与助催化剂形成异质结,通过调整活性位点的电子结构和电荷输运来提高Ni_(2)P的电催化活性是一种可行的方法。本文成功构建了一种高效的Cu_(3)P/Ni_(2)P异质结催化剂,其中Cu_(3)P本身仅作为助催化剂,通过调节Ni_(2)P的电子转移和表面重... 与助催化剂形成异质结,通过调整活性位点的电子结构和电荷输运来提高Ni_(2)P的电催化活性是一种可行的方法。本文成功构建了一种高效的Cu_(3)P/Ni_(2)P异质结催化剂,其中Cu_(3)P本身仅作为助催化剂,通过调节Ni_(2)P的电子转移和表面重构来提高电催化活性。结果表明,在10 mA·cm^(-2)的电流密度下,Cu_(3)P/Ni_(2)P具有优异的析氧反应(OER)活性,过电位为213 mV。结合实验结果和理论计算可知,Cu_(3)P助催化剂可以有效调整Ni中心的电子结构,实现电荷重分布,降低反应能垒,从而显著提高OER催化活性。此外,Cu_(3)P助催化剂诱导的丰富的晶界和晶格畸变促进了表面重构,形成Ni5O(OH)9,为OER提供了有效的活性位点。本工作通过引入助催化剂构建了一种新型异质结电催化剂,为优化过渡金属磷化物的电催化性能提供了一条有效途径。 展开更多

为指导黄淮海地区夏大豆亲本选配和品种选育,通过在20条染色体上分布基本均匀的135对SSR标记对192份黄淮海地区参试夏大豆品系进行基因分型,分析品系的遗传分化和遗传多样性,测量品系的粒长、粒宽、粒长粒宽比,并进行粒形性状位点关联... 为指导黄淮海地区夏大豆亲本选配和品种选育,通过在20条染色体上分布基本均匀的135对SSR标记对192份黄淮海地区参试夏大豆品系进行基因分型,分析品系的遗传分化和遗传多样性,测量品系的粒长、粒宽、粒长粒宽比,并进行粒形性状位点关联分析。结果表明,135对标记共检测出365个等位基因,平均每个标记检测到2.703 7个等位基因,变化范围为1~5个,多态信息含量为0~0.676 7,平均值为0.368 6。供试的192份大豆品系遗传多样性(多态性百分率=97.78%,等位基因数=2.703 7,有效等位基因数=1.956 1,Shannon’s信息指数=0.709 0)丰富,根据供试大豆品系来自区域分为5个自然居群,自然居群间遗传相似度(GI≥0.925 2)较高,遗传距离(GD≤0.077 8)小,表明黄淮海地区品种间交流频繁,遗传资源丰富。群体结构分析和连锁不平衡分析结果表明,192份参试夏大豆品系被划分为5个遗传亚群,且每个遗传亚群内存在不同程度的连锁不平衡。主坐标分析结果表明,第一主成分、第二主成分、第三主成分分别解释了总变异的7.69%、6.23%、5.57%。关联分析结果表明,P<0.05的显著水平下,共检测到88个与粒形性状关联的位点,其中有4个与粒形性状关联的位点在2种环境下被同时检测到,分别位于5号、16号、19号染色体上,其中位于19号染色体中的Sat_071位点表型贡献率最高。 展开更多

Grapevine is one of the most economically important crops worldwide.However,the previous versions of the grapevine reference genome tipically consist of thousands of fragments with missing centromeres and telomeres,limiting the accessibility of the repetitive sequences,the centromeric and telomeric regions,and the study of inheritance of important agronomic traits in these regions.Here,we assembled a telomere-to-telomere(T2T)gap-free reference genome for the cultivar PN40024 using PacBio HiFi long reads.The T2T reference genome(PN_T2T)is 69 Mb longer with 9018 more genes identified than the 12X.v0 version.We annotated 67%repetitive sequences,19 centromeres and 36 telomeres,and incorporated gene annotations of previous versions into the PN_T2T assembly.We detected a total of 377 gene clusters,which showed associations with complex traits,such as aroma and disease resistance.Even though PN40024 derives from nine generations of selfing,we still found nine genomic hotspots of heterozygous sites associated with biological processes,such as the oxidation–reduction process and protein phosphorylation.The fully annotated complete reference genome therefore constitutes an important resource for grapevine genetic studies and breeding programs. 展开更多

