Moench) is a particularly important crop for its great advantages, such as high-sugar content, high-yields, drought tolerance and relatively low input requirements, so it can grow under a wide range of environmental conditions[1]. The stalk of sweet sorghum can be squeezed to release sweet juice with high levels of sugar (12%~20%) composed mainly of sucrose, glucose and fructose, which can be used for fermentation to white spirits[2]. Therefore, alcohol sweet sorghum remains attractive due to its high-sugar content. The harvest time is around the month of October in the north, but what is an effect on nutritive components of alcohol sweet sorghum if it were had delayed by the natural and human factors.展开更多

Due to its complexity, lignocellulosebioconversion requires the action of multiple enzymes. The complete hydrolysis of cellulose requires theaction of the cellulase system containing cellobiohydrolase, endoglucanase and -glucosidase[1]. Aspergillus spp:produce all three enzyme activities of the cellulase complex and exhibit strong hydrolytic activity towards cellulose, and Aspergillus niger has been mainly used for -glucosidase production[2]. Aspergillus niger is a kind of aerobicmicroorganisms, but there is little oxygen when it is used to silage for degrading the feed cellulose and enhancingthe feed's palatability. The aim of this study is to evaluate the influence of oxygen on the growth and cellulaseproduction of Aspergillus niger.展开更多
