计算化学实验是以分子模拟为工具,通过“实验、计算、理论”协同作用来解决各种核心化学问题的实验课程。在新冠疫情防控常态化的大背景下,为提高计算化学实验课程的教学质量,我们基于本课程组前期的教学论文,结合本校的教学实践,对计... 计算化学实验是以分子模拟为工具,通过“实验、计算、理论”协同作用来解决各种核心化学问题的实验课程。在新冠疫情防控常态化的大背景下,为提高计算化学实验课程的教学质量,我们基于本课程组前期的教学论文,结合本校的教学实践,对计算化学实验课程进行了教学改革实践。重新设计和整合教学资源,录制了实验讲座的微视频,对课前、课中和课后三个阶段的学习内容进行设计,并依托超星学习通平台构建了“计算化学实验”网络课程。教学实践表明,通过将传统课堂教学与线上教学混合教学模式的实施,实现了从“教师讲授为主”向“学生自主学习为主”的模式转变,从而提高学生运用结构化学的原理和方法来分析、解决问题的能力,培养学生探索未知、追求真理、勇攀科学高峰的责任感和使命感。我们的教学改革实践取得了良好的教学效果,也为高校教学改革提供一些参考。 展开更多

Stripe rust(yellow rust), caused by Puccinia striiformis f. sp. tritici(PST),is one of the most devastating fungal diseases in common wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) in China and worldwide. Resistance breeding is the most effective strategy to control diseases in crop plants. Chinese wheat lines Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 are highly resistant to PST race CYR34(V26) at the adult plant stage. To genetically map the underlying resistance genes we developed segregating populations by crossing Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 with the susceptible cultivar Nongda 399. The stripe rust resistances in Mengmai 58 and Huaiyang 1 were both controlled by single dominant genes, provisionally designated YrMM58 and YrHY1, respectively. Bulked segregant RNA-Seq(BSR-Seq) analysis showed that YrMM58 and YrHY1 were located in the same distal ~16 Mb region on chromosome 2 AS.Comparative genomics analysis with the physical map of Aegilops tauschii proved useful for developing additional markers to saturate the genetic linkage map. YrMM58 and YrHY1 were mapped to the distal end of chromosome arm 2 AS, with the closest marker WGGB148 being 7.7 cM and 3.8 cM from the resistance gene, which was considered to be Yr17. Over the past decade,nanoparticle-based therapeutic modalities have become promising strategies in cancer therapy.Selective delivery of anticancer drugs to the lesion sites is critical for elimination of the tumor and an improved prognosis.Innovative design and advanced biointerface engineering have promoted the development of various nanocarriers for optimized drug delivery.Keeping in mind the biological framework of the tumormicroenvironment,biomembrane-camouflaged nanoplatforms have been a research focus,reflecting their superiority in cancer targeting.In this review,we summarize the development of various biomimetic cell membrane-camouflaged nanoplatforms for cancertargeted drug delivery,which are classified according to the membranes fromdifferent cells.The challenges and opportunities of the advanced biointerface engineering drug delivery nanosystems in cancer therapy are discussed. 展开更多

In this paper,we study Ricci flow on compact manifolds with a continuous initial metric.It was known from Simon(2002)that the Ricci flow exists for a short time.We prove that the scalar curvature lower bound is preserved along the Ricci flow if the initial metric has a scalar curvature lower bound in the distributional sense provided that the initial metric is W^(1,p) for some n<p∞.As an application,we use this result to study the relation between the Yamabe invariant and Ricci flat metrics.We prove that if the Yamabe invariant is nonpositive and the scalar curvature is nonnegative in the distributional sense,then the manifold is isometric to a Ricci flat manifold. 展开更多

Wastewater-based epidemiology(WBE)has emerged as an effective environmental surveillance tool in monitoring fecal-oral pathogen infections within a community.Congruently,SARS-Co V-2,the etiologic agent of COVID-19,has been demonstrated to infect the gastrointestinal tissues,and be shed in feces.In the present study,SARS-Co V-2 RNA was concentrated from wastewater,sludge,surface water,ground water,sediment,and soil samples of municipal and hospital wastewater systems and related environments in Wuhan during the COVID-19 middle and low risk periods,and the viral RNA copies quantified using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-q PCR).From the findings of this study,during the middle risk period,one influent sample and three secondary effluents collected from waste water treatment plant 2,as well as two samples from Jinyintan Hospital wastewater system influent were SARS-Co V-2 RNA positive.One sludge sample collected from Guanggu Branch of Tongji Hospital,which was obtained during the low risk period,was also positive for SARS-Co V-2 RNA.These study findings demonstrate the significance of WBE in continuous surveillance of SARS-Co V-2 at the community level,even when the COVID-19 prevalence is low.Overall,this study can be used as an important reference for contingency management of wastewater treatment plants and COVID-19 prevention and control departments of Wuhan. 展开更多
