Ag基电触头是低压开关的“心脏”,触头无Cd化一直困扰着人们,寻找新型环保电触头材料是目前低压开关领域研究的重点。本研究从Ag基电触头增强相材料设计入手,利用简单快速的无压技术合成了高纯Ti2AlC粉末(99.2%),制备的Ag/Ti2AlC复合电触头材料组织均匀、Ti2AlC颗粒与Ag基体结合紧密、相对密度高(95.7%)、硬度适中(96HV)、导电性好(电阻率低至79.5 nΩ·m)、抗电弧侵蚀性能优良(5610次电弧放电后触头质量损失仅为4.4wt%)。Ag/Ti2AlC优良的结构和性能主要归因于Ti2AlC本身的导电导热性能和Ag/Ti2AlC之间的润湿性。该复合材料在进一步深入研究后,有望大面积应用并替代传统电触头材料。 展开更多

目的:探讨黄连地黄汤联合沙格列汀治疗肾阴虚损型糖尿病疗效及对患者生活质量及血清摄食抑制因子(Nesfatin-1)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平的影响。方法:选取肾阴虚损型糖尿病患者106例,随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各53例。常规干预基础... 目的:探讨黄连地黄汤联合沙格列汀治疗肾阴虚损型糖尿病疗效及对患者生活质量及血清摄食抑制因子(Nesfatin-1)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平的影响。方法:选取肾阴虚损型糖尿病患者106例,随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各53例。常规干预基础上对照组予以沙格列汀治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以黄连地黄汤治疗。统计两组治疗前、后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、血清Nesfatin-1、游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平、生活质量(DQOL)分值、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗后HbA1c、FPG、2hPG低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清FFA水平低于对照组,血清Nesfatin-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组HOMA-IR低于对照组,FINS、HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组DQOL分值低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(13.21%)与对照组(9.43%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:肾阴虚损型糖尿病患者采用沙格列汀联合黄连地黄汤治疗,能有效改善患者血糖、胰岛β细胞功能及血清Nesfatin-1、FFA水平,提升生活质量,且具有安全性。 展开更多

PROGRESSIVE FRACTURE MODELING OF THE FAILURE WAVE IN IMPACTED GLASS

The failure wave has been observed propagating in glass under impact loading since 1991. It is a continuous fracture zone which may be associated with the damage accumulation process during the propagation of shock waves. A progressive fracture model was proposed to describe the failure wave formation and propagation in shocked glass considering its heterogeneous meso-structures. The original and. nucleated microcracks will expand along the pores and other defects with concomitant dilation when shock loading is below the Hugoniot Elastic Limit. The governing equation of the failure wave is characterized by inelastic bulk strain with material damage and fracture. And the inelastic bulk strain consists of dilatant strain from nucleation and expansion of microcracks and condensed strain from the collapse of the original pores. Numerical simulation of the free surface velocity was performed and found in good agreement with planar impact experiments on K9 glass at China Academy of Engineering Physics. And the longitudinal, lateral and shear stress histories upon the arrival of the failure wave were predicted, which present the diminished shear strength and lost spall strength in the failed layer. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of acupuncture treatment on cerebral ischaemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI)and reveal the underlying mechanism of the effect based on nuclear receptor coactivator 4(NCOA4)mediated ferritinophagy.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley male rats were divided into four groups:the sham group,model group,acupuncture group,and sham acupuncture group.After 2 h of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO),reperfusion was performed for 24 h to induce CIRI.The rats were treated with acupuncture at the Neiguan(PC6)and Shuigou(GV26)acupoints.Their neurological function was evaluated by taking their Bederson scores at 2 h after ischaemia and 24 h after reperfusion.Triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining was applied to assess the cerebral infarct volume at 24 h after reperfusion.The malondialdehyde(MDA)and ferrous iron(Fe^(2+))levels were observed after 24 h of reperfusion using an assay kit.Western blotting was performed to detect the expression of NCOA4 and ferritin heavy chain 1(FTH1)at 24 h after reperfusion.Moreover,the colocalization of ferritin with neurons,NCOA4 with microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3),and NCOA4 with ferritin was visualized using immunofluorescence staining.RESULTS:Acupuncture significantly improved neurological function and decreased cerebral infarct volume in the acupuncture group.Following CIRI,the expression of NCOA4,LC3 and FTH1 was increased,which enhanced ferritinophagy and induced an inappropriate accumulation of Fe^(2+)and MDA in the ischaemic brain.However,acupuncture dramatically downregulated the expression of NCOA4,LC3 and FTH1,inhibited the overactivation of ferritinophagy,and decreased the levels of MDA and Fe^(2+).CONCLUSIONS:Acupuncture can inhibit NCOA4-mediated ferritinophagy and protect neurons against CIRI in a rat model. 展开更多
