以6种浙东地区市售咸鳓鱼为对象,采用分离培养的方法结合16S rDNA V4可变区高通量测序较为全面地探究其中微生物多样性,并且分析分离菌株氨基酸脱羧酶基因及常见抗生素耐药基因携带情况。试验共分离获得151株可培养细菌,16S rDNA测序将... 以6种浙东地区市售咸鳓鱼为对象,采用分离培养的方法结合16S rDNA V4可变区高通量测序较为全面地探究其中微生物多样性,并且分析分离菌株氨基酸脱羧酶基因及常见抗生素耐药基因携带情况。试验共分离获得151株可培养细菌,16S rDNA测序将其鉴定至14个属和23个种,其中芽孢杆菌数量最多(98株,64.90%);葡萄球菌其次(20株,13.25%);嗜冷杆菌次之(13株,8.61%)。132株分离菌株携带组氨酸脱羧酶基因,占比高达87.42%;鸟氨酸脱羧酶基因和赖氨酸脱羧酶基因的携带比例分别为46.36%和45.03%。耐药基因携带率处于较低水平。高通量测序研究结果表明,门水平上,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)是市售咸鳓鱼中主要优势微生物。碱杆菌属(Alkalibacillus)、慢性芽孢杆菌属(Lentibacilus)、狭义梭菌属(Clostridium sensu stricto)、梭菌属(Clostridiaceae)等分别在不同样品中占据较高比例,不同来源样品中微生物多样性呈现出较大的差异。 展开更多

Through many years of effort, the building of agricultural standardization system in Zhejiang Province has made significant achievements, effectively giving play to the technology supporting role of agricultural standardization in adjusting agricultural industrial structure, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. But with the acceleration of the development of modern agriculture in Zhejiang Province, the building of agricultural standardization system poses new opportunities and challenges. This article describes the development course of the building of agricultural standardization system in Zhejiang Province, analyzes the current situation, characteristics and problems, and finally puts forward the following recommendations: improving and coordinating the working mechanism; improving standard system; focusing on demonstration and promotion; improving test and supervision system; focusing on human resources building; increasing capital input. 展开更多
