[Objectives]To establish a thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method for the determination of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu(Damnacanthus giganteus).[Methods]A silica gel G thin-layer plate was adopte...[Objectives]To establish a thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method for the determination of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu(Damnacanthus giganteus).[Methods]A silica gel G thin-layer plate was adopted for TLC.Petroleum ether(60-90℃)-chloroform-methanol-water(7:15:3:1)was used as the developing solvent and inspected under ultraviolet lamp(365 nm).The content was determined by Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution,detection wavelength 277 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The spots of 10 Chuanlianzhu samples from different origins showed the same color at the same position as the control,and the spots were clear and specific.The injection volume of rubiadin-1-methyl ether showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.90-145μg(R=0.9996).The average recovery rate of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in the low,medium and high dose groups of Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu was 98.72%,and RSD=1.78%.[Conclusions]This method can effectively identify Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu medicinal materials and accurately determine the content of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in the medicinal materials.It provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu medicinal resources.展开更多
[Objectives]To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Embelia parviflora Wall.polysaccharide on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in rats.[Methods]RA rat model was induced by type II collagen.After successful modeling,the ...[Objectives]To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Embelia parviflora Wall.polysaccharide on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in rats.[Methods]RA rat model was induced by type II collagen.After successful modeling,the rats were divided into model group,positive group,low,medium and high dose of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide groups,and normal control group.Body mass,toe volume and arthritis index were measured,and thymus index and spleen index were calculated.The levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin serum and synovial tissue of ankle joint were detected by ELISA.[Results]Compared with the normal control group,the pathological changes such as synovial hyperplasia and unclear layer were observed in the model group,the body mass was decreased(P<0.05),the toe volume,arthritis index,thymus and spleen index were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and ankle synovial tissue were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the histopathological changes in synovium of ankle joint in the positive group and the medium and high dose groups of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide were significantly improved,and the body mass was increased(P<0.05).The toe volume,arthritis index,thymus index and spleen index were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of IL-Iβ,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and synovial tissue of ankle joint were increased(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the low dose group of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide and the model group(P>0.05).[Conclusions]E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide can reduce the body's inflammatory response and improve RA,which may be related to the inhibition of the activation of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α.展开更多
[Objectives]To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract and its mechanism.[Methods]Inflammation models of xylene-induced ear edema in mice,acetic acid-induced increased permeability of abdom...[Objectives]To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract and its mechanism.[Methods]Inflammation models of xylene-induced ear edema in mice,acetic acid-induced increased permeability of abdominal capillaries in mice,and carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice were established;xylene-induced ear swelling model in bilateral adrenalectomized mice was established.The levels of MDA,NO and SOD in inflammatory tissues of paw were measured.[Results]Compared with the model group,the high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract had significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced ear edema in mice,except for the low dose group(P>0.05);Laggerae Alatae Herba extract inhibited the increase of celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and paw edema induced by carrageenan in mice.Compared with the model group,in the mice model with bilateral adrenal glands removed,the high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract could significantly inhibit the xylene induced ear swelling of the mice.The high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract could significantly decrease the levels of MDA and NO,and significantly increase the level of SOD in the paw tissue.[Conclusions]The Laggerae Alatae Herba extracts have anti-inflammatory activity,and the anti-inflammatory effect of the extracts does not depend on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPAA)system.In addition,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract is related to the decrease of MDA and NO and the increase of SOD.展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the effect of psoralen combined with paclitaxel on the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.[Methods]The effects of different concentrations of psoralen,paclitaxel,or the combination of psoralen and paclita...[Objectives]To explore the effect of psoralen combined with paclitaxel on the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.[Methods]The effects of different concentrations of psoralen,paclitaxel,or the combination of psoralen and paclitaxel on cell viability were detected using CCK-8 assay kit.Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis after 24 h of psoralen(0.16,0.32,0.64 mmol/L),paclitaxel(0.1μmol/L),combined action of psoralen(0.32 mmol/L)and paclitaxel(0.1μmol/L)were detected using flow cytometry.[Results]Lower concentration of psoralen(0.04-0.32 mmol/L)showed no significant inhibitory effect on cells.After combined with paclitaxel,the inhibitory effect on MCF-7 cell proliferation was significantly higher than that of the group treated alone.Compared with the paclitaxel group,the cell apoptosis rate in the drug combination group was significantly increased.Different low concentrations of psoralen can block the cell cycle of MCF-7 at G 0/G 1 phase,while paclitaxel can block the cell cycle at G 2/M phase.After combined action,the number of cells blocked at G 2/M phase decreased.[Conclusions]Overall,the combined effect of psoralen and paclitaxel can enhance anti-tumor ability by inhibiting cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,and blocking cell cycle.展开更多

