The obstetrics and gynecology department of a university hospital. A 29-year-old pregnant patient who had three events of torsion of the adnexa after stimulation. Laparoscopic oophoropexy. Incidence of torsion. No more torsion events were registered during the ongoing pregnancy. Laparoscopic oophoropexy is recommended in emergency situations to increase adnexal salvage and to prevent a recurrence.展开更多
