以铁尾矿为主要原料,氢氧化钠和水玻璃混合液为碱激发剂,制备地质聚合物凝胶材料。利用单因素试验和正交试验研究了固体原料的组分、物料液固比、激发剂的模数和浓度对地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,并分析了各因素对地质聚合反应的作用机... 以铁尾矿为主要原料,氢氧化钠和水玻璃混合液为碱激发剂,制备地质聚合物凝胶材料。利用单因素试验和正交试验研究了固体原料的组分、物料液固比、激发剂的模数和浓度对地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,并分析了各因素对地质聚合反应的作用机理。结果显示:各因素影响铁尾矿基地质聚合物抗压强度的主次顺序为:物料液固比>激发剂浓度>激发剂模数>固体原料硅铝比;当物料液固比n(Na2O)/n(Al2O3)=0.8、激发剂浓度n(H2O)/n(Na2O)=7、激发剂模数n(SiO2)/n(Na2O)=1.6、固体原料硅铝比n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)=3.2时,试验制备的地质聚合物养护抗压强度最高,养护28d时达到55.97MPa。 展开更多

Electrochemical measurements of the solid-oxide galvanic cell, Mo|Mo+MoO2|ZrO2 (MgO)| Fe+ (FexO)+Ag| Fe, have been made at temperatures of 1473K and 1573K in order to obtain the activities of FexO in BaO-BaF2-FexO slags used for dephosphorization of chromium-containing hot metal. The FexO activities show a significant dependence upon the molar ratio of BaO/BaF2. Within the homogeneous liquid region, the substitution of BaF2 for BaO has an effect of raising the FexO activity. From these activity data, the phase diagrams of the system BaO -BaF2-FexO are drawn at 1473K and 1573K. The temperature dependence of the activity coefficient of FexO at a fixed BaO/ BaF2 molar ratio can be expressed by formula RTlnγ(FexO)=constant. 展开更多

Transient molten steel flow in a slab continuous casting mold has been calculated using large eddy simulation, considering heat transfer and solidification. The transport of bubbles in the liquid pool of the solidified shell has been considered according to the dispersed phase model. A mathematical model has been used to evaluate the influence of bubble size, casting speed, and adsorption of nonmetallic inclusions on bubble removal and bubble distribution within the solidified shell in the mold. The results show that the ratio of bubbles floating to the top surface decreases with increasing casting speed and decreasing bubble diameter. Nonmetallic inclusion adsorption has a weak effect on the bubble. 展开更多
