The numerical results of coupled motions for a frigate and a supply ship have a good agreement with the experimental results. Based on the 3D coupled motions of two ships, a spectral analysis is employed to clearly observe the effect of speed, clearance and wave heading on the significant relative motion amplitude (SRMA) of two ships. The method presented in this paper will be helpful to select suitable clearance, speed and wave heading for underway replenishment at sea(RAS).展开更多

Cell staining and fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH) were used to analyze characteristics and microbial c...Performance of biological phosphorus removal in the oxic-settling-anaerobic(OSA) process was investigated. Cell staining and fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH) were used to analyze characteristics and microbial community of sludge. Experimental results showed that phosphorus removal efficiency was near 60% and the amount of biological phosphorus accumulation in aerobic sludge of the OSA system was up to 26.9 mg/g. Biological phosphorus removal efficiency was partially inhibited by carbon sources in the continuous OSA system. Contrasted to the OSA system,biological phosphorus removal efficiency was enhanced by 14% and the average total phosphorus(TP) contents of aerobic sludge were increased by 0.36 mg/g when sufficient carbon sources were supplied in batch experiments. Staining methods indicated that about 35% of microorganisms had typical characteristics of phosphorus accumulating organisms(PAOs) . FISH analysis demonstrated that PAOMIX-binding bacteria were predominant microbial communities in the OSA system,which accounted for around 28% of total bacteria.展开更多

Methods: A total of 180 cases of patients with essen...Objective: To investigate the effect of Levorotatory Amlodipine on carotid atherosclerosis, inflammatory response and endothelial function in hypertensive patients. Methods: A total of 180 cases of patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group, life intervention was treated, and the observation group was treated with l-amlodipine in addition to life intervention, and continued treatment for 5 months. The oxidative stress index, inflammatory factor, vascular endothelial function index and β2-microglobulin and PDGF-BB levels were compared before and after treatment. Results: There were no significant differences in the levels of oxidative stress indicators MDA, SOD, inflammatory factors TNF- , hs-CRP, vascular endothelial function markers ET-1, NO,β2-microglobulin and PDGF-BB before treatment. The levels of MDA, TNF-α, hs-CRP, ET-1, β2-microglobulin and PDGF-BB in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment. The levels of SOD and NO were significantly higher than those in the same group. The levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP in the observation group were (26.64±2.79) ng/L and (8.29±3.15) mg/L, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group. The level of ET-1 in the observation group was (50.31±21.72) ng/L significantly lower than that in the control group, and the level of NO was (78.27±16.14)μmol/L was significantly higher than that in the control group. The observation group β2-microglobulin and PDGF-BB were (2.29±0.23) mg/L and (19.06±1.91) ng/mL, which were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: L-amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension can effectively reduce the level of oxidative stress, inhibit the release of inflammatory factors and significantly improve vascular endothelial function, which has certain clinical value.展开更多
Mauritanian iron ore powder(OM)has advantages of high iron grade,low aluminum content,and low loss on ignition,which can be used as a new mineral to replace low alumina limonite that has been exhausted in Australia.Ho...Mauritanian iron ore powder(OM)has advantages of high iron grade,low aluminum content,and low loss on ignition,which can be used as a new mineral to replace low alumina limonite that has been exhausted in Australia.However,it will have a certain negative impact on sintering because of its high SiO_(2) content.The mechanism of SiO_(2) content affecting the sintering behavior was first studied through FactSage 7.2.Then,the liquid fluidity,penetration,and high-temperature performance of different iron ore powders were compared.Finally,the optimization of ore blending structure was studied by the micro-sintering method and the sinter pot test.The results show that the increase in SiO_(2) content can reduce the assimilation temperature.The low penetration of OM can lead to an increase in the amount of liquid,and the high SiO_(2) content of OM increases the viscosity of the liquid phase.What is more,the increase in SiO_(2) also increases the formation of silicate and fayalite phase and inhibits the formation of silico-ferrite of calcium and aluminum(SFCA).To optimize ore blending structure,OM and the low SiO_(2) powder OD from Australia were used together,which improves the content of SFCA by 2.04%and decreases the contents of calcium silicate and fayalite by 0.63%and 4.99%,respectively.The results of the sinter pot test indicated that the properties of sinter have been improved.展开更多