[Objectives]To observe the effect of drug-containing serum from different extracts of Phyllanthus reticulatus leaf on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells and the effect of in vivo on the life exte...[Objectives]To observe the effect of drug-containing serum from different extracts of Phyllanthus reticulatus leaf on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells and the effect of in vivo on the life extension rate of mice with H22 ascites tumor,and to investigate the effects of chemical components such as Corilagin,ethyl gallate,ethyl brevifolincarboxylate,and gallic acid on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.[Methods]MTT method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of drug-containing serum of different extracts of P.reticulatus leaf on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells in vitro to determine its active site.The active site was used as the research object to establish a Kunming mouse ascites tumor model,to investigate the effect on the life extension rate of mice with H22 ascites tumor,to further separate the monomer components from the effective fraction and investigate its effect on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.[Results]Compared with the 10%blank serum control group,10%drug-containing serum of ethyl acetate and n-butanol in P.reticulatus leaf had significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,and the inhibition rate was 34.99%and 28.68%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the survival time of the high dose group of ethyl acetate in P.reticulatus leaf was significant(P<0.05).Gallic acid,Corilagin,and Brevifolincarboxylic acid ethyl ester had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,with IC 50 of 26.52,70.45,and 158.86μg/mL,respectively.Ethyl gallate had no inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,and its IC 50 was 251.96μg/mL.[Conclusions]The drug-containing serum of ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract of P.reticulatus can inhibit the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.Ethyl acetate of P.reticulatus leaves can increase the life extension rate of mice with H22 ascites tumor.Gallic acid,Corilagin,and Brevifolincarboxylic acid ethyl ester isolated from its active site are the material basis for inhibiting the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.展开更多
[Objectives] To study the differences in the effects of Rheum officinale and wine prepared Rheum palmatum Dachengqi Decoction(DCQ) on laxative effect of mice.[Methods]First,72 mice were randomly divided into positive ...[Objectives] To study the differences in the effects of Rheum officinale and wine prepared Rheum palmatum Dachengqi Decoction(DCQ) on laxative effect of mice.[Methods]First,72 mice were randomly divided into positive control group,blank control group,6 and10 g/kg dose R.officinale DCQ groups,6 and 10 g/kg dose wine prepared R.palmatum DCQ groups.After administration at the dose of20 m L/kg,metabolic cage method and carbon powder propulsion were used to conduct Na+-K+-ATPasc activity experiment,and the comparison was made for the differences in the normal laxative effect of R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum on DCQ,the carbon powder propulsion rate,and Na+-K+-ATPasc activit.[Results]There are differences in the laxative effect of R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum on DCQ,but their differences in changes are,to some extent,connected with R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum.From comparison of R.officinale DCQ group,wine prepared R.palmatum DCQ group,blank control group,and positive control group,it is found that there are differences in the normal laxative effect of normal mice,carbon powder propulsion,and inhibition of Na+-K+-ATPase activity.In addition,the comparison of drug administration groups indicates that the differences in the effects of R.officinale DCQ group are most significant,and there are significant differences in the 6 and 10 g/kg groups.[Conclusions]There are certain differences in the influence of R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum Dachengqi Decoction on normal laxative effect of mice,which may be connected with the fact that changes in main chemical components of king drugs R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum lead to changes in the dissolution amount of anthraquinones in the compound Dachengqi Decoction.展开更多

[Objectives]To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Zhuang medicine Clerodendrum japonicum(Thumb.)Sweet and establish a method for its extraction and content determination.[Methods]The total flavonoi...[Objectives]To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Zhuang medicine Clerodendrum japonicum(Thumb.)Sweet and establish a method for its extraction and content determination.[Methods]The total flavonoids of C.japonicum were extracted by reflux extraction method.Through a single factor experiment,the effects of extraction method,extraction solvent concentration,extraction volume and extraction time on the total flavonoids content of medicinal materials were investigated to select the optimal extraction process of the total flavonoids of C.japonicum.[Results]The optimal extraction process of the total flavonoids of C.japonicum was 75%ethanol,1∶20 solid-to-liquid ratio,and 50 min reflux extraction time.[Conclusions]This method can effectively determine the content of total flavonoids in C.japonicum and provide a certain scientific basis for the study of the quality standard of this Zhuang medicine.This method has high reproducibility.It is stable and feasible in extraction of total flavonoids from Zhuang medicine C.japonicum.展开更多

