蚀刻引线框架作为集成电路芯片载体的新发展方向,近年来在微电子行业逐步得到应用。由于蚀刻引线框架在制备中需要用到多层具有特定图形的非耐碱的光刻胶膜,而传统的氰化镀银无法满足这一工艺需求,因此发展弱碱性的无氰镀银工艺具有极... 蚀刻引线框架作为集成电路芯片载体的新发展方向,近年来在微电子行业逐步得到应用。由于蚀刻引线框架在制备中需要用到多层具有特定图形的非耐碱的光刻胶膜,而传统的氰化镀银无法满足这一工艺需求,因此发展弱碱性的无氰镀银工艺具有极大应用价值。本文研究了基于5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(DMH)无氰镀银体系的弱碱性镀银工艺,利用循环伏安法和计时电流法考察了该体系的电沉积行为与银结晶的成核机理;通过改变系列工艺条件确定的该工艺的有效工作窗口;并在优化的工艺条件下表征了镀层性能与镀液性能。结果表明该镀银层结晶细腻,平均颗粒尺度在16.7±3.6 nm。XRD测试表明其等效的晶粒尺度在43.6±3.0 nm,且(200)晶面为择优取向晶面。该镀银层白度为7.2%,光亮度为117 Gs,硬度为74±4 Hv。镀液性能测试表明,该镀液电流效率达到了99.2%(30℃/0.6 ASD),30℃条件下的分散能力约为83%。上述测试及实际蚀刻引线框架样品的试镀均展示了该工艺在实际应用中的潜在价值。 展开更多

Deformation resistance prediction of tandem cold rolling based on grey wolf optimization and support vector regression

In the traditional rolling force model of tandem cold rolling mills,the calculation of the deformation resistance of the strip head does not consider the actual size and mechanical properties of the incoming material,which results in a mismatch between the deformation resistance setting and the actual state of the incoming material and thus affects the accuracy of the rolling force during the low-speed rolling process of the strip head.The inverse calculation of deformation resistance was derived to obtain the actual deformation resistance of the strip head in the tandem cold rolling process,and the actual process parameters of the strip in the hot and cold rolling processes were integrated to create the cross-process dataset as the basis to establish the support vector regression(SVR)model.The grey wolf optimization(GWO)algorithm was used to optimize the hyperparameters in the SVR model,and a deformation resistance prediction model based on GWO–SVR was established.Compared with the traditional model,the GWO–SVR model shows different degrees of improvement in each stand,with significant improvement in stands S3–S5.The prediction results of the GWO–SVR model were applied to calculate the head rolling setting of a 1420 mm tandem rolling mill.The head rolling force had a similar degree of improvement in accuracy to the deformation resistance,and the phenomenon of low head rolling force setting from stands S3 to S5 was obviously improved.Meanwhile,the thickness quality and shape quality of the strip head were improved accordingly,and the application results were consistent with expectations. 展开更多

本文介绍了一种电化学沉积制备大面积均匀平整的结晶纳米颗粒银层作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性基底的方法.研究表明,在电沉积工作液中当辅助络合剂羟基乙叉二膦酸达到足量浓度(大于4 g/L)时,可与主络合剂5,5-二甲基海因(110 g/L)形... 本文介绍了一种电化学沉积制备大面积均匀平整的结晶纳米颗粒银层作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性基底的方法.研究表明,在电沉积工作液中当辅助络合剂羟基乙叉二膦酸达到足量浓度(大于4 g/L)时,可与主络合剂5,5-二甲基海因(110 g/L)形成有效的二元互补络合体系从而使成核机理由瞬时成核向连续成核转变.此时得到的结晶纳米颗粒银层具有良好的SERS性能,如对罗丹明6G的检测限可低至1.0×10^(–13) mol/L,SERS均匀性的相对标准偏差低于8%,对甲基橙的平均增强因子可达6.3×10^(6).扫描电镜表征也表明该纳米银基底的颗粒尺寸和粒间距符合产生SERS“热点”的要求,即粒径在10 nm左右,粒间距小于5 nm.最后将该活性基底用于违禁色素苏丹Ⅲ和苏丹Ⅳ的检测后发现,检测限可分别低至5.0×10^(–12) mol/L和1.0×10^(–11) mol/L,从而展示了其广阔的应用前景. 展开更多

To reveal the generation mechanism of the quarter buckle in the process of hot-rolled temper rolling,the elastic–plastic finite element method is used to calculate the deformation of the roll and the strip during the temper rolling.The change of the cross section of the strip and the distribution of the longitudinal stress are analysed under different bending forces to obtain the boundary conditions of the quarter buckle.The generation of the quarter buckle is further analysed from the bending and contact flattening of the roll system and the elastic recovery of the strip after rolling.We found that the quarter buckle is closely related to the high-order distribution of the contact flattening between the work roll and the strip and is less affected by the bending deformation of the roll and the contact flattening between the rolls.Finally,a new work roll contour of the locally variable crown is proposed to change the distribution of contact flattening between the work roll and the strip.It is verified through theoretical calculations and industrial applications that the new contour can effectively improve the quarter buckle. 展开更多
