远程护理对老年性白内障患者自我效能和生活质量的影响研究

目的对老年性白内障患者实施远程护理,研究其对患者生活质量和自我为效能的影响。方法随机选取2021年8月—2023年1月广东省阳江市人民医院治疗的100例老年性白内障术后出院患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。两... 目的对老年性白内障患者实施远程护理,研究其对患者生活质量和自我为效能的影响。方法随机选取2021年8月—2023年1月广东省阳江市人民医院治疗的100例老年性白内障术后出院患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。两组患者均接受常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施远程护理。比较两组干预前后自我效能评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组一般自我效能感量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组生活质量量表各维度分值与治疗前相比均升高,且干预组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预组护理总满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。结论远程护理能有效改善老年性白内障患者的自我效能及生活质量,提升患者满意度。 展开更多

New Evidence for Genesis of the Zoige Carbonate-Siliceous-Pelitic Rock Type Uranium Deposit in Southern Qinling:Discovery and Significance of the 64 Ma Intrusions 被引量:5

The carbonaceous-siliceous-argillitic rock type uranium deposit in the Zoige area is located in the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau, and has gained much attention of many geologists and ore deposit experts due to its scale, high grade and abundant associated ores. Because of the insufficient reliable dating of intrusive rocks, the relationship between mineralization and the magmatic activities is still unknown. In order to study this key scientific issue and the ore-forming processes of the Zoige uranium ore field, the LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating of magmatic rocks was obtained:64.08±0.59 Ma for the granite-prophyry and ~200 Ma for the dolerite. U-Pb dating results of uraninite from the Zoige uranium ore field are mainly concentrated on ~90 Ma and ~60 Ma. According to LA-ICP-MS U-Pb zircon dating, the ages for the dolerite, porphyry granite and granodiorite are 200 Ma, 64.08 Ma approximately and 226.5-200.88 Ma, respectively. This indicates that the mineralization has close relationship with activities of the intermediate-acidic magma. The ages of the granite porphyry are consistent with those uraninite U-Pb dating results achieved by previous studies, which reflects the magmatic and ore-forming event during the later Yanshanian. Based on the data from previous researches, the ore bodies in the Zoige uranium ore field can be divided into two categories:the single uranium type and the uranium with polymetal mineralization type. The former formed at late Cretaceous(about 90 Ma), while the latter, closely related to the granite porphyry, formed at early Paleogene(about 60 Ma). And apart from ore forming elemental uranium, the latter is often associated with polymetallic elements, such as molybdenum, nickel, zinc, etc. 展开更多

An preliminary design tool -LLTCA (lubrication and loaded tooth contact analysis) for spiral bevel and hypoid gears is presented, which combines the thermal -EH L analysis with LTCA. The LTCA is used to predict the contact behavior, the geometry of tooth surfaces, normal load, and kinematics for thenmal-EHL analysis between the mating surfaces. From the results of thermal-EHL the designer can predict the lubrication performance which usually include the oil film forming ability, film pressure and the increment of temperature. In the LLTCA model the con- tact behavior, lubrication performance, running condition and tooth geometry which is the resultant of manufacturing parameters are all considered. 展开更多

As an example, the target-reaching movement of index finger, which is a basic functional action of index finger in the daily life of hUman beings, were experimentally investigated. In the experiment five healthy male subjects were asked to perform three target-reaching movement tasks Which have different indices of difficulty. All movements were recorded by a 3-D motion analysis system. Later, their motion qualities were measured with these evaluation metrics. The results showed that these indices are reasonable and have potential applications to biomedical engineering. 展开更多

目的:分析CT在偏执型首发精神分裂症(FES)患者中的应用价值及影像特点。方法:抽取90例偏执型FES患者为研究组,另选80例健康者为对照组。均接受头部CT扫描,并测量双侧额叶等脑叶CT均值,分析研究组患者CT影像特点,并随访1年统计复发情况,... 目的:分析CT在偏执型首发精神分裂症(FES)患者中的应用价值及影像特点。方法:抽取90例偏执型FES患者为研究组,另选80例健康者为对照组。均接受头部CT扫描,并测量双侧额叶等脑叶CT均值,分析研究组患者CT影像特点,并随访1年统计复发情况,评价生活质量。结果:研究组脑室扩大、脑沟增宽、大枕大池、蛛网膜囊肿发生率明显高于对照组(P<0. 05);研究组双侧额叶CT均值显著低于对照组(P<0. 05)。90例患者中,1年复发率为31. 11%,复发者脑室扩大、脑沟增宽、大枕大池、蛛网膜囊肿发生率明显高于未复发者(P<0. 05);与未复发者相比,复发者双侧颞叶CT均值较低(P<0. 05),精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)各维度评分较高(P<0. 05);而双侧颞叶CT均值与SQLS各维度评分呈负相关(P<0. 05)。结论:偏执型FES患者的影像特点主要变现为脑室扩大、脑沟增宽、大枕大池、蛛网膜囊肿及额叶CT值下降,CT在其早期诊断及预后评估方面有重要应用价值。 展开更多