文摘[Objectives]To establish a thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method for the determination of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu(Damnacanthus giganteus).[Methods]A silica gel G thin-layer plate was adopted for TLC.Petroleum ether(60-90℃)-chloroform-methanol-water(7:15:3:1)was used as the developing solvent and inspected under ultraviolet lamp(365 nm).The content was determined by Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm),mobile phase:acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution,detection wavelength 277 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The spots of 10 Chuanlianzhu samples from different origins showed the same color at the same position as the control,and the spots were clear and specific.The injection volume of rubiadin-1-methyl ether showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.90-145μg(R=0.9996).The average recovery rate of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in the low,medium and high dose groups of Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu was 98.72%,and RSD=1.78%.[Conclusions]This method can effectively identify Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu medicinal materials and accurately determine the content of rubiadin-1-methyl ether in the medicinal materials.It provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of Yao Medicine Chuanlianzhu medicinal resources.

文摘[Objectives]To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Embelia parviflora Wall.polysaccharide on rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in rats.[Methods]RA rat model was induced by type II collagen.After successful modeling,the rats were divided into model group,positive group,low,medium and high dose of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide groups,and normal control group.Body mass,toe volume and arthritis index were measured,and thymus index and spleen index were calculated.The levels of interleukin-1β,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin serum and synovial tissue of ankle joint were detected by ELISA.[Results]Compared with the normal control group,the pathological changes such as synovial hyperplasia and unclear layer were observed in the model group,the body mass was decreased(P<0.05),the toe volume,arthritis index,thymus and spleen index were increased(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and ankle synovial tissue were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the histopathological changes in synovium of ankle joint in the positive group and the medium and high dose groups of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide were significantly improved,and the body mass was increased(P<0.05).The toe volume,arthritis index,thymus index and spleen index were decreased(P<0.05).The levels of IL-Iβ,IL-6 and TNF-αin serum and synovial tissue of ankle joint were increased(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the low dose group of E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide and the model group(P>0.05).[Conclusions]E.parviflora Wall.polysaccharide can reduce the body's inflammatory response and improve RA,which may be related to the inhibition of the activation of inflammatory cytokines IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α.

文摘[Objectives]To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract and its mechanism.[Methods]Inflammation models of xylene-induced ear edema in mice,acetic acid-induced increased permeability of abdominal capillaries in mice,and carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice were established;xylene-induced ear swelling model in bilateral adrenalectomized mice was established.The levels of MDA,NO and SOD in inflammatory tissues of paw were measured.[Results]Compared with the model group,the high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract had significant inhibitory effect on xylene-induced ear edema in mice,except for the low dose group(P>0.05);Laggerae Alatae Herba extract inhibited the increase of celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and paw edema induced by carrageenan in mice.Compared with the model group,in the mice model with bilateral adrenal glands removed,the high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract could significantly inhibit the xylene induced ear swelling of the mice.The high and medium dose groups of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract could significantly decrease the levels of MDA and NO,and significantly increase the level of SOD in the paw tissue.[Conclusions]The Laggerae Alatae Herba extracts have anti-inflammatory activity,and the anti-inflammatory effect of the extracts does not depend on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPAA)system.In addition,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Laggerae Alatae Herba extract is related to the decrease of MDA and NO and the increase of SOD.

文摘[Objectives]To establish a TLC and content determination method of Pileostegia tomentellal,with umbelliferone as the indicator component.[Methods]TLC identification was performed by silica gel G thin layer plate with n-hexane-ethyl acetate(4:3)as the developing agent,and the plate was examined by UV lamp(365 nm).The umbelliferone content was determined by HPLC:Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 column(4.60 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid gradient elution;detection wavelength 320 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL/min,column temperature 30℃,injection volume 10μL.[Results]The chromatogram of P.tomentellal showed the same color spot in the same position as that of reference medicinal material,and the spot was clear with good specificity.Umbelliferone showed a good linear relationship when the injection volume was 2.63-131.27μg/mL(R^(2)=0.9997).The average recovery of umbelliferone in the low,middle and high adding groups of P.tomentellal was 99.57%and the RSD was 2.15%.[Conclusions]The method can effectively identify Yao medicine P.tomentellal and accurately determine the content of umbelliferone in medicinal materials,which will provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal resources of Yao medicine P.tomentellal.

