“产业孤岛型”淘宝村演化过程及重构作用——以保定市高家庄村为例 被引量:1

电子商务成为乡村发展转型的重要推动力,淘宝村的形成演化及其社会作用受到越来越多的关注。以保定市高家庄村为案例,采取实地调研法,解析“产业孤岛型”淘宝村演化过程及经营模式,阐述电子商务行为对村域空间的多维度重构作用。研究发... 电子商务成为乡村发展转型的重要推动力,淘宝村的形成演化及其社会作用受到越来越多的关注。以保定市高家庄村为案例,采取实地调研法,解析“产业孤岛型”淘宝村演化过程及经营模式,阐述电子商务行为对村域空间的多维度重构作用。研究发现:(1)高家庄村从传统农业种植村向专业化淘宝村的转型共经历了四个时期:原始种植+贩卖废旧金属时期、“跑电梯”行业过渡时期、淘宝村爆发式形成时期、淘宝村平稳发展时期;(2)淘宝村内部主要有四种典型的从业与经营模式:数量多、分布广的“家庭网店模式”、数量少、规模大的“企业经营模式”、由个人经营的“纯贸易网店模式”、仅从事拆解工作的“行业工人模式”;(3)电子商务在空间维度上促进了产居空间渗透融合,改变了村内闲置宅基地和空白用地的使用方式;经济维度上推动了“孤岛式”产业升级发展,加速了农村居民非农化就业创业,促进了区域内其他相关行业的衍生发展;社会维度上改善了农村关系,巩固延伸了从业人员的虚拟交往空间和实际交往空间;(4)高家庄村电子商务实现了从无到有的发展,淘宝村快速成型,但产业基础的限制使得淘宝村虽在村镇尺度上经营现状良好,在县域尺度上的空间扩散却不明显,乡村重构作用较小。 展开更多

Shale gas is being hailed as the green energy of the future due to high heating value,low carbon emissions,and large reserves.Gas content of shale is a key parameter for evaluating the shale gas potential and screening for the shale gas sweet spots.Although the concept of gas content has been well defined,obtaining a reliable gas content data still remains a challenge.A significant barrier is the method for evaluating the gas content.In this paper,we provide a review of the long-established and recently developed gas content evaluation methods.In the first part of this review article,the history of gas content evaluation methods is summarized since 1910s,relied on published and unpublished literatures as well as our own experiences.Then,the fundamental contents and concepts involved in gas content evaluation are introduced to provide a clear theoretical foundation for the methods.In the third part,eleven evaluation methods,including four direct methods and seven indirect methods,are systematically reviewed.In each method,its application to evaluating the gas content is presented,the key advances are highlighted,and the advantages and limitations are discussed.Finally,future directions are discussed to promote creative thinking across disciplines to develop new methods or improve current methods for evaluating the gas content more accurately and efficiently. 展开更多

In addition to the canonical nucleobases, a variety of chemical modifications have been identified presence in nucleic acids. These modifications have been demonstrated to involve in regulating the spatiotemporal expression of genes. Up to date, over 150 types of chemical modifications have been found existence in nucleic acids. Understanding the functional roles of modifications relies on deciphering the location information of modifications in nucleic acids. Analytical methods for studying nucleic acid modifications have greatly advanced in the last decade. To locate the modifications in nucleic acids, various mass spectrometry (MS)-based analytical strategies have been established. Recent progress in next-generation sequencing (NGS) in conjugation with immunoprecipitation, chemical reaction, enzyme-mediated mutation, or nanomaterials offer genome-wide or transcriptome-wide mapping of modifications, which greatly revolutionize the field of epigenetic modifications. Herein, we reviewed and summarized the established methods and the breakthrough of the techniques for locating modifications in nucleic acids. In addition, we discussed the principles, applications, advantages and drawbacks of these methods. We believe that with the rapid advancement of techniques and methods,the functions of nucleic acid modifications will be fully understood in the future. 展开更多
