提出低温NH_(4)HSO_(4)焙烧—水浸工艺从金川镍精矿中同步提取Ni、Cu和Co,并系统研究硫酸化焙烧和水浸出过程中一些因素对金属提取的影响。结果表明,在优化的焙烧和水浸条件下,95.7%Ni、98.9%Cu和96.8%Co被提取。利用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM和... 提出低温NH_(4)HSO_(4)焙烧—水浸工艺从金川镍精矿中同步提取Ni、Cu和Co,并系统研究硫酸化焙烧和水浸出过程中一些因素对金属提取的影响。结果表明,在优化的焙烧和水浸条件下,95.7%Ni、98.9%Cu和96.8%Co被提取。利用TG-DTA、XRD、SEM和EDS等手段分析矿相的转化机理,在NH_(4)HSO_(4)及其分解的SO_(3)和NH3的硫酸化反应下,有价金属被转化为水溶性金属—铵配合物从而得到有效的提取。通过提高浸出温度使铁离子与铵离子结合形成NH_(4)[Fe_(3)(SO_(4))_(2)(OH)_(6)]沉淀可除去浸出液中的杂质铁。在焙烧过程中收集的挥发物为(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)和(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(3),可用作硫酸化焙烧的试剂。 展开更多

Litsea,a non-monophyletic group of the tribe Laureae(Lauraceae),plays important roles in the tropical and subtropical forests of Asia,Australia,Central and North America,and the islands of the Pacific.However,intergeneric relationships between Litsea and Laurus,Lindera,Parasassafras and Sinosassafras of the tribe Laureae remain unresolved.In this study,we present phylogenetic analyses of seven newly sequenced Litsea plastomes,together with 47 Laureae plastomes obtained from public databases,representing six genera of the Laureae.Our results highlight two highly supported monophyletic groups of Litsea taxa.One is composed of 16 Litsea taxa and two Lindera taxa.The 18 plastomes of these taxa were further compared for their gene structure,codon usage,contraction and expansion of inverted repeats,sequence repeats,divergence hotspots,and gene evolution.The complete plastome size of newly sequenced taxa varied between 152,377 bp(Litsea auriculata)and 154,117 bp(Litsea pierrei).Seven of the 16 Litsea plastomes have a pair of insertions in the IRa(trnL-trnH)and IRb(ycf2)regions.The 18 plastomes of Litsea and Lindera taxa exhibit similar gene features,codon usage,oligonucleotide repeats,and inverted repeat dynamics.The codons with the highest frequency among these taxa favored A/T endings and each of these plastomes had nine divergence hotspots,which are located in the same regions.We also identified six protein coding genes(accD,ndhJ,rbcL,rpoC2,ycf1 and ycf2)under positive selection in Litsea;these genes may play important roles in adaptation of Litsea species to various environments. 展开更多

At the end of 2019,the novel coronavirus infection outbroke in Wuhan,Hubei Province.On Feb.2,2020,Wuhan,as the worst-hit region,began to build“shelter hospital”rapidly to treat patients with mild ilness.The shelter hospital has multiple functions such as emergency treatment,surgical treatment and clinical test,which can adapt to emergency medical rescue tasks.Based on the characteristics that shelter hospital only treats patients with mild ilness,tests of shelter laboratory,including coronavirus nucleic acid detection,IgM/IgG antibody serology detection,monitoring and auxiliary diagnosis and/or a required blood routine,urine routine,C-reactive protein,calcitonin original,biochemical indicators(liver enzymes,myocardial enzymes,renal function,etc.)and blood coagulation function test etc,were used to provide important basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.In order to ensure laboratory biosafety,it is necessary to first evaluate the harm level of various specimens.In the laboratory biosafety management,the harm level assessment of microorganisms is the core work of biosafety,which is of great significance to guarantee biosafety.As an emergency deployment afcted by the environment,shelter laboratory must possess strong mobility.This paper will explore how to combine the biosafety model of traditional laboratory with the particularity of shelter laboratory to carry out effective work in response to the current epidemic. 展开更多

Effect of irinotecan combined with cisplatin on serum CD105, OPN, SCCAg, CEA and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with cervical cancer

