The moisturizing,barrier protection,firming effects of Ascorbyl Propyl Hyaluronate(V_(C)-HA)are studied.The moisturizing effect was evaluated by detecting hygroscopicity and water-retention capacity.A model of 3D skin...The moisturizing,barrier protection,firming effects of Ascorbyl Propyl Hyaluronate(V_(C)-HA)are studied.The moisturizing effect was evaluated by detecting hygroscopicity and water-retention capacity.A model of 3D skin injury was established to evaluate the barrier protection effect by detecting the changes in the histomorphological structure of the model and the barrier related proteins.Expression level of type Ⅰ collagen in FB was detected to evaluate the firming effect(Filaggrin,FLG).The results show that V_(C)-HA has better moisturizing effect and obvious barrier protection effects at the concentration of 300μg/mL.Expression level of type I collagen increases with the increase of the V_(C)-HA concentration in the range of 100~6,250μg/mL.In conclusion,a certain concentration of V_(C)-HA has better moisturizing,barrier protection and firming effects.展开更多
