In response to the problem of frequent leakage and false alarm of partial discharge insulation defects in GIS,this paper conducts experimental research on intermittent discharge characteristics of common solid insulation defects in GIS.Using true GIS to build amulti-source testing platform for intermittent discharge of solid insulation defects,and using pulse current method,ultra-high frequency method,ultrasonic method,and gas characteristic component detectionmethod to study the variation law of intermittent discharge characteristics of solid insulation defects.The results showthat:the intermittent discharge state of metal fouling defects on the solid insulation surface decreases with the extension of the discharge time,the discharge time interval as a whole shows an increasing trend,and the metal fouling defects on the solid insulation surface in the intermittent discharge state is difficult to develop into a breakdown discharge fault.The overall discharge amount of air gap defects inside solid insulation also shows the law of increasing first and then decreasing,and the discharge amount of air gap defects inside solid insulation stays at a large level for a long time during intermittent discharge,and there is a risk of breakdown,and the discharge will gradually evolve into continuous discharge;ultrasonic method and characteristic component detection method cannot realize the effective perception of intermittent discharge of metal fouling.The 50-period mapping information commonly used in the power field cannot reflect the intermittent discharge variation law of solid insulation,and the 200-period UHF mapping composed of four groups of 50-period UHF mapping data can initially derive the intermittent discharge distribution law of solid insulation defects.The research results of this paper are of great significance to expand the knowledge of intermittent discharge characteristics and the detection of GIS discharge defects in the field. 展开更多

目的 对中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价和Meta分析再评价,为中医临床治疗近视提供循证依据。方法 通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、中国知识基础设施工程、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和... 目的 对中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价和Meta分析再评价,为中医临床治疗近视提供循证依据。方法 通过计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、中国知识基础设施工程、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和万方数据库自建库至2021年12月2日中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价和Meta分析,由2位研究人员按照纳入、排除标准背对背独立筛选文献,提取纳入文献相关信息资料,采用AMSTAR量表和PRISMA声明评价纳入文献方法学和报告质量,分析有效性和安全性指标变化情况。结果 共纳入14篇系统评价和Meta分析。(1) AMSTAR评价结果显示,前期设计方案和利益冲突声明的报告率仅为7%。(2) PRISMA评价结果显示,结构式摘要、研究方案注册和资金条目的完整报告度仅为7%。结论 中医外治总体疗效优于常规治疗,可提高患者的裸眼视力。中医外治法治疗近视的系统评价方法学和报告质量有待提升,尤其需重点关注利益冲突和研究方案注册等重点条目。 展开更多

AIM: To explore the anti-fibrotic effect of a traditional Chinese medicine, compound rhodiola sachalinensis A Bor on CCl4-induced liver fibrosis in rats and its probable molecular mechanisms. METHODS: Ninety healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group (n=-10), treatment group of compound rhodiola sachalinensis A Bor (n=-40) and CCl4-induced model group (n=40). The liver fibrosis was induced by CCl4 subcutaneous injection. Treatment group was administered with compound rhodiola sachalinensis A Bor (0.5 g/kg) once a day at the same time. Then the activities of several serum fibrosis-associated enzymes: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), N-acetyl-beta-D-glucosaminidase (β-NAG) and the levels ofserum procollagen Ⅲ (PCⅢ), collagen Ⅳ (CⅣ), hyaluronic acid (HA) were assayed. The histooathol(mical chanaes were observed with HE, VG and Masson stain. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA,αl (I) mRNA and Na+/Ca2+ exchanger (NCX ) mRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in situ.RESULTS: Compound rhodiola sachalinensis A Bor significantly reduced serum activities of ALT, AST, β-NAG and decreased the levels of PCⅢ, CⅣ, HA, improved the liver histopathological changes, inhibited the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA, α(1) mRNA and Na+/Ca2+ exchanger mRNA in rats. CONCLUSION: Compound rhodiola sachalinensis A Bor can intervene in CCI4-induced liver fibrosis in rats, in which potential mechanisms may be decreasing the production of TGF-β1, reducing the production of collagen, preventing the activation of hepatic stellate cell (HSC) and inhibiting theexpression of TGF-β1 mRNA, αl(I) mRNA and Na+/Ca2+ exchanger mRNA. 展开更多