Objective:To study the effect of irinotecan combined with cisplatin on serum CD105, OPN, SCCAg, CEA and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with cervical cancer.Methods: A total of 90 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were enrolled in this study. The subjects were divided into the control group (n=45) and the treatment group (n=45) randomly. The control group were treated with radiotherapy, the treatment group were treated with irinotecan combined with cisplatin. The two groups were treated for 3 periods. The serum CD105, OPN, SCCAg, CEA levels and peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+/CD3+, CD8+cells of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results: There were no significantly differences of the serum CD105, OPN, SCCAg, CEA levels and peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+/CD3+, CD8+ cells of the two groups before treatment. The serum CD105, OPN, SCCAg and CEA levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and that of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group. The peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+/CD3+ cells of the two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment, CD8+ cells of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and that of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Irinotecan combined with cisplatin can significantly reduce the serum CD105, OPN, SCCAg, CEA levels, improve peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+/CD3+, CD8+ levels of patients with cervical cancer, and it was worthy clinical application. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the effects of TC chemotherapy on the basis of surgical treatment on Endometrial carcinoma patients' serum TSGF, PRL, HE4 and TNF-α, CRP, VEGF, IL-8 levels.Methods:106 cases of endometrial carcinoma in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in the control group,57 patients in the observation group. All patients were given laparoscopic surgery, the patients in the observation group were given on the basis of laparoscopic surgery TC regimen (paclitaxel + carboplatin) chemotherapy for 2 courses, fasting venous blood before and after treatment in the morning was taken and centrifuged, and then used ELISA method to detect and compare the serum levels of TSGF, PRL, HE4 and TNF-α, CRP, VEGF, IL-8.Results: (1) Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the serum TSGF, PRL, HE4 levels between the two groups. After treatment, compared with the same group before treatment, the serum TSGF, PRL, HE4 levels of the two groups were significantly lower, and those levels of observation group were significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups;(2) Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the serum TNF-α, CRP, VEGF, IL-8 levels between the two groups. After treatment, compared with the same group before treatment, the serum TNF-α, CRP, VEGF, IL-8 levels of the two groups were significantly lower, and those levels of observation group were significantly better than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of TC chemotherapy on the basis of surgical treatment can significantly improve the patient's serum TSGF, PRL, HE4 and TNF-α, CRP, VEGF, IL-8 levels, it indicated that adjuvant chemotherapy with TC could not only improve the curative effect, control local recurrence of tumor, but also regulate the expression of some factors to inhibit the development of tumor, can also improve the internal inflammatory microenvironment, promote the patient's own immune expression, so it is worthy of clinical research and application. 展开更多

Angiogenesis,the formation of new blood vessels,is a complex and dynamic process regulated by various pro-and anti-angiogenic molecules,which plays a crucial role in tumor growth,invasion,and metastasis.With the advances in molecular and cellular biology,various biomolecules such as growth factors,chemokines,and adhesion factors involved in tumor angiogenesis has gradually been elucidated.Targeted therapeutic research based on these molecules has driven anti-angiogenic treatment to become a promising strategy in anti-tumor therapy.The most widely used anti-angiogenic agents include monoclonal antibodies and tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)targeting vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)pathway.However,the clinical benefit of this modality has still been limited due to several defects such as adverse events,acquired drug resistance,tumor recurrence,and lack of validated biomarkers,which impel further research on mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis,the development of multiple drugs and the combination therapy to figure out how to improve the therapeutic efficacy.Here,we broadly summarize various signaling pathways in tumor angiogenesis and discuss the development and current challenges of anti-angiogenic therapy.We also propose several new promising approaches to improve anti-angiogenic efficacy and provide a perspective for the development and research of anti-angiogenic therapy. 展开更多

Sirtuins(SIRTs)are nicotine adenine dinucleotide(+)-dependent histone deacetylases regulating critical signaling pathways in prokaryotes and eukaryotes,and are involved in numerous biological processes.Currently,seven mammalian homologs of yeast Sir2 named SIRT1 to SIRT7 have been identified.Increasing evidence has suggested the vital roles of seven members of the SIRT family in health and disease conditions.Notably,this protein family plays a variety of important roles in cellular biology such as inflammation,metabolism,oxidative stress,and apoptosis,etc.,thus,it is considered a potential therapeutic target for different kinds of pathologies including cancer,cardiovascular disease,respiratory disease,and other conditions.Moreover,identification of SIRT modulators and exploring the functions of these different modulators have prompted increased efforts to discover new small molecules,which can modify SIRT activity.Furthermore,several randomized controlled trials have indicated that different interventions might affect the expression of SIRT protein in human samples,and supplementation of SIRT modulators might have diverse impact on physiological function in different participants.In this review,we introduce the history and structure of the SIRT protein family,discuss the molecular mechanisms and biological functions of seven members of the SIRT protein family,elaborate on the regulatory roles of SIRTs in human disease,summarize SIRT inhibitors and activators,and review related clinical studies. 展开更多
