Background:This study aimed to identify the main active components,targets and pathways of Yueju pill,explore its mechanism in the treatment of depressive polycystic ovary syndrome,so as to provide proofs for expandin...Background:This study aimed to identify the main active components,targets and pathways of Yueju pill,explore its mechanism in the treatment of depressive polycystic ovary syndrome,so as to provide proofs for expanding the clinical application of Yueju pill.Methods:The active components and targets of Yueju pill were retrieved from the traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology(TCMSP)database and analysis platform.GeneCards and OMIM were used to search the disease targets of polycystic ovary syndrome and depression.The intersection genes of drug and disease were obtained via venny.R.STRING 11.0 was adopted to construct PPI network,then we obtained the hub genes with count.R.Utilized Cytoscape 3.7.2 to construct the"drug-disease-active ingredientsproteins"network.Finally,the Bioconductor tools of gene ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)were applied to the enrichment of biological functions and pathways.Results:There were 37 compounds in the prescription of Yueju pill,and 83 intersection genes of Yueju pill and PCOS-Depression.The significant genes were IL6,VEGFA,EGF,MAPK1,ESR1,MAPK8,EGFR and MAPK14.Through the enrichment of GO and KEGG,we found 106 biological processes and 129 signaling pathways were related to the treatment of depressive polycystic ovary syndrome with Yueju pill.Conclusions:Our study could provide sufficient data in supporting Yueju pill to treat polycystic ovary syndrome,while the purpose of anti-depression should be achieved by relieving the systemic symptoms.This study would provide fresh insights for expanding the clinical application of Yueju pill.展开更多
The identification of deuterons with momenta in the range of 0.52−0.72 GeV/c is studied with specific ionization energy loss information using a data sample collected by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies ...The identification of deuterons with momenta in the range of 0.52−0.72 GeV/c is studied with specific ionization energy loss information using a data sample collected by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.009 and 4.946 GeV.Clean deuteron samples are selected using time of flight information.For all data samples,the deuteron identification efficiencies are higher than 95%,with a maximum difference of%between data and Monte Carlo simulation.This verifies the effectiveness of the deuteron identification method based on specific ionization energy loss and provides valuable information for future studies on processes involving deuterons in the final state at BESIII.展开更多
The flow around a circular cylinder for Re=1000 is characterized by flow separation and Karman vortex street.The typical flow features can be captured to study the correlation between fluid fields and sound fields.In ...The flow around a circular cylinder for Re=1000 is characterized by flow separation and Karman vortex street.The typical flow features can be captured to study the correlation between fluid fields and sound fields.In this paper,the three-dimensional circular cylinder is taken as the research object,and the probes of surface fluctuating pressure and far field sound pressure are arranged every 10°.The directional diagram and the coherence of fluctuating pressure and sound pressure are analyzed.The relationship between the flow mode and hydrodynamic noise is studied by using dynamic mode decomposition(DMD).The characteristics of the dipole and quadrupole sound source term of a long span cylinder are studied.The results show that at the angles between 30°–120°and 190°–350°,the fluctuating pressure contributes more to the generation of dipole sounds.The quadrupole sound source shows three-dimensional effects,which is more obvious in a cylinder with large spanwise length.展开更多
