Large-capacity hydropower transmission from southwestern China to load centers via ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC) or ultra-high voltage alternating current(UHVAC) transmission lines is an important measure of the accommodation of large-scale hydropower in China. The East China Grid(ECG) is the main hydropower receiver of the west–east power transmission channel in China. Moreover, it has been subject to a rapidly increasing rate of hydropower integration over the past decade. Currently, large-scale outer hydropower is one of the primary ECG power sources. However, the integration of rapidly increasing outer hydropower into the power grid is subject to a series of severe drawbacks. Therefore, this study considered the load demands and hydropower transmission characteristics for the analysis of several major problems and the determination of appropriate solutions. The power supply-demand balance problem, hydropower transmission schedule problem, and peakshaving problem were considered in this study. Correspondingly, three solutions are suggested in this paper, which include coordination between the outer hydropower and local power sources, an inter-provincial power complementary operation, and the introduction of a market mechanism. The findings of this study can serve as a basis to ensure that the ECG effectively receives an increased amount of outer hydropower in the future. 展开更多

Immature embryos of inbred maize(Zea mays)lines(H8183,H8184,and H8185)were used for Agrobacterium infection.We used theβ-glucuronidase gene(GUS)as the target gene and the glufosinate resistance gene(bar)as the selection marker.We conducted research on several aspects,such as different genotypes,coculture conditions,screening agent concentrations,and concentrations of indole-3-butytric acid(IBA),6-benzylaminopurine(6-BA),and ascorbic acid(Vc)in the differentiation medium.We optimized the genetic transformation system,and the obtained results indicated that among the three lines studied,the induction rate of H8185 was the highest at 93.2%,followed by H8184,with H8183 having the lowest induction rate(80.1%).The best coculture method was that using the N6 coculture medium layered with a sterile filter paper.Using orthogonal analysis,we found that the optimal combination of the three factors in the differentiation medium was A_(3)(1 mg mL^(−1)IBA),B_(3)C_(1)(1.6 mg mL^(−1)6-BA),and D_(3)(1.5 mg mL^(−1)Vc).Through GUS staining analysis,Bar test-strip analysis,and polymerase chain reaction,five transgenic plants were finally obtained.This study established the optimal conditions for genetic transformation in maize. 展开更多

Maize flowering is an important agronomic character,which is controlled by quantitative trait loci(QTL).Over the years,a large number of flowering-related QTL have been found in maize and exist in public databases.However,combining these data,re-analyzing and mining candidate loci and fine mapping of flowering-related traits to reduce confidence intervals has become a hot issue in maize.In this study,the QTL of 6 important agronomic traits of maize flowering were collected from 15 published articles,including flowering period(DA),Days to tasseling(DTT),Days to silking(DS),Days to pollen shedding(DTP),anthesis-silking interval(ASI)and the photosensitive(PS).Through meta-analysis,622 QTL were integrated into 26 meta-QTLs(MQTL).Finally,the candidate genes related to maize flowering(Gene IDs:ZM00001D005791,ZM00001D019045,ZM00001D050697,ZM00001D011139)were identified by Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment and hierarchical cluster analysis of expression profile.Based on the results of this study,the genetic characteristics of maize flowering traits will be further analyzed,which is of great significance to guide the improvement of important agronomic characters and improve the efficiency of breeding. 展开更多

Efficacy and safety of external tissue expansion technique in the treatment of soft tissue defects:a systematic review and meta-analysis of outcomes and complication rates 被引量:1

Background:Currently,various external tissue expansion devices are becoming widely used.Considering the scarcity of relevant application standards,this systematic review was performed to explore the effectiveness and safety of external tissue expansion techniques for the reconstruction of soft tissue defects.Method:A systematic review and meta-analysis on the efficacy and safety of external tissue expansion technique was conducted.A comprehensive search was performed in the following electronic databases:PubMed/Medline,Embase,Cochrane Library(Wiley Online Library),andWeb of Science.Studies reporting patients with soft tissue defects under the treatment of external tissue expansion technique were included.Results:A total of 66 studies with 22 different types of external tissue expansion devices met the inclusion criteria.We performed a descriptive analysis of different kinds of devices.A single-arm meta-analysis was performed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the external tissue expansion technique for different aetiologies.The pooled mean wound healing time among patients with defects after fasciotomy was 10.548 days[95%confidence interval(CI)=5.796-15.299].The pooled median wound healing times of patients with defects after excisional surgery,trauma,chronic ulcers and abdominal defects were 11.218 days(95%CI=6.183-16.253),11.561 days(95%CI=7.062-16.060),15.956 days(95%CI=11.916-19.996)and 12.853 days(95%CI=9.444-16.227),respectively.The pooled wound healing rates of patients with defects after fasciotomy,excisional surgery,trauma,chronic ulcers and abdominal defects were 93.8%(95%CI=87.1-98.2%),97.2%(95%CI=92.2-99.7%),97.0%(95%CI=91.2-99.8%),99.5%(95%CI=97.6-100%),and 96.8%(95%CI=79.2-100%),respectively.We performed a subgroup analysis in patients with diabetic ulcers and open abdominal wounds.The pooled median wound healing time of patients with diabetic ulcers was 11.730 days(95%CI=10.334-13.125).The pooled median wound healing time of patients with open abdomen defects was 48.810 days(95%CI=35.557-62.063)and the pooled successful healing rate was 68.8%(95%CI=45.9-88.1%).A total of 1686 patients were included,265(15.7%)of whom experienced complications.The most common complication was dehiscence(n=53,3.14%).Conclusions:Our systematic review is the first to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of external tissue expansion in the management of soft tissue defects.However,we must interpret the meta-analysis results with caution considering the limitations of this review.Large-scale randomized controlled trials and long-term follow-up studies are still needed to confirm the effectiveness and evaluate the quality of healing. 展开更多
