The evolution of the relationship between fairness and efficiency in China's distribution system

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the distribution system in China has experienced several transformations from absolute equalitarianism to "efficiency first, giving consideration to equity" and then sharing Scientific Outlook on Development's achievements. 安徽潜山发现鹮嘴鹬

2021年1月17日,在安徽省潜山市潜水河发现并拍摄到1只鹮嘴鹬(Ibidorhyncha struthersii)。该鸟跗跖和脚趾均为粉红色;喙为暗红色,长且向下弯曲,呈弧形;一道明显的黑色横带将灰色的上胸与其白色的下部隔开,以上特征与鹮嘴鹬特征相符(约翰·马敬能2000)。经查阅相关资料确认该鸟种为安徽分布新记录种(郑光美2017)。发现地点位于安徽省潜山潜水河国家湿地公园的一处河道中(30°39′44″N,116°29′36″E,海拔27 m),地处幸福河灌区,由于上游大量泥砂在该区域堆积,河道冲击形成迂回曲折、浅滩交错、流速湍急的河床。
