采用湿法冶金从废旧LiFePO_(4)正极粉末中回收有价金属锂和铁,回收产物作为原料制备磷酸铁锂。通过优化浸出工艺参数,在丙酮酸浓度为3.0 mol/L、H_(2)O_(2)体积为2 m L、固液比为0.1 g/m L、反应温度为80℃以及反应时间为20min的条件下... 采用湿法冶金从废旧LiFePO_(4)正极粉末中回收有价金属锂和铁,回收产物作为原料制备磷酸铁锂。通过优化浸出工艺参数,在丙酮酸浓度为3.0 mol/L、H_(2)O_(2)体积为2 m L、固液比为0.1 g/m L、反应温度为80℃以及反应时间为20min的条件下,Li的浸出效率达到96.56%。采用XRD、XPS、FE-SEM和EDS对浸出残渣进行表征。结果表明,浸出残渣为FePO_(4),Fe/P摩尔比为0.974。将浸出液的pH值调整到12.0,并在80℃搅拌2 h后,浸出液中的Li通过原位沉淀以Li_(3)PO_(4)形式回收,其纯度为96.5%(质量分数)。丙酮酸/H_(2)O_(2)溶液浸出Li的反应动力学数据符合Avrami模型(R^(2)>0.95)。Li浸出过程的活化能较低,表明扩散限制浸出过程中的反应速率。 展开更多

Objective: The purpose of the study is to investigate the degree and influencing factors of self-perceived burden in elderly patients with essential hypertension in China's Mainland. Methods:The study used the cross-sectional investigation method and the patients were recruited from six tertiary hospitals in Chengdu, China. A convenience sample of 451 elderly patients with essential hypertension was included in this study. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed as well. Results: Results showed that the score of elderly essential hypertension patients’self-perceived burden was 27.96 ± 6.04, which was at medium degree. According to Spearman's r test the anxiety, depression and medication compliance with Self-perceived burden (SPB) of elderly hypertension patients were statistically significant (r=0.372, 0.899,0.438,P=0.000,respectively). Single factor analysis showed that the difference of patients’ gender, place of residence, monthly per capita income, marital status, whether can afford medical expenses and number of complications in SPB scores was statistically significant (P<0.05). Multiple regression analysis also showed that anxiety, medication compliance, age and marital status were the main influencing factor of SPB of elderly hypertension patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Our care workers should pay attention to the self-perceived burden of elderly patients with essential hypertension, and omnibearing, systematic nursing should be supplied to decrease the self-perceived burden of them. 展开更多

Results Nineteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4',5,6,7-tetramethoxyflavone (1), 3,3',4',5,6,7,8-heptmethoxyflavone (2), sinensetin (3), 5-O-demethylnobiletin (4), tangeretin (5), nobiletin (6), apigenin (7), 5-O- desmethyltangeretin (8), 5,7-dihydroxy-3,3',4',6-tetramethoxyflavone (9), pachypodol (10), 4',5,6,7-tetramethoxyflavanone (11), 3',4',5,7,8-pentamethoxyflavanone (12), agestricin C (13), scoparone (14), isoscopoletin (15), hesperidin (16), didymin (17), methylhesperidine (18), and naringin (19). The stability of clarified juice is of great importance in the beverage industry and to consumers.Phenolic compounds are considered to be one of the main factors responsible for sediment formation.The aim of this study is to investigate the changes in the phenolic content in clarified mulberry juice during storage.Hence, separation, identification, quantification, and analysis of the changes in the contents of phenolic compounds, both free and bound forms, in the supernatant and sediments of mulberry juice, were carried out using high performance liquid chromatographic system, equipped with a photo-diode array detector(HPLC-PDA) and HPLC coupled with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometric(HPLC-QTOF-MS/MS) techniques.There was an increase in the amount of sediment formed over the period of study.Total phenolic content of supernatant, as well as free phenolic content in the extracts of the precipitate decreased, whereas the bound phenolic content in the sediment increased.Quantitative estimation of individual phenolic compounds indicated high degradation of free anthocyanins in the supernatant and sediment from 938.60 to 2.30 mg/L and 235.60 to 1.74 mg/g, respectively.A decrease in flavonoids in the supernatant was also observed, whereas the contents of bound forms of gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, caffeic acid, and rutin in the sediment increased.Anthocyanins were the most abundant form of phenolics in the sediment, and accounted for 67.2% of total phenolics after 8 weeks of storage.These results revealed that phenolic compounds, particularly anthocyanins, were involved in the formation of sediments in mulberry juice during storage. 展开更多

Boron removal from metallurgical-grade silicon(MG-Si) using CaO–SiO2 slag was studied by employing a medium-frequency electromagnetic induction furnace.The relationship between the optical basicity(K)of the CaO–SiO2 slag and the distribution coefficient of boron(LB) was investigated.Consequently, the local minimum and maximum LBvalues of 0.72 and 1.58 are obtained when K = 0.56 and K = 0.71, respectively.The boron content in MG-Si decreases gradually with refinement time increasing, down to a minimum value of4.73 9 10-6.The controlling step in the removal of boron from MG-Si is not the chemical reaction at the interface of the slag and silicon.Instead, the controlling step is a diffusion mass transfer, in which boron impurities diffuse from molten silicon to the interface of the slag and silicon,or B2O3 formed by the chemical reaction diffuses from the slag–silicon interface to molten slag. 展开更多

Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as naringenin(1), liquiritigenin(2), garbanzol(3), 7-hydroxy-6,4′- dimethoxyisoflavone(4), calycosin(5), 2′,5′,7-trihydroxy-4′-methoxyisoflavone(6), 2′-hydroxybiochanin A(7), 6-methoxycalopogonium isoflavone A(8), demethylmedicarpin(9), 4,4′-dihydroxy-2′-methoxychalcone(10), 2′,4′-dihydroxy-4-methoxychalcone(11), rhododendrol(12), secoisolariciresinol(13), bisdihydrosiringenin(14), and polystachyol(15).
