Extensive new data on the even-parity autoionization Rydberg series of neutral-tin have been observed and identified by using two-photon resonant ionization laser spectroscopy and time-of-flight detection method.Observed autoionization Rydberg series are 5pnp(3/2,1/2)_(1,2),5pnp(3/2,3/2)_(1,2,3),5pnf3/2[5/2]_(2,3),5pnp3/2[7/2]_(3,4),and 5pnf3/2[3/2]_(1,2).The second ionization limit I2 is obtained by fitting experimental data with the Rydberg formula.It is 63483.90±1.35cm^(-1). 展开更多

打造品牌生态圈对于旅游目的地可持续发展具有重要意义,但目前学术界对此认识和研究并不深入。本文基于资源行动视角,采用案例研究方法,选取江西婺源篁岭旅游目的地作为研究对象,分析其在市场压力和领导者驱动双重关键要素作用下的资源... 打造品牌生态圈对于旅游目的地可持续发展具有重要意义,但目前学术界对此认识和研究并不深入。本文基于资源行动视角,采用案例研究方法,选取江西婺源篁岭旅游目的地作为研究对象,分析其在市场压力和领导者驱动双重关键要素作用下的资源配置行为及行动特征,并最终归纳出资源行动视角下旅游目的地品牌生态圈形成机制模型。研究发现:(1)旅游目的地品牌生态圈的形成会经历核心圈构建、产业圈完善、生态圈形成三个阶段;(2)旅游目的地品牌生态圈的形成过程中,资源行动会经历由资源拼凑到资源编排再到资源协奏的演变历程,资源利用能力也会经历由重构能力到整合能力再到协同能力的跃迁;(3)旅游目的地品牌生态圈打造的目的是突破产业及组织边界,达到多元主体赋能和价值共创,最终形成系统性竞争优势。本研究结论拓展了品牌成长和品牌生态理论,为旅游目的地品牌建设实践提供了有益的管理启示。 展开更多

Energy transmittance of focused femtosecond pulses at different air pressures

Transmission of intense femtosecond laser pulses in air is accompanied by energy depletion.By measuring the transmitted spectra of the focused femtosecond pulses in air,we study the influence of air pressure and initial pulse energy on the spectra around the central wavelength(800 nm)after the interaction of the focused femtosecond laser with air.On this basis,the energy transmittance of the central wavelength of the femtosecond pulses is obtained.It is found that as the air pressure is lower than 1 kPa,the transmitted spectra of focused femtosecond pulses change with the pressure,but there is almost no energy depletion,while as the air pressure is higher than 1 kPa,femtosecond filamentation occurs and the energy transmittance of the central wavelength of the femtosecond pulses decreases with the increase of air pressure and pulse energy.According to the different regimes(i.e.,nonfilamentation,and filamentation regimes),we discuss the effect of energy conversion and transfer on the energy transmittance.This work can help to understand the energy depletion during the transmission of ultrashort intense laser pulses in air and provide a guidance for the practical applications of femtosecond filamentation. 展开更多

We used multibody dissipative particle dynamics method,by which the attractive and repulsive interactions can be effectively considered,to investigate the evaporation-induced morphology patterns of triblock copolymer A5B10C5 in thin film.With changing attractive interactions between solvent vapor and triblock copolymer that represent various selective solvents,lamellar morphology,sandwich lamellar morphology,spherical morphology and disorder morphology patterns of the thin films were obtained for both coil-coil-coil and rod-coil-coil chain architectures,respectively.The order parameter and the film thickness were calculated during the process for characterizing the film properties,and it was found that the rigid A-block of the triblock copolymer hinders the formation of an ordered structure. 展开更多