Schisandrin B(Sch B)is a monomer with anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory effects,which are isolated from the plant Schisandra chinensis(Turcz)Baillon.We investigated the anti-gastric cancer(GC)effects of Sch B and its underlying molecular mechanisms.The Cell Counting Kit-8 assay was used to determine the effects of Sch B on the viability of GC and normal cell lines.Hoechst/propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry were used to assess the apoptosis induction of Sch B.Western blotting was used to evaluate the effects of Sch B on downstream apoptotic proteins.The DCFH-DA fluorescent probe was used to assess the regulatory effects of Sch B on reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels and related signaling pathways in GC cells.The results showed that Sch B could regulate the phosphorylation level of mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)by upregulating ROS accumulation in gastric cancer cells,and then reduce the expression of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)and phosphorylated transcription 3(p-STAT3).In addition,Sch B downregulated the cell cycle proteins cyclin-dependent kinase 2/4/6 and cyclin D1/E,and arrested cells in the G0/G1 phase.Moreover,it also inhibited cell migration,which was reversed with Nacetylcysteine pretreatment.In summary,Sch B has killing effects on GC cells by upregulating the production of intracellular ROS and regulating the MAPK/STAT3/NF-κB signaling pathway,leading to the migration arrest and apoptosis of GC cells. 展开更多

Marine collagen peptides(MCPs)are natural products prepared by hydrolyzing marine collagen protein through a variety of chemical methods or enzymes.MCPs have a range of structures and biological activities and are widely present in marine species.MCPs also have a small molecular weight,are easily modified,and absorbed by the body.These properties have attracted great interest from researchers studying antioxidant,anti-tumor,and anti-aging activities.MCPs of specific molecular weights have significant anti-tumor activity and no toxic side effects.Thus,MCPs have the potential use as anti-cancer adjuvant drugs.Free radicals produced by oxidation are closely related to human aging,cancer,arteriosclerosis,and other diseases,but their relationship with cancer is not well known.In this review,we focus on the antioxidant properties of MCPs in the treatment of cancer,highlighting their antioxidant molecular structure and potential for clinical practice. 展开更多

Prediction model of stress ulcer after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer established by machine learning algorithm

BACKGROUND Patients with colorectal cancer(CRC)are prone to stress ulcer after laparoscopic surgery.The analysis of risk factors for stress ulcer(SU)in patients with CRC is important to reduce mortality and improve patient prognosis.AIM To identify risk factors for SU after laparoscopic surgery for CRC,and develop a nomogram model to predict the risk of SU in these patients.METHODS The clinical data of 135 patients with CRC who underwent laparoscopic surgery between November 2021 and June 2022 were reviewed retrospectively.They were divided into two categories depending on the presence of SUs:The SU group(n=23)and the non-SU group(n=112).Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to screen for factors associated with postoperative SU in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery,and a risk factor-based nomogram model was built based on these risk factors.By plotting the model's receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and calibration curve,a Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test was performed.RESULTS Among the 135 patients with CRC,23 patients had postoperative SU,with an incidence of 17.04%.The SU group had higher levels of heat shock protein(HSP)70,HSP90,and gastrin(GAS)than the non-SU group.Age,lymph node metastasis,HSP70,HSP90,and GAS levels were statistically different between the two groups,but other indicators were not statistically different.Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥65 years,lymph node metastasis,and increased levels of HSP70,HSP90 and GAS were all risk factors for postoperative SU in patients with CRC(P<0.05).According to these five risk factors,the area under the ROC curve for the nomogram model was 0.988(95%CI:0.971-1.0);the calibration curve demonstrated excellent agreement between predicted and actual probabilities,and the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness of fit test revealed that the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.753,P=0.999),suggesting that the nomogram model had good discrimination,calibration,and stability.CONCLUSION Patients with CRC aged≥65 years,with lymph node metastasis and elevated HSP70,HSP90,GAS levels,are prone to post-laparoscopic surgery SU.Our nomogram model shows good predictive value. 展开更多

