Moving humans,agents,and subjects bring many challenges to robot self‐localisation and environment perception.To adapt to dynamic environments,SLAM researchers typically apply several deep learning image segmentation models to eliminate these moving obstacles.However,these moving obstacle segmentation methods cost too much computation resource for the onboard processing of mobile robots.In the current industrial environment,mobile robot collaboration scenario,the noise of mobile robots could be easily found by on‐board audio‐sensing processors and the direction of sound sources can be effectively acquired by sound source estimation algorithms,but the distance estimation of sound sources is difficult.However,in the field of visual perception,the 3D structure information of the scene is relatively easy to obtain,but the recognition and segmentation of moving objects is more difficult.To address these problems,a novel vision‐audio fusion method that combines sound source localisation methods with a visual SLAM scheme is proposed,thereby eliminating the effect of dynamic obstacles on multi‐agent systems.Several heterogeneous robots experiments in different dynamic scenes indicate very stable self‐localisation and environment reconstruction performance of our method. 展开更多

Objective:China was the first country suffering from the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and one of the countries with stringent mother-neonate isolation measure implemented.Now increasing evidence suggests that coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)should not be taken as an indication for formula feeding or isolation of the infant from the mother.Methods:We conducted a retrospective cohort study in 44 hospitals from 14 provinces in China to investigate the management of neonates whose mothers have confirmed or suspected COVID-19.In addition,65 members of Chinese Neonatologist Association(CNA)were invited to give their comments and suggestions on the clinical management guidelines for high-risk neonates.Results:There were 121 neonates born to 118 mothers suspected with COVID-19 including 42 mothers with SARS-CoV-2 positive results and 76 mothers with SARS-CoV-2 negative results.All neonates were born by caesarean section,isolated from their mothers immediately after birth and were formula-fed.Five neonates were positive for SARSCoV-2 at initial testing between 36 and 46 h after birth.Regarding the confusion on the clinical management guidelines,58.78%of the newborns were put into isolation,32.22%were subject to PCR tests,and 5.16%and 2.75%received breastfeeding and vaccination,respectively.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of neonates born to mothers with confirmed SARS-CoV-2 were mild,though five neonates might have been infected in utero or during delivery.Given the favorable outcomes of neonates born to COVID-confirmed mothers,full isolation may not be warranted.Rather,separation of the mother and her newborn should be assessed on a case-by-case basis,considering local facilities and risk factors for adverse outcomes,such as prematurity and fetal distress. 展开更多

目的探讨经皮二氧化碳分压(transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure,TcPCO_(2))和经皮氧分压(transcutaneous oxygen pressure,TcPO_(2))短时监测在重症早产儿中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至12月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心住... 目的探讨经皮二氧化碳分压(transcutaneous carbon dioxide pressure,TcPCO_(2))和经皮氧分压(transcutaneous oxygen pressure,TcPO_(2))短时监测在重症早产儿中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至12月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心住院且需呼吸支持的62例患儿TcPCO_(2)和TcPO_(2)与同步动脉血气[动脉二氧化碳分压(arterial carbon dioxide pressure,PaCO_(2))和动脉氧分压(arterial oxygen partial pressure,PaO_(2))]的348组配对数据,并根据出生体重(>1000 g~≤1500 g 23例,配对数据129组;≤1000 g 18例,配对数据130组)和胎龄(≤28周16例,配对数据127组;28~34周29例,配对数据159组)进行分层比较,采用Pearson相关性分析和Bland-Altman散点图评估TcPCO_(2)与TcPO_(2)和PaCO_(2)与PaO_(2)的相关性与一致性;并绘制受试者工作特征曲线,分析TcPCO_(2)对新生儿高碳酸血症的诊断效能。结果全部患儿TcPCO_(2)与PaCO_(2)呈正相关,一致性较好(r=0.913,95%CI:0.894~0.929);出生体重>1000 g~≤1500 g和≤1000 g患儿的TcPCO_(2)与PaCO_(2)均呈正相关,一致性均较好(r=0.909,95%CI:0.874~0.935;r=0.934,95%CI:0.908~0.953;P值均<0.05);胎龄≤28周和28~34周患儿的TcPCO_(2)与PaCO_(2)均呈正相关,一致性均较好(r=0.938,95%CI:0.913~0.956;r=0.871,95%CI:0.827~0.904;P值均<0.05)。TcPCO_(2)诊断高碳酸血症的灵敏度、特异度及曲线下面积分别为90.91%、85.85%和0.942。全部患儿及出生体重>1000 g~≤1500 g、胎龄28~34周患儿的TcPO_(2)与PaO_(2)相关性较差(r值均<0.75,P值均<0.05);出生体重≤1000 g和胎龄≤28周患儿的TcPO_(2)与PaO_(2)无相关性(P值均>0.05)。结论TcPCO_(2)短时监测可准确评估需呼吸支持重症新生儿的PaCO_(2),对高碳酸血症也有很高的诊断价值。但TcPO_(2)对PaO_(2)的评估作用有限,可能需结合其他指标。 展开更多

本文报道一例TALDO1基因复合杂合变异导致的转醛醇酶缺乏症患儿。孕母有不良孕产史,产前检查发现胎儿超声异常,产前全外显子组测序检出TALDO1基因存在c.462-2A>G和c.574C>T(p.R192C)可能致病性杂合变异。患儿出生胎龄38周+1,生后... 本文报道一例TALDO1基因复合杂合变异导致的转醛醇酶缺乏症患儿。孕母有不良孕产史,产前检查发现胎儿超声异常,产前全外显子组测序检出TALDO1基因存在c.462-2A>G和c.574C>T(p.R192C)可能致病性杂合变异。患儿出生胎龄38周+1,生后存在特殊体征(皮肤松弛/皱褶多、低耳位等)、脾大、贫血、肝功能和凝血功能异常,结合产前诊断结果诊断转醛醇酶缺乏症。患儿现1岁3月龄仍可见双手背及颈背部皮肤较松弛且皱褶多。本病例提示,对于出生有肝脾大、贫血、血小板减少、凝血功能异常,同时伴特殊体征如皮肤松弛/皱褶多、低耳位等,需警惕转醛醇酶缺乏症的可能。 展开更多