文摘[Objectives]To investigate the effect and mechanism of Dachengqi Decoction and separated decoction on incomplete intestinal obstruction in rats.[Methods]80 healthy SD rats were selected to establish incomplete intestinal obstruction model by silk ligation.The dosage was 20 mL/kg for 3 d,and the damage index of ileocecal mucosa was analyzed;the morphology of ileocecal mucosa was observed by HE staining;the serum levels of IL-1α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-18,Ach,NO,ET,IL-1,TNF-αand ultra-micro Na+-K+-ATPase were detected by ELISA.[Results]Compared with the model group,the mucosal damage index of Dachengqi Decoction and each separated decoction group decreased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the normal group and sham operation group,the serum level of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-αand other factors in the model group increased significantly(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the serum IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αsecretion levels of rats in Dachengqi Decoction group and separated decoction group decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusions]Dachengqi Decoction and each separated decoction can effectively improve intestinal tissue pathological damage in the incomplete intestinal obstruction model rats,and reduce the inflammatory reaction in the rat body.

文摘[Objectives]To establish the quality standard of hospital preparation Jiedu Shengxue granules.[Methods]Scleromitrion diffusum and Prunella vulgaris in Jiedu Shengxue granules were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established to determine the content of notoginsenoside R1 in the granule.[Results]The traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Jiedu Shengxue granules could be identified by TLC,and the characteristic spots were stable and clear.Notoginsenoside R1 had a good linear relationship in the range of 10.45-104.5μg/mL,with an average recovery of 98.52%and RSD=2.36%.[Conclusions]TLC and HPLC,as the quality control methods of Jiedu Shengxue granules,have high accuracy and good repeatability,which lays a foundation for the quality control of this mixture.

文摘[Objectives]To study the effect of Zhuang medicine Clerodendrum japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet on acute tonsillitis.[Methods]The antibacterial,antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the extract of Zhuang medicine C.japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet were observed.[Results]Zhuang medicine C.japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet showed a good inhibitory effect onα-hemolytic streptococcus,β-hemolytic streptococcs,Staphylococcus citreus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Proteus and Escherichia coli;it showed a good inhibitory effect on the infection of Staphylococcus aureus andβ-hemolytic streptococcs in vivo;it could significantly reduce the elevated body temperature of rabbits injected with the triple vaccine and significantly increase the pain threshold of thermally stimulated mice.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine C.japonicum(Thunb.)Sweet has positive significance in the treatment of acute tonsillitis instead of antibiotics.

文摘[Objectives]To establish the TLC identification methods of Llicis Rotundae Cortex and Mahoniae Caulis and the determination method of syringin content in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.[Methods]Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify Llicis Rotundae Cortex and Mahoniae Caulis in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.The quantitative analysis of syringin in Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion was carried out by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Chromatographic conditions are as follows:Luna 5μm C_(18)((2)100 A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column was adopted;acetonitrile(10%)-water(90%)was as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detection wavelength was 265 nm;the sample size was 5μL;the column temperature was 30℃.[Results]Syringin had a good linear relationship with its peak area in the range of 0.190-2.856μg(R^(2)=0.9995).The RSD values of precision,stability and repeatability experiments were all lower than 2.5%,and the average sampling recovery rate(n=6)was 100.37%(RSD=-0.88%).[Conclusions]The method had the advantages of simple operation,strong specificity,good repeatability and stability,and can be used for the quality control of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Lotion.

文摘[Objectives]To establish the extraction process and quality standard method of Zhuang medicine fumigation lotion.[Methods]The orthogonal design method was employed to optimize the water extraction process with the amount of water added,decocting time and extraction times as factors,and syringin content and dry extract yield as indexes.The content of syringin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.[Results]The best water extraction process was:soaking in water for 1 h,decocting twice,added 10 times the amount of water each time,decocting for 1 h.The average content of syringin in 3 batches was 0.98 mg/g,and the average dry extract yield was 26.07%.[Conclusions]The project adopts water extraction method to prepare Zhuang medicine fumigation lotion,which has the characteristics of high efficiency and suitable for large-scale production.The quality control method is reliable,rapid and accurate,and can effectively control the quality of the lotion.

