Research on the Effects of the Extract of Polygala fallax Hemsl on Sex Hormones andβ-EP in Perimenopausal Rat Models

Objective:To study the effects of the ethnic medicine Polygala fallax Hemsl with Guangxi characteristics on the sex hormones andβ-EP in research objective perimenopausal rat models.Methods:40 female SPF rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,including the normal,model,high-dose and lowdose groups.Rats of three groups except for the normal one were treated with perimenopausal modelling through the method of subcutaneous injection of compound 4-VCD for 15 consecutive days.Rats of the normal and model group were normally fed without any treatment.Rats of the high-dose and low-dose groups were administered by high-and low-dose intragastric administration of the extract of Polygala fallax Hemsl.According to the menstrual cycle of the vaginal smear of the rat,each menstrual cycle is a course of treatment and 6 consecutive courses of treatment would be given.The indexes of serum sex hormones(E2,FSH,LH)andβ-EP of rats in each group were observed after treatment.Results:After the treatment of 6 cycles,for the levels ofβ-EP and E2,the model group was lowest(P<0.05),the normal group was highest(P<0.05);and the high-dose group was higher than the low-dose group;For the levels of FSH and LH,the normal group was lowest(P<0.05),the model group was highest(P<0.05),and the high-dose group was lower than the low-dose group.Conclusion:Guangxi characteristic national medicine Polygala fallax Hemsl can effectively improve the levels of serum sex hormones andβ-EP in perimenopausal rat models and relieve the related symptoms with a certain dose-effect relationship.

SMILE术中失吸的发生率和特点

目的:探讨飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)术中失吸的发生率、发生特点、处理方法及预后情况。方法:回顾性系列病例研究。收集2016年6月至2019年3月于北京大学深圳医院眼科行SMILE时术中发生失吸的患者16例(16眼),对其发生率、眼别、性别、失吸部位、失吸发生时眼球转动方向、处理方法及预后情况进行分析。其中眼别、性别构成比较采用Pearson卡方检验。结果:共纳入行SMILE患者1 698例(男517例,女1 181例),3 365眼(右眼1 692只,左眼1 673只),术中发生失吸16例(16眼),发生率为0.46%。其中右眼9只(9/16),左眼7只(7/16),男5例(5/16),女11例(11/16)。不同性别( χ^2=0.005, P=0.944)、不同眼别( χ^2=0.229, P=0.632)失吸率差异无统计学意义。失吸位于激光扫描直径(3.62±2.55)mm处,多在直径2 mm内。按失吸部位分为:透镜底层失吸4眼(1/4),其中2眼当即改为飞秒激光制瓣的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK),另2眼当即改为准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK);透镜边切失吸1眼(1/16),当即改为LASEK;透镜上层失吸10眼(5/8),其中8眼当即重吸并继续行SMILE扫描上层及做小切口,分离并完整取出透镜,1眼3周后重新行SMILE并完整取出透镜,1眼当即重吸并继续行SMILE,但发生再次失吸而在2周后改行LASEK;上层边切失吸1眼(1/16),直接用5 ml注射器针头划开上层边缘并完整取出透镜。按失吸发生即刻眼球转动方向分为:鼻上2眼(2/16)、颞上9眼(9/16)、鼻下2眼(2/16)、颞下2眼(2/16)、正下1眼(1/16)。所有失吸病例术后3个月均达术前最佳矫正视力。 结论:SMILE术中失吸的发生率低,多发生于扫描透镜的上层和近瞳孔中央区。Bell现象为失吸的主要原因。不同的失吸部位和状态应有不同的处理方式,经过合理的处理后仍可获得良好的术后远期视力。

散瞳对中心孔型V4c ICL植入术后拱高及前房深度的影响

目的:研究散瞳前后V4c有晶状体眼人工晶状体(ICL)植入术后患者拱高、前房深度(ACD)及前房角(ACA)的变化,探讨V4c ICL植入术的效果及术后患者散瞳的安全性。方法:前瞻性观察研究。选取2018年2─9月于北京大学深圳医院眼科行V4c ICL植入术的近视患者31例(62)眼,在术前及术后6个月时,分别测量裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及屈光度。在术后6个月时,使用Sirius眼前节分析系统测量散瞳前后的拱高、ACD及ACA。采用配对t检验对数据进行分析。结果:术前及术后6个月患者UCVA(LogMAR)分别为1.61±0.14、0.16±0.04,差异有统计学意义(t=12.844,P<0.001)。术前及术后6个月患者BCVA(LogMAR)分别为0.02±0.05、0.01±0.03,差异具有统计学意义(t=25.429,P<0.001)。散瞳前后拱高分别为(465±123)μm、(515±135)μm(t=-8.704,P<0.001),散瞳前后ACD分别为(2966±83)μm、(3009±89)μm(t=-9.899,P<0.001),差异均有统计学意义。散瞳后3点位及9点位的ACA较散瞳前明显变宽,差异均具有统计学意义(t=-15.306,P<0.001;t=-15.163,P<0.001;)。结论:V4c ICL植入术是矫正近视的一种有效方法,术后散瞳会使拱高升高及ACD加深,同时ACA宽度增加,术后6个月时对V4c ICL植入患者执行术后散瞳是安全的。

New seco-dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans with nitric oxide production inhibitory activity from the roots of Kadsura longipedunculata

Four new seco-dibenzocyclooctadiene lignans,kadlongilignans A-D(1-4),consisting of a rare 6,7-seco-(1),two 15,16-seco-(2 and 3) and a 9,10-seco-dibenzocyclooctadiene(4) lignans,were isolated from the roots of Kadsura longipedunculata.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis,including extensive NM R,MS and ECD(electronic circular dichroism) spectra.Compounds 3 and 4 exhibited potent inhibitory activities against NO(nitric oxide) production of LPS(lipopolysaccharide)-induced murine macrophages with the inhibition rates of 36.3% and 26.9%,respectively.
