The 162.5 MHz HWR010 and HWR015 superconducting cavities have been used in the Chinese ADS 25 MeV demo SRF Linac.Each cavity is feed with RF power by one high power coupler.The maximum design coupler power is 20 kW in traveling mode.Prior to assembly,couplers need to be tested and conditioned at room temperature.And the characteristics of conditioning phenomenon can also be thoroughly studied during the conditioning process.Figure 1 presents the block diagram of the test stand system.However,the previous test system is ineligible because of its sundry problems lying in its LLRF control system and its test stand.To overcome the defects of the previous test system,a series of improvements were performed. 展开更多

采用TU1无氧铜作为填充材料进行了反应堆级铌与316L不锈钢连接的真空钎焊,研究了样品和过渡接头在不同温度下的显微组织和力学性能。显微组织表明形成了脆的金属间化合物层并观察到结合面有扩散现象发生。虽然在结合面有脆性金属间化合... 采用TU1无氧铜作为填充材料进行了反应堆级铌与316L不锈钢连接的真空钎焊,研究了样品和过渡接头在不同温度下的显微组织和力学性能。显微组织表明形成了脆的金属间化合物层并观察到结合面有扩散现象发生。虽然在结合面有脆性金属间化合物形成,但并不影响其在超导射频(SRF)腔中的使用。在室温(300 K)和液氮温度(77 K)下进行了拉伸测试和剪切测试。在液氮温度下,抗张强度高于其在室温下的抗张强度,由于脆性金属间化合物的存在导致其在液氮环境下抗剪切强度低于室温环境。由于我们严格控制焊缝厚度,使过渡接头的抗剪切强度高于样品的强度。最后我们对过渡接头进行真空漏率测试。结果显示,其真空漏率均低于1.1×10^(-9) Pa·L/s,这表明真空钎焊技术适用于低温下使用的高真空容器,例如用于SRF腔的不锈钢氦容器。 展开更多

我国自主研发的超导加速器CAFe是ADS加速器的前端示范装置,其对加速器的运行稳定性有非常高的要求。在CAFe的运行中存在场致发射效应干扰超导腔提取信号的问题,是造成超导腔运行故障最频繁的问题之一,这严重降低了加速器的稳定性。这一... 我国自主研发的超导加速器CAFe是ADS加速器的前端示范装置,其对加速器的运行稳定性有非常高的要求。在CAFe的运行中存在场致发射效应干扰超导腔提取信号的问题,是造成超导腔运行故障最频繁的问题之一,这严重降低了加速器的稳定性。这一问题是由于超导腔内的场致发射电子在相关微波传输器件上引起了放电现象,干扰了信号的传输并造成低电平控制系统对超导腔的错误控制,最终导致超导腔失谐和加速器停机故障。本文通过优化提取天线的结构,避免场致发射电子进入提取耦合器,从而解决传输信号异常的问题。优化后的天线在线运行效果良好,解决了超导腔这种提取信号异常的问题,提高了加速器运行的稳定性。 展开更多