文摘[Objectives]To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula by retrospective analysis of clinical use.[Methods]A total of 225 cases were collected,including 117 males and 108 females,115 cases of contact dermatitis and 110 cases of acute eczema.Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula was administered to 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.[Results]After one week of treatment,among 225 patients with contact dermatitis and acute eczema,76 cases were cured(33.78%),133 cases showed marked response(59.11%),16 cases(7.11%)were improved,0 case was ineffective,and the overall response rate was 92.89%.After one week of Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula treatment,the symptoms of itching,pain and swelling were significantly improved in all patients,and the rash was partially crusted without new symptom,and there were no complications and adverse reactions.[Conclusions]Zhuang Medicine Xiaoyan Zhiyang Formula therapy has a remarkable effect in the treatment of contact dermatitis and acute eczema.

文摘[Objectives]To explore the effect of psoralen combined with paclitaxel on the apoptosis of MCF-7 cells.[Methods]The effects of different concentrations of psoralen,paclitaxel,or the combination of psoralen and paclitaxel on cell viability were detected using CCK-8 assay kit.Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis after 24 h of psoralen(0.16,0.32,0.64 mmol/L),paclitaxel(0.1μmol/L),combined action of psoralen(0.32 mmol/L)and paclitaxel(0.1μmol/L)were detected using flow cytometry.[Results]Lower concentration of psoralen(0.04-0.32 mmol/L)showed no significant inhibitory effect on cells.After combined with paclitaxel,the inhibitory effect on MCF-7 cell proliferation was significantly higher than that of the group treated alone.Compared with the paclitaxel group,the cell apoptosis rate in the drug combination group was significantly increased.Different low concentrations of psoralen can block the cell cycle of MCF-7 at G 0/G 1 phase,while paclitaxel can block the cell cycle at G 2/M phase.After combined action,the number of cells blocked at G 2/M phase decreased.[Conclusions]Overall,the combined effect of psoralen and paclitaxel can enhance anti-tumor ability by inhibiting cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis,and blocking cell cycle.

文摘[Objectives]To establish a method for quality analysis of Medicine Pileostegia tomentella Hand.-Mazz.[Methods]According to the testing method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),the water content,total ash and alcohol-soluble extract of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.were determined.[Results]10 batches of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.from different habitats and in different collection time in Guangxi all had the same plant morphology and medicinal properties.The experimental results showed that the water content was 7.92%-10.35%,the total ash content was 5.53%-6.62%,the acid-insoluble ash content was 0.59%-0.76%,and the extract content was 11.63%-16.12%.[Conclusions]The identification method in this study can be used for the quality analysis of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.,and the experimental results can provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of P.tomentella Hand.-Mazz.and the establishment of its quality standard.

文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to observe the effects of different processed products of Radix Codonopsis on intestinal flora in rats with spleen deficiency.[Methods]Rat models with spleen deficiency were established by bitter-cold purgation method with Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.Normal group,model group,Radix Codonopsis group,fried Radix Codonopsis group,rice-fried Radix Codonopsis group,honey-fried Radix Codonopsis group and bran-fired Radix Codonopsis group were designed.After subjecting to corresponding treatments,the changes in the quantity of intestinal microorganisms of the rats were detected.[Results]There was no significant change in the quantity of intestinal microorganisms of the rats in the normal group and model group.The rats in the rice-fried Radix Codonopsis group were administered after successful modeling,and the abundance of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestines of the rats increased,and the quantity of Escherichia coli and Staphylococci reduced.The rats in the Radix Codonopsis group,fried Radix Codonopsis groups,honey-fried Radix Codonopsis group and bran-fried Radix Codonopsis group were administered after successful modeling,and the abundance of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestines of the rats increased(the increases were smaller than those in the rice-fried Radix Codonopsis group),and the abundance of E.coli and Staphylococci reduced,close to normal levels.[Conclusions]Different processed products of Radix Codonopsis have obvious regulation effect on intestinal flora of rats with spleen deficiency,and the regulation effect of rice-fried Radix Codonopsis on rats with spleen deficiency is better than that of Radix Codonopsis,fried Radix Codonopsis,honey-fried Radix Codonopsis and bran-fried Radix Codonopsis.

