Cyclic-Auto-Correlation Based Timing Estimation Algorithm for Time-Frequency Overlapping Multi-Carrier Signals

In recent years,the time-frequency overlapping multi-carrier signal has been a novel and valuable topic in blind signal processing,especially in the non-cooperative receiving field.But there is little related research in public published papers.This paper proposes two timing estimation algorithms,which are non-data-aided and based on the cyclic auto-correlation function.In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms,the theoretical bound of the timing estimation is derived.According to the analyses and simulation results,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms has been demonstrated.It shows that MethodⅠhas better performance than MethodⅡ.However,MethodⅡdoes not need prior information,so it has a wider range of applications. 展开更多

山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮通过调控miR-338-3p抑制胃癌细胞AGS增殖、迁移侵袭及炎症反应的实验研究

背景山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮具有抗肿瘤作用,但其对胃癌细胞生物学行为的影响尚未可知,miRNA在胃癌发生发展过程中可发挥重要调控作用,并可能作为胃癌治疗的潜在靶点,但其是否可作为山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮治疗胃癌的潜在靶点尚未可知.目的... 背景山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮具有抗肿瘤作用,但其对胃癌细胞生物学行为的影响尚未可知,miRNA在胃癌发生发展过程中可发挥重要调控作用,并可能作为胃癌治疗的潜在靶点,但其是否可作为山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮治疗胃癌的潜在靶点尚未可知.目的探讨山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮对胃癌细胞AGS生物学行为的影响及其可能作用机制.方法以人胃癌细胞AGS为研究对象,随机分组:NC组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组、miR-NC组、miR-338-3p组、高剂量组+anti-miR-NC组、高剂量组+anti-miR-338-3p组;MTT法、Transwell实验分别检测细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭;ELISA法检测肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin-1β,IL-1β)的水平;qRT-PCR法检测miR-338-3p的表达量.结果山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮处理后细胞活力、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平降低(P<0.05),迁移及侵袭细胞数减少(P<0.05),miR-338-3p的表达量升高(P<0.05);转染miR-338-3p mimics后细胞活力、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平降低(P<0.05),迁移及侵袭细胞数减少(P<0.05);转染anti-miR-338-3p可逆转山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮对AGS细胞生物学行为的作用.结论山竹果皮中总氧杂蒽酮可通过促进miR-338-3p表达而抑制胃癌细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭及炎症反应. 展开更多
