甲脒铅溴钙钛矿纳米晶(FAPbBr_(3) NCs)因其在光电应用中的卓越性能而受到广泛关注。使用铵作为配体对钙钛矿纳米晶进行有效表面钝化被证明是提高器件性能的有效方法。本文使用配体辅助再沉淀技术制备了两种不同胺配体(长链油胺和短链己... 甲脒铅溴钙钛矿纳米晶(FAPbBr_(3) NCs)因其在光电应用中的卓越性能而受到广泛关注。使用铵作为配体对钙钛矿纳米晶进行有效表面钝化被证明是提高器件性能的有效方法。本文使用配体辅助再沉淀技术制备了两种不同胺配体(长链油胺和短链己胺)的FAPbBr_(3) NCs,通过瞬态吸收光谱和时间分辨光致发光研究它们的激发态载流子动力学。结果显示,油胺配体的NCs具有更长的载流子寿命与较慢的载流子弛豫动力学,表明长链油胺能有效钝化表面缺陷,促进辐射复合。通过稳态光致发光光谱实验研究了FAPbBr_(3) NCs的温度依赖性,结果表明随着温度升高,激子-声子耦合增强,线宽和发射峰的光子能量增加,确定了长链油胺配体FAPbBr_(3) NCs中的激子结合能约为62.9 meV及纵向光学声子能量约为30.5 meV。研究结果证实了胺配体在调控FAPbBr_(3) NCs光学性能方面的作用,为高性能光电器件的设计提供了重要的指导意义。 展开更多

目的了解北京各级医疗机构新冠肺炎疫情应急预案中医院感染防控措施的实施情况,以便更好地加强疫情防控工作。方法于2020年3月12-13日,采用自行设计调查问卷,收集186所医疗机构及医院感染管理部门基本情况、预案应用及修订情况等。率或... 目的了解北京各级医疗机构新冠肺炎疫情应急预案中医院感染防控措施的实施情况,以便更好地加强疫情防控工作。方法于2020年3月12-13日,采用自行设计调查问卷,收集186所医疗机构及医院感染管理部门基本情况、预案应用及修订情况等。率或构成比的比较采用x2检验,不同组之间连续变量差异采用单因素方差分析。结果医疗机构中,有77.53%设立了独立的感染防控部门,87.30%的机构人员配备数量符合规范要求。82.80%的机构既往有呼吸道类传染病预案,但98.05%的机构在本次疫情期间修订了预案,新增及修订感染防控流程平均10.85项。仅30.11%的机构预案有明确的预警级别.结论应着力开展疫情防控中感染防控预案体系建设,完善感染防控在应急防控体系中的技术支撑;加强分级预警分级响应,体现预案科学性;定期开展演练,及时修订完善,保障预案可适用性。 展开更多

A hopeful way to obta... The effective temperature of the solar photosphere is usually obtained according to the solar constant, based on the Stefan-Boltzmann law. However its temperature distribution is not homogeneous. A hopeful way to obtain the area-temperature distribution of the solar photosphere is to solve the Black-body Radiation Inversion (BRI) problem. In this paper, a new practical solution method for BRI is developed. The theoretical analysis and numerical calculations show the low-temperature distribution difficulty of BRI is solved by this new method. Then the area-temperature distribution of the solar photosphere is obtained, according to the measured absolute solar spectral irradiance. It is the first realization of BRI for a real system after almost three decades of efforts. The results are comparable to that from the Stefan-Boltzmann law. 展开更多

It is interesting to maximize the amount of information we can obtain from one experiment on a single sample. In obtaining all the thermodynamic properties of some materials from their experimental heat capacity data only, we aim to get the tempera- ture-independent energy spectrum. However, all the practical measured energy spectra depend on the temperature of experi- ments. One promising method to obtain the temperature-independent energy spectrum is to solve the so-called specific heat-phonon spectrum inversion (SPI) problem. Here we show, by developing a new practical solution method of SPI, the phonon spectrum of the negative thermal expansion material ZrW208 is obtained. This phonon spectrum is tempera- ture-independent and almost method independent. Hence all the thermodynamic properties of ZrW208, such as thermodynamic potential, entropy, Helmholtz free energy, etc. are obtained by heat capacity only. 展开更多
