目的:分析序贯压力康复疗法联合负压创面治疗技术对手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩修复患者关节功能障碍及瘢痕情况的影响。方法:回顾性收集笔者科室2018年1月-2019年12月收治的120例手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩患者临床资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,...目的:分析序贯压力康复疗法联合负压创面治疗技术对手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩修复患者关节功能障碍及瘢痕情况的影响。方法:回顾性收集笔者科室2018年1月-2019年12月收治的120例手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩患者临床资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用负压创面治疗技术进行治疗,观察组采用负压创面治疗技术联合序贯压力康复疗法进行治疗,两组均治疗6个月。比较两组治疗6个月后的疗效,比较两组治疗前和治疗6个月后手指关节活动度、手功能、日常生活能力及瘢痕情况。结果:治疗6个月后,观察组总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组手指关节总活动度(Total activity of motion,TAM)评分、手功能评分、外观满意度评分、日常生活能力(Activities of daily living,ADL)各项评分较治疗前均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组瘢痕情况评分较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用序贯压力康复疗法联合负压创面治疗技术对手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩患者进行治疗,可有效改善患者手关节功能障碍,提高患者日常生活能力及手外观满意度,同时改善患者瘢痕情况。展开更多

We reported one woman suffered from acute pyelonephritis due to Klehsiella pneumoniae infection presented with ARF and unremarkable abdominal signs, however with a favorable prognosis after appropriate antibiotic treatment.A 23-year-old woman was admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University with a 10-day history of abdominal bloating, lower flank pain; 3-day history of fatigue, without fever, urinary urgency, frequency, dysuria or oliguria. She had a history of taking the herbs medicine lbr removing urinary calculi （Wu Lin Hua Shi Dan and other unknown herbs） by herself for one week.展开更多
