Objectives:This article aims to summarize a series of contingency management strategies of the Nursing Department in the centralized treatment of patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:The strategies of the Nursing Department included an early warning for prevention and control,taking functions of vertically commanding and horizontally coordinating,and reasonably allocating nursing workforce,to facilitate centralized treatment work in the in-hospital fever clinic,isolation wards and ICU,and referral and admission of critical patients.Five special groups were established in charge of training and examination,management and supervision,psychological support,logistical support,and reporting and publicity,respectively.Results:It was achieved that no deaths from critical patients and no medical staff,no other patients were infected.Conclusion:Through the implementation of these strategies,safe and efficient centralized treatment was ensured timely,orderly and sustainably. 展开更多

[Objectives]This paper aimed to study the chemical composition of Rubus pirifolius Smith[Methods]A preliminary experiment was carried out using the qualitative reactions of various chemical constituents,in order to roughly detect the types of chemical constituents that may be contained in R.pirifolius Smith The ethanol extract of R.pirifolius Smith were separated and purified using silica gel column chromatography,silica gel thin-layer chromatography and recrystallization,and the chemicals obtained were identified using mass spectrometry,nuclear magnetic resonance and literature reference.[Results]The main constituents of R.pirifolius Smith are saponins,tannins,flavonoids,phytosterols,triterpenes and anthraquinones.A total of five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of R.pirifolius Smith,and they were identified asβ-sitosterol(1),arjunolic acid(2),stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),euscaphic acid(4)and 3,3′,4-trimethyle llegic acid(5).[Conclusions]Compounds 1,2,3,4 and 5 were isolated from R.pirifolius Smith for the first time. 展开更多

As a globally popular leafy vegetable and a representative plant of the Asteraceae family,lettuce has great economic and academic significance.In the last decade,high-throughput sequencing,phenotyping,and other multi-omics data in lettuce have accumulated on a large scale,thus increasing the demand for an integrative lettuce database.Here,we report the establishment of a comprehensive lettuce database,LettuceGDB(https://www.lettucegdb.com/).As an omics data hub,the current LettuceGDB includes two reference genomes with detailed annotations;re-sequencing data from over 1000 lettuce varieties;a collection of more than 1300 worldwide germplasms and millions of accompanying phenotypic records obtained with manual and cutting-edge phenomics technologies;re-analyses of 256 RNA sequencing datasets;a complete miRNAome;extensive metabolite information for representative varieties and wild relatives;epigenetic data on the genome-wide chromatin accessibility landscape;and various lettuce research papers published in the last decade.Five hierarchically accessible functions(Genome,Genotype,Germplasm,Phenotype,and O-Omics)have been developed with a user-friendly interface to enable convenient data access.Eight built-in tools(Assembly Converter,Search Gene,BLAST,JBrowse,Primer Design,Gene Annotation,Tissue Expression,Literature,and Data)are available for data downloading and browsing,functional gene exploration,and experimental practice.A community forum is also available for information sharing,and a summary of current research progress on different aspects of lettuce is included.We believe that LettuceGDB can be a comprehensive functional database amenable to data mining and database-driven exploration,useful for both scientific research and lettuce breeding. 展开更多

【目的】营发酵单胞菌属Dysgonomonas是黄翅大白蚁后肠的第二优势微生物。前期研究中,我们从黄翅大白蚁后肠分离出一种命名为大白蚁营发酵菌的新菌。为深入了解大白蚁营发酵菌在宿主白蚁体内发挥的作用和功能,有必要解析大白蚁营发酵菌... 【目的】营发酵单胞菌属Dysgonomonas是黄翅大白蚁后肠的第二优势微生物。前期研究中,我们从黄翅大白蚁后肠分离出一种命名为大白蚁营发酵菌的新菌。为深入了解大白蚁营发酵菌在宿主白蚁体内发挥的作用和功能,有必要解析大白蚁营发酵菌的基因组序列信息。【方法】使用Illumina Miseq测序平台获取该菌的全基因组序列,将其全基因组序列经过注释的基因蛋白质序列提交COG和KEGG数据库进行BLASTp比对分析,确定该菌潜在的重要酶类和代谢途径,并对个别纤维素酶活进行检测。【结果】大白蚁营发酵菌整个基因组大小为4655756 bp,GC含量为38.54%,DDBJ数据库登录号为BBXL01000001–BBXL01000078。生物信息学分析结果表明菌株大白蚁营发酵菌具有多个木质纤维素降解酶基因,且具备完整的木质纤维素降解和乙酸、乳酸生成通路。此外发现该菌株中存在与氮源代谢和抵御病原体相关的基因。【结论】本研究首次解析大白蚁营发酵菌的全基因组序列,了解其基因组基本特征,初步探讨了该菌降解木质纤维素的过程,为细菌协助宿主白蚁降解木质纤维素提供了理论基础,同时为该菌可能参与宿主白蚁氮源代谢和抵御病原体入侵提供了依据。 展开更多

天然的木质纤维素材料含有纤维素、半纤维素和木质素等成分。降解天然木质纤维素底物时,需要木质纤维素酶共同作用。近年在木质纤维素酶的相互协同作用方面的研究引起人们的关注,成为一个新的研究热点,文中使用两个不同的共表达载体pETD... 天然的木质纤维素材料含有纤维素、半纤维素和木质素等成分。降解天然木质纤维素底物时,需要木质纤维素酶共同作用。近年在木质纤维素酶的相互协同作用方面的研究引起人们的关注,成为一个新的研究热点,文中使用两个不同的共表达载体pETDuet-1和pRSFDuet-1,在大肠杆菌中共表达了白蚁及其肠道微生物来源的β-葡萄糖苷酶、内切β-1,4-葡聚糖酶、漆酶和木聚糖酶这4种木质纤维素酶,经过SDS-PAGE分析得到了与理论值一致的蛋白条带,同时经过酶活验证,这4种蛋白都具有酶活性。以磷酸处理的微晶纤维素(PASC)为底物,测定了共表达酶粗酶液与单独表达酶混合液的协同作用因子,从还原糖的产量上经计算共表达的粗酶液比单独表达酶的混合液对PASC的降解协同作用提高44%;以滤纸和磷酸处理的玉米芯为底物,测定降解协同作用,分别提高了34%和20%。结果表明,共表达酶的降解效率要高于混合的单组分酶液降解效率的总和。 展开更多

We theoretically studied the thermoelectric transport properties of a strongly correlated quantum dot system in the presence of the Kondo effect based on accurate numerical evaluations using the hierarchical equations of motion approach.The thermocurrent versus gate voltage shows a distinct sawtooth line-shape at high temperatures.In particular,the current changes from positive(hole charge)to negative(particle charge)in the electron number N=1 region due to the Coulomb blockade effect.However,at low temperatures,where the Kondo effect occurs,the thermocurrent’s charge polarity reverses,along with a significantly enhanced magnitude.As anticipated,the current sign can be analyzed by the occupation difference between particle and hole.Moreover,the characteristic turnover temperature can be further defined at which the influences of the Coulomb blockade and Kondo resonance are in an effective balance.Remarkably,the identified characteristic turnover temperature,as a function of the Coulomb interaction and dot-lead coupling,possessed a much higher value than the Kondo temperature.When a magnetic field is applied,a spin-polarized thermocurrent can be obtained,which could be tested in future experiments. 展开更多
