Generally,hydrogen bonds are formed between cellulose nanocrystals(CNCs)during their water removal and drying,leading to the irreversible aggregation of CNCs,and thus a poor water-redispersibility.The present study demonstrated a novel approach that involved using hydrolyzed sugars generated from the corresponding CNC production as redispersing agents to enhance the redispersibility of CNCs.Experimental data indicated that hydrolyzed sugars can be adsorbed onto CNCs through ethanol precipitation.The oven-dried CNCs onto which hydrolyzed sugars were adsorbed via ethanol precipitation were homogeneously redispersed in water.The redispersed CNCs showed the particle size distribution,Zeta potential,and thermal decomposition properties similar to those of the CNCs without drying.This method may improve the use of hydrolyzed sugars obtained in the hydrolysate from the corresponding CNC production,as well as facilitate the transportation and storage of CNCs. 展开更多

In this paper,the combined k-out-of-n:G model and reliability block diagram model is used to analyze the reliability of a switched reluctance starter/generator system.First,the different operational modes of a switched reluctance motor starter/generator are analyzed,and the fault states of the system are briefly described.Then the fault criteria of the system in different operational states are put forward.Secondly,a relia-bility block diagram model is established to calculate the system-level reliability,and the k-out-of-n:G model is adopted to analyze the reliability of each part of the switched reluctance starter/generator system.To verify effectiveness,the first-order Markov model is also used to analyze the reliability of each part of the switched reluc-tance starter/generator system.Considering the compu-tational complexity and accuracy of the system,the k-out-of-n:G model is more suitable for system component level reliability analysis.Finally,a 6/4 switched reluctance motor is used as the simulated and experimental platform motor.The final results verify the effectiveness of the reliability analysis model. 展开更多

目的:探讨泉州市盲校学生视力损伤的病因及残余视力的情况。方法:横断面研究。在2016年期间对泉州盲校126名低视力和盲学生进行病史采集,应用眼科常规检查方法对其行全面的眼科检查,并对学生的主要病因进行诊断和分析。结果:60名... 目的:探讨泉州市盲校学生视力损伤的病因及残余视力的情况。方法:横断面研究。在2016年期间对泉州盲校126名低视力和盲学生进行病史采集,应用眼科常规检查方法对其行全面的眼科检查,并对学生的主要病因进行诊断和分析。结果:60名盲学生的病因中:早产儿视网膜病变居第1位,占23.3%(14例),角膜变性和视神经萎缩均列第2位,各占13.3%(8例),第4位为先天性青光眼占11.7%(7例)。66名低视力学生的病因中,先天性白内障居首位,占27.3%(18例),眼球震颤为第2位,占13.7%(9例),视神经萎缩为第3位,占10.6%(7例),角膜变性为第4位,占9.1%(6例)。结论:泉州市盲校的126名学生中,先天性或遗传性疾病是导致视力损伤的主要原因,早产儿视网膜病变是致盲的首要病因,而先天性白内障是导致低视力的主要原因。 展开更多

Thermal error is one of the main factors that influence the machining accuracy of computer numerical control(CNC)machine tools.It is usually reduced by thermal error compensation.Temperature field monitoring and key temperature measurement point(TMP)selection are the bases of thermal error modeling and compensation for CNC machine tools.Compared with small-and medium-sized CNC machine tools,heavy-duty CNC machine tools require the use of more temperature sensors to measure their temperature comprehensively because of their larger size and more complex heat sources.However,the presence of many TMPs counteracts the movement of CNC machine tools due to sensor cables,and too many temperature variables may adversely influence thermal error modeling.Novel temperature sensors based on fiber Bragg grating(FBG)are developed in this study.A total of 128 FBG temperature sensors that are connected in series through a thin optical fiber are mounted on a heavy-duty CNC machine tool to monitor its temperature field.Key TMPs are selected using these large-scale FBG temperature sensors by using the density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise algorithm to reduce the calculation workload and avoid problems in the coupling of TMPs for thermal error modeling.Back propagation neural network thermal error prediction models are established to verify the performance of the proposed TMP selection method.Results show that the number of TMPs is reduced from 128 to 5,and the developed model demonstrates good prediction effects and strong robustness under different working conditions of the heavy-duty CNC machine tool. 展开更多

Latent membrane protein 1(LMP1)is a major Epstein–Barr virus(EBV)-encoded oncoprotein involved in latency infection that regulates mitochondrial functions to facilitate cell survival.Recently,mitochondrial fission has been demonstrated as a crucial mechanism in oncovirus-mediated carcinogenesis.Mitochondrial dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1)-mediated mitochondrial fission has an impact on the chemoresistance of cancers.However,the mechanism by which oncogenic stress promotes mitochondrial fission,potentially contributing to tumorigenesis,is not entirely understood.The role of Drp1 in the oncogenesis and prognosis of EBV-LMP1-positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)was determined in our study.We show that EBV-LMP1 exhibits a new function in remodeling mitochondrial morphology by activating Drp1.A high level of p-Drp1(Ser616)or a low level of p-Drp1(Ser637)correlates with poor overall survival and disease-free survival.Furthermore,the protein level of p-Drp1(Ser616)is related to the clinical stage(TNM stage)of NPC.Targeting Drp1 impairs mitochondrial function and induces cell death in LMP1-positive NPC cells.In addition,EBV-LMP1 regulates Drp1 through two oncogenic signaling axes,AMPK and cyclin B1/Cdk1,which promote cell survival and cisplatin resistance in NPC.Our findings provide novel insight into the role of EBV-LMP1-driven mitochondrial fission in regulating Drp1 phosphorylation at serine 616 and serine 637.Disruption of Drp1 could be a promising therapeutic strategy for LMP1-positive NPC. 展开更多

Epstein-Barr virus-associated diseases are important global health concerns.As a group I carcinogen,EBV accounts for 1.5%of human malignances,including both epithelial-and lymphatic-originated tumors.Moreover,EBV plays an etiological and pathogenic role in a number of non-neoplastic diseases,and is even involved in multiple autoimmune diseases(SADs).In this review,we summarize and discuss some recent exciting discoveries in EBV research area,which including DNA methylation alterations,metabolic reprogramming,the changes of mitochondria and ubiquitin-proteasome system(UPS),oxidative stress and EBV lytic reactivation,variations in non-coding RNA(ncRNA),radiochemotherapy and immunotherapy.Understanding and learning from this advancement will further confrm the far-reaching and future value of therapeutic strategies in EBV-associated diseases. 展开更多