文摘[Objectives]To observe the effect of drug-containing serum from different extracts of Phyllanthus reticulatus leaf on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells and the effect of in vivo on the life extension rate of mice with H22 ascites tumor,and to investigate the effects of chemical components such as Corilagin,ethyl gallate,ethyl brevifolincarboxylate,and gallic acid on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.[Methods]MTT method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of drug-containing serum of different extracts of P.reticulatus leaf on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells in vitro to determine its active site.The active site was used as the research object to establish a Kunming mouse ascites tumor model,to investigate the effect on the life extension rate of mice with H22 ascites tumor,to further separate the monomer components from the effective fraction and investigate its effect on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.[Results]Compared with the 10%blank serum control group,10%drug-containing serum of ethyl acetate and n-butanol in P.reticulatus leaf had significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,and the inhibition rate was 34.99%and 28.68%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the survival time of the high dose group of ethyl acetate in P.reticulatus leaf was significant(P<0.05).Gallic acid,Corilagin,and Brevifolincarboxylic acid ethyl ester had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,with IC 50 of 26.52,70.45,and 158.86μg/mL,respectively.Ethyl gallate had no inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells,and its IC 50 was 251.96μg/mL.[Conclusions]The drug-containing serum of ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract of P.reticulatus can inhibit the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.Ethyl acetate of P.reticulatus leaves can increase the life extension rate of mice with H22 ascites tumor.Gallic acid,Corilagin,and Brevifolincarboxylic acid ethyl ester isolated from its active site are the material basis for inhibiting the proliferation of human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells.

文摘[Objectives] To study the differences in the effects of Rheum officinale and wine prepared Rheum palmatum Dachengqi Decoction(DCQ) on laxative effect of mice.[Methods]First,72 mice were randomly divided into positive control group,blank control group,6 and10 g/kg dose R.officinale DCQ groups,6 and 10 g/kg dose wine prepared R.palmatum DCQ groups.After administration at the dose of20 m L/kg,metabolic cage method and carbon powder propulsion were used to conduct Na+-K+-ATPasc activity experiment,and the comparison was made for the differences in the normal laxative effect of R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum on DCQ,the carbon powder propulsion rate,and Na+-K+-ATPasc activit.[Results]There are differences in the laxative effect of R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum on DCQ,but their differences in changes are,to some extent,connected with R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum.From comparison of R.officinale DCQ group,wine prepared R.palmatum DCQ group,blank control group,and positive control group,it is found that there are differences in the normal laxative effect of normal mice,carbon powder propulsion,and inhibition of Na+-K+-ATPase activity.In addition,the comparison of drug administration groups indicates that the differences in the effects of R.officinale DCQ group are most significant,and there are significant differences in the 6 and 10 g/kg groups.[Conclusions]There are certain differences in the influence of R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum Dachengqi Decoction on normal laxative effect of mice,which may be connected with the fact that changes in main chemical components of king drugs R.officinale and wine prepared R.palmatum lead to changes in the dissolution amount of anthraquinones in the compound Dachengqi Decoction.

文摘[Objectives] To establish a method for determining the content of Laggera alata( D. Don) Sch. Bip. Ex Oliv. using caffeic acid the target component,and to compare the content of caffeic acid in the medicinal materials of L. alata in different production areas of Guangxi.[Methods]The content was determined by Inertsil~ODS-3 chromatographic column C_(18)( 4. 60 mm × 250 mm,5 μm,mobile phase: acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid( 22∶ 78),detection wavelength: 320 nm,flow rate: 1. 0 m L/min,column temperature: 30℃,and injection volume: 10 μL. [Results] The caffeic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of injection volume of 0. 025 92-0. 259 2 μg( R =0. 999 5). The average recovery rate was 98. 33%( RSD = 1. 85%). L. alata in different production areas of Guangxi contained the caffeic acid,and there was a great difference in the caffeic acid. L. alata in Baise had the highest content of caffeic acid,while that in Guilin had the lowest content of caffeic acid. [Conclusions]This method can accurately determine the content of caffeic acid and is expected provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of herbal medicine L. alata.

文摘[Objectives]To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Zhuang medicine Clerodendrum japonicum(Thumb.)Sweet and establish a method for its extraction and content determination.[Methods]The total flavonoids of C.japonicum were extracted by reflux extraction method.Through a single factor experiment,the effects of extraction method,extraction solvent concentration,extraction volume and extraction time on the total flavonoids content of medicinal materials were investigated to select the optimal extraction process of the total flavonoids of C.japonicum.[Results]The optimal extraction process of the total flavonoids of C.japonicum was 75%ethanol,1∶20 solid-to-liquid ratio,and 50 min reflux extraction time.[Conclusions]This method can effectively determine the content of total flavonoids in C.japonicum and provide a certain scientific basis for the study of the quality standard of this Zhuang medicine.This method has high reproducibility.It is stable and feasible in extraction of total flavonoids from Zhuang medicine C.japonicum.
