genetic testing,epidermal growth factor receptor–tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI)–targeted drugs have been efficacious to patients with lung adenocarcinoma exhibiting EGFR mutations.However,resistance to treatment is inevitable and eventually leads to tumor progression,recurrence,and reduction in the overall treatment efficacy.Lung cancer stem cells play a crucial role in the development of resistance toward EGFR-TKI–targeted therapy for lung adenocarcinoma.Lung cancer stem cells possess self-renewal,multilineage differentiation,and unlimited proliferation capabilities,which efficiently contribute to tumor formation and ultimately lead to tumor recurrence andmetastasis.In this study,we evaluated the origin,markers,stemness index,relevant classic studies,resistance mechanisms,related signaling pathways,and strategies for reversing lung cancer stem cell resistance to EGFR-TKIs to provide new insights on delaying or reducing resistance and to improve the treatment efficacy of patients with EGFR-mutated lung adenocarcinoma in the future. 展开更多

Abundant studies have been conducted to identify how B-cell translocation gene 1 protein(BTG1)gene affects the differentiation,proliferation,metastasis of cancer cells,and how it further regulates the generation or development of diseases to influence the prognosis of patients.However,the data from single research were not powerful enough.The correlations between BTG1 expression and mechanisms of tumorigenesis or prognosis of patients are still in controversial.Our system review and meta-analysis provided a complete explanation about the association between BTG1 expression and clinicopathological features or prognosis of patients,which further laid a foundation for future research on BTG1.Fifteen eligible studies consisting of 1992 participants were included.We uncovered that BTG1 expression in solid tumors was associated w让h lymph node status(RR=0.66,95%CI:0.58-0.75,P=0.142),TMN stage status(RR=2.13,95%CI:1.71-2.65,P=0.001),T category(RR=1.90,95%CI:1.20-3.00,P=0.000),histological differentiation(RR-1.91,95%CI:1.55-2.37,7=0.012),vascular invasion(RR=0.90,95%CI:0.57-1.41,P=0.001).BTG1 low expression was significantly associated with overall survival(OS)(HR=0.47,95%CI:0.38-0.67,P=0.000).It concluded that BTG1 possessed the potential value for future research and could be recommended as a significant biomarker in solid tumor. 展开更多

Studies show that under summer drought in Guizhou Province,the light and temperature potential productivity of rice and corn is generally about 10% higher than in normal climate years,and the strengths of light and heat resources are obvious; the light,temperature and water potential productivity of rice and corn is generally 30% to 40% lower than in normal climate years,and the weaknesses of water resources hamper the crop growth. Rational development and efficient use of water resources and good light and heat conditions for crops during drought,are more conducive to agricultural production. 展开更多

Semiconductor technology and packaging is advancing rapidly toward system integration where the packaging is co-designed and co-manufactured along with the wafer fabrication.However,materials issues,in particular the mesoscale microstructure,have to date been excluded from the integrated product design cycle of electronic packaging due to the myriad of materials used and the complex nature of the material phenomena that require a multiphysics approach to describe.In the context of the materials genome initiative,we present an overview of a series of studies that aim to establish the linkages between the material microstructure and its responses by considering the multiple perspectives of the various multiphysics fields.The microstructure was predicted using thermodynamic calculations,sharp interface kinetic models,phase field,and phase field crystal modelingtechniques.Based on the predicted mesoscale microstructure,linear elastic mechanical analyses and electromigration simulations on the ultrafine interconnects were performed.The microstructural index extracted by a method based on singular value decomposition exhibits a monotonous decrease with an increase in the interconnect size.An artificial neural network-based fitting revealed a nonlinear relationship between the microstructure index and the average von Mises stress in the ultrafine interconnects.Future work to address the randomness of microstructure and the resulting scatter in the reliability is discussed in this study. 展开更多

Preliminary results of gentamycin combined with sodium bicarbonate for prevention of irinotecan-induced diarrhea

The aim of this paper was to observe the clinical effect of gentamycin combined with sodium bicarbonate for the prevention of irinotecan-induced diarrhea.A total of 98 patients with stage IV cancers were recruited and divided into a prevention group(52 patients)and a control group(46 patients).All patients received the chemotherapy including irinotecan.The prevention group received gentamycin and sodium bicarbonate before the use of irinotecan for 4 days;the control group did not receive any prevention.The use of gentamycin and sodium bicarbonate resulted in signifi-cantly higher stool pH(P<0.001),while the incidence of diarrhea by irinotecan was reduced(prevention group 13.70%versus control group 34.83%;P<0.001).Genta-mycin combined with sodium bicarbonate appears to be useful in preventing the diarrhea induced by irinotecan and reducing the dosage of loperamide andfluid replacement. 展开更多
