The mechanical properties of an austenite-based Fe-Mn-Al-C lightweight steel were improved by co-precipitation of nanoscale Cu-rich and κ-carbide particles.The Fe-28Mn-9Al-0.8C-(0,3)Cu (wt.%) strips were near-rapidly solidified and annealed in the temperature range from 500 ℃ to 700 ℃.The microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the steel under different annealing processes were studied.Microstructural analysis reveals that nanoscale κ-carbides and Cu-rich particles precipitate in the austenite and ferrite of the steel in this annealing temperature range.Co-precipitation of nanoscale Cu-rich particles and κ-carbides provides an obvious increment in the yield strength.At the annealing temperature of 600 ℃,both the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of Fe-28Mn-9Al-0.8C-3Cu (wt.%) steel strip are the highest.The total elongation is 25%,which is obviously higher than that of Cu-free steel strips,for the addition of Cu reduces the large sized κ-carbides precipitated along austenite/ferrite interfaces.When the annealing temperature rises to 700 ℃,the strength and ductility of the two steel strips deteriorate due to the formation of massive intergranular κ-carbides precipitated along austenite/ferrite interfaces.It can be concluded that a proper co-precipitation of Cu-rich particles and κ-carbides would improve the properties of austenite-based Fe-Mn-Al-C steel. 展开更多

AIM:To clone and identify human genes transactivated by PS1TP5 by constructing a cDNA subtractive library with suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH)technique.METHODS:SSH and bioinformatics techniques were used for screening and cloning of the target genes transactivated by PS1TP5 protein.The mRNA was isolated from HepG2 cells transfected with pcDNA3.1(-)-myc-his(A)-PS1TP5 and pcDNA3.1(-)-myc-his(A)empty vector,respectively,and SSH technique was employed to analyze the differentially expressed DNA sequence between the two groups.After digestion with restriction enzyme RsaⅠ,small size cDNAs were obtained.Then tester cDNA was divided into two groups and ligated to the specific adaptor 1 and adaptor 2,respectively.The tester cDNA was hybridized with driver cDNA twice and subjected to nested PCR for two times,and then subcloned into T/A plasmid vectors to set up the subtractive library.Amplification of the library was carried out with E.coli strain DH5α.The cDNA was sequenced and analyzed in GenBank with Vector NTI 9.1 and NCBI BLAST software after PCR amplification.RESULTS:The subtractive library of genes transactivated by PS1TP5 was constructed successfully.The amplified library contained 90 positive clones.Colony PCR showed that 70 clones contained 200-1000-bp inserts.Sequence analysis was performed in 30 clones randomly,and the full-length sequences were obtained by bioinformatics technique.Altogether 24 coding sequences were obtained,which consisted of 23 known and 1 unknown.One novel gene with unknown functions was found and named as PS1TP5TP1 after being electronically spliced,and deposited in GenBank(accession number:DQ487761).CONCLUSION:PS1TP5 is closely correlated with immunoregulation,carbohydrate metabolism,signal transduction,formation mechanism of hepatic fibrosis,and occurrence and development of tumor.Understanding PS1TP5 transactive proteins may help to bring some new clues for further studying the biological functions of pre-S1 protein. 展开更多

Ecological function zoning and protection of groundwater in Asia

The natural groundwater recharge in Asia is estimated to be 4677.74×10^(9)m^(3)/a.However,it features extremely uneven spatial-temporal distribution.Groundwater is distributed in various natural and geological environments,and it is liable to be affected by numerous factors and possesses different properties.Moreover,groundwater faces complex ecological problems.This paper gains a complete understanding of groundwater in Asia in terms of the structure of aquifer systems,the processes of groundwater cycle,and the spatial variation laws of surface ecosystems.Based on this,it proposes the ecological function zoning scheme of groundwater in Asia,aiming to provide guidance for the utilization of regional water resources and the planning for economic and social development,coordinate the relationship between social and economic development and water resource protection,and improve the ecological functions of groundwater.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the problems with regional groundwater management in Asia and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,thus providing a theoretical basis for the sustainable development and utilization of regional groundwater and environmental protection. 展开更多

Analysis on the Salt Content Characteristics of Southern Saline-Alkali Soil in Datong Basin and Its Causes 被引量:1

This paper studies the southern part of Datong Basin and investigates, in combination with a survey on the soil properties, the salt content characteristics of the soil in the region using relevant analysis methods. The results showed that the soil salinization type of the soil in the study area is soda saline-alkaline soil, and the salt content of the profile soil tends to assemble in the soil surface. As the overall salt content is low, it is classified as moderately saline soil. However, being highly alkaline, it thus basically belongs to the moderate-to-severe level; a significant positive correlation is found between total salt quantity and exchange sodium and degree of alkalization. Exchange sodium is a factor that determines the size of alkalization degree and it also indirectly affects the p H value; special climate, topography and parent material, groundwater and soil properties, and tillage management of the region explain the formation of the large area of saline-alkali soil. This study will provide an important theoretical basis for the sustainable use of soil resources in the southern saline-alkali soil in Datong Basin. 展开更多