为研究笼养和栖架舍饲散养对产蛋前期蛋鸡健康水平及福利状况的影响,对蛋鸡发病率、死淘率、外观、步态、行为等指标进行检测,试验选取1200只18周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为对照组和试验组,每组600只,分别进行笼养及栖架舍饲散养,预试期1周,正试... 为研究笼养和栖架舍饲散养对产蛋前期蛋鸡健康水平及福利状况的影响,对蛋鸡发病率、死淘率、外观、步态、行为等指标进行检测,试验选取1200只18周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为对照组和试验组,每组600只,分别进行笼养及栖架舍饲散养,预试期1周,正试期21周。结果表明:栖架舍饲散养比笼养蛋鸡发病率和死淘率分别降低50.2%、84.5%,蛋鸡外观和步态评分分别降低29.5%和35.4%(P<0.05);栖架舍饲散养模式下,蛋鸡休息,梳羽,舒展行为发生频次增加35.3%、39.3%,62.9%(P<0.05),异常行为发生频次降低91.5%(P<0.05),站立、行走﹑梳羽、舒展平均持续时间增加26.2%、102.4%、100.4%、74.6%(P<0.05),异常行为平均持续时间降低73.8%。研究表明:栖架舍饲散养相比笼养可以提高蛋鸡健康水平,改善蛋鸡福利状况。 展开更多

细胞周期依赖性激酶4/6(cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6,CDK4/6)抑制剂能作用于过度活化的CDK4/6,恢复正常细胞周期,并通过触发免疫,改变肿瘤微环境等发挥抗肿瘤作用。目前,CDK4/6抑制剂的问世极大地改善了激素受体阳性(hormone receptor-... 细胞周期依赖性激酶4/6(cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6,CDK4/6)抑制剂能作用于过度活化的CDK4/6,恢复正常细胞周期,并通过触发免疫,改变肿瘤微环境等发挥抗肿瘤作用。目前,CDK4/6抑制剂的问世极大地改善了激素受体阳性(hormone receptor-positive,HR^(+))、人表皮生长因子受体2阴性(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative,HER2^(-))晚期乳腺癌患者的预后,使无进展生存期(progression-free-survival,PFS)增加近一倍,且不良反应可控。尽管如此,这类患者最终仍会因CDK4/6抑制剂耐药而出现疾病进展。CDK4/6抑制剂的耐药机制十分复杂,尚未完全明确。预测其早期耐药或治疗敏感的生物标记物也有待确定。本文对CDK4/6抑制剂治疗的作用机制及耐药机制进行梳理和总结,并对疾病进展后的治疗策略作简要讨论。 展开更多

近年来,细胞焦亡作为一种炎症性程序性细胞死亡方式而受到广泛的研究,其特征是由gasdermin家族介导,膜孔道形成,细胞肿胀破裂以及内容物如IL-1β等的释放,引起局部的炎症反应。诱导焦亡的途径主要分为经典的caspase-1途径和非经典的casp... 近年来,细胞焦亡作为一种炎症性程序性细胞死亡方式而受到广泛的研究,其特征是由gasdermin家族介导,膜孔道形成,细胞肿胀破裂以及内容物如IL-1β等的释放,引起局部的炎症反应。诱导焦亡的途径主要分为经典的caspase-1途径和非经典的caspase-4/5/11途径。此外其他caspase家族中的成员如caspase-3/8也可以诱导焦亡。焦亡可以影响肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移,甚至影响癌变的各个阶段。临床上已将焦亡运用到肿瘤的治疗中。本文简要介绍细胞焦亡、焦亡与多种癌症的关系以及焦亡在药物治疗癌症中的应用。 展开更多

目的比较关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带与锁骨钩钢板固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选取110例完全性肩锁关节脱位的患者随机分成两组,治疗组(n=55)采用关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带治疗,对照组(n=55)采用锁骨钩钢板固... 目的比较关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带与锁骨钩钢板固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选取110例完全性肩锁关节脱位的患者随机分成两组,治疗组(n=55)采用关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带治疗,对照组(n=55)采用锁骨钩钢板固定。比较两组患者的疗效、手术指标及喙锁间距。结果治疗组美国肩肘外科医师协会评分(ASES)和优良率明显高于对照组,固定对照组钢板取出后肩关节功能明显优于钢板取出前(P <0.05)。治疗组休息、活动时疼痛明显轻于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组疼痛主要集中在活动时,在钢板取出后疼痛明显减轻。治疗组手术时间、平均住院时间和末次随访时喙锁间距明显较对照组短,手术出血量明显较对照组少(均P <0.05)。两组患者并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论与锁骨钩钢板固定相比,关节镜下同种异体肌腱重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位具有创伤小、疼痛轻和功能恢复快的优势。 展开更多
